The shocked look in Kaitlin’s face is enough to tell Min that she knows him, her tears stopped falling immediately their eyes met and his eyes never left hers

“Lynn” he said again

“Changmin” she replied, making everything in him jump for joy, she remembers him, that’s a fact to rejoice about greatly

“My… king” she said next, letting out her tears again

Min’s world became beautified again, like paradise, filled with shinning stars and bright lights, with happiness and merriment

He took three long strides towards her and engulfed her in the comfort of his arms, hugging her tightly in the process

Their chest on each other revealed how much they still feel, their hearts are busy slamming on their chests uncontrollably

Kaitlyn hugged him back and closed her eyes tightly, embracing the comfort she found in his arms

It’s a dream come true for her cos she wasn’t expecting to see him so soon, but here is he in her arms, her king, her heart-throb, her Min, one and only destined lover

She hugged him tighter every moment as if he’ll run away if she leaves him, her tears continued falling but this time it’s tears of joy, she finally met him after three long months of coming back

“This is…. unexpected but I love it!” Athena smiled

“Me too, it’s a good thing to have her back” Venus replied

Damon looked at Eden and the only thing they did is smile at each other

The students around won’t stop staring and murmuring too, passing different comments

Who’s she?

Why will one of the most handsome guys in school hug her?

Kira looked at both of them and left furiously without uttering a word

Minutes later, Min’s car**

Min and Lynn sat on the front seats in the car, staring at each other and not uttering a word to each other, just smiling brightly, allowing their smiles to mirror each other

Doing just that made them feel great happiness in the pit of their stomachs

Min took her hand and interlocked it with his own then touched her cheek, she touched his hand on her cheek and they smiled at each other again

“I missed you madly” he said

“Me too, I almost died with the thought that I was never gonna see you again, I’d have gone to the academy but I lost my sense of direction, I couldn’t find the way to the academy” she said

” Since when have you been back?” He asked, gently rocking her earlobe

” Three months” she replied

” Three.. months?” He said shockingly

She nodded. ” Yes, grandma samshin took pity on me because it’s one of the pledges she made thousand of years ago, that any supernatural queen who dies according to fate without getting her completed kisses and remained pure throughout her years of existence would be given the chance to come back” she said

” So…you were given the chance” Min said

” Yes Min, I came back and found myself in the streets of Seoul, I had to start wandering around, looking everywhere for you or the others but I couldn’t find anything, even the way to the academy, when I couldn’t bear the hunger again, I started working as a dishwasher in a restaurant, I was fed and given a room to sleep thanks to my kind boss, I’ve been working with her for the past three months till yesterday when she told three of her workers including me to come here and join the cleaners, she said the pay is more here, never knew I’ll meet you” she replied

“You’ve really went through a lot, I guess waiting for you was my punishment, waiting for a year for your come back, that was my punishment for being cruel, you should just do anything you feel like to me, I’ll take it Lynn, just hit me and slap me, do anything just….”

Kaitlyn interrupted by rising slightly from her seat and pecking him

“I love you, that’s what I feel like saying Min, how can I be mad at you when I know you were manipulated, Min the fact that I’m back and I finally got to see you again is the most important, I love you very much” she said

Min stared at her for what looked like forever before pulling her into a hug, having her in his arms feels like the best thing he has ever felt, it’s too comforting

“I love you so much, I love you forever, I love you very much” he said, sniffing in much of her body scent and during the hug, he saw her mark, it’s still glaring

“How are you coping with the pains for the past months?” He asked

“It has been agonizing but I’ve been enduring it” she replied

” I’m here now” he said

” I’m glad” she replied and hugged him by herself

” I love you Maureen” he said

” I’m really the sorceress daughter” she replied

” Sure” he replied

” You know I once went home and unfortunately, dad and mum are dead and Lorraine travelled already” she said on his shoulder

” It’s ok, now you’ve found your real parents, that’s the main deal” he replied

” Min we’ll never leave each other again right?” She said

” Never, we can never be apart anymore” he replied, breaking the hug and planting kisses on her face

“I love you” she said

“Love you more queen” he replied and they resumed smiling at each other.

After spending close to an hour in the car, they came out to meet the others.

*Finally” Athena said, hugging her first

” My Athena” she smiled.

“Your majesty I missed you” Athena replied

“I missed you too Athena” she replied, hugging Venus next

” My baby” she said

“Your majesty, don’t you ever leave us again” Venus said

” I’ll never do that again” she replied

” Greetings” Damon and Eden waved since that’s how far they can go without hugging her

“Glad to see you guys again” she replied

“Elaina is at the temple, you’ll soon meet her, then Mercury is with the deans and sorceress at the academy, we’ll go see them tomorrow I promise” Min said, holding her hand

” Sure” she replied, smiling.

Min’s house**

Tan couldn’t contain it’s happiness when Kaitlyn appeared, it jumped on her and she wasted no time in carrying the pet

Licking her face like he used to do, Kaitlyn smiled and stroked it’s head fondly

“It has grown so big” she said

“I know right?” Min replied and he noticed that the flower pot is not there again, it vanished

He smiled cos he knows why it’s like that, his queen is right here with him already

He went closer and hugged her from behind then nimble a kiss on her neck, she smiled and continued stroking Yeontan’s head

The wears he ordered later came and he got them himself

Kaitlyn took a long shower and dressed up in one of the hoodies and joggers before coming out of the room

He made the meal ready already and she just sat and he insisted on feeding her and she obliged

She smiled as she chewed on the food and the fact that he’s feeding her made it sweeter

“It tastes so good” she smiled

“Really?, So I can pass for an international chef” he replied, making faces

” Being cocky huh?” She laughed and choked in the process

Min quickly poured some water in the cup and made her drink from it while rubbing her back

She finished drinking and calmed down

“Are you ok?” He asked, she looked up at him and the first thing his eyes caught is his lips, it’s so tempting and maybe he applied lipstick, it’s pink as a result and she can’t help but imagine what it’ll taste like after a whole year

“I’m ok now, thanks Min” she said

“Are you sure?’ he asked worriedly

” I’m really ok baby” she replied and Min blushed

“Baby, I love the sound of that” he said

” Really baby?” She said

” Sure queen” he replied and she can’t seem to be able to control herself anymore seeing his tempting lips closely, the lips she missed

Min took the jug and made to return it to the freezer but she stood too and turned him to herself, making the water jug fall from him

“I missed your lips” she said and stood on her toes then kissed the lips she’s dying to kiss…
