Walking into the already full class, Min tried hard not to attract attention but how’s that even possible when he came late?

All eyes are on him and professor Kim turned his attention to him too

“Changmin Lee, you came late, so unusual” he said

“I’m sorry professor, I woke up a bit late” he replied

” Oh, just make sure it never happens again” professor Kim said and Min smiled before going to take his seat

He’s just the most handsome

I know right?, Changmin Lee is cute!

I wish I can have him

Girls kept passing comments but he won’t get moved

“Min, sit beside me” a girl named Kira said, pointing at a seat beside her

“No, thanks” he replied and went to the seat reserved for him between Eden and Damon

” I should skin you alive for coming late” Damon said

” Sorry sir, that won’t happen again” Min replied

“Lazybone, let’s listen” Eden said, concentrating back on the class

The class went by quickly and when they’re done, they waited for the next lecturer to arrive while chatting

“Elaina said Kaitlyn might come back soon” Athena said

” I can feel it too, her scent in my house is getting stronger” Min replied

” Then you should be preparing for her return” Eden said

” Of course, I can’t wait, I’ve missed her so much” Min replied

” But Elaina said there’s a possibility that she might have come back already” Venus said

” What!” Min said

” Yes, she might have come back but be finding it hard to find you” Athena said

” If that’s true, then I should start searching for her” Min said, standing up

” Min you should calm down” Damon said

“No buddy, I’ll see you guys tomorrow” he replied

“We still have three more classes” Eden said

“Finding Kaitlyn is more important” he replied and rushed out of the class

“Elaina knew he’d behave like this, that’s why she told us not to tell him” Athena said

” I just couldn’t help it” Venus replied

Standing at the empty practice ground, Mercury looked around and sighed

It’s been long since she went to Seoul but maybe she likes it here more

Dean Lett will be coming back today after six months of traveling

He promised not to leave but he had to go for retreat when the time came

But he’s coming back today so she can’t wait

“Mercury” Ursula’s voice called from behind her

She looked back slowly and smiled as Ursula walked to her

Despite growing some strands of white hair, she still looks so beautiful

She got to Mercury and hugged her tightly

“Thanks for waiting” she said

“Waiting for?”Mercury asked confusedly

” For Lett, I’m sure he’d have known what you mean by the time he’ll come back from retreat” Ursula said, releasing her

” What I mean?” She asked

“Yes, what you mean to him” Ursula replied

“I still don’t understand” Mercury said confusedly

” I know, you’ll know what I’m talking about when he comes back” Ursula replied

As if he can hear then, an horse carriage entered the academy and galloped towards them

It stopped right in front of them and out of the carrier cubicle came Lett with wide smile on his face

“Dean!” Mercury smiled happily

He smiled and walked briskly to her then pulled her into a tight hug, shocking Mercury herself but Ursula just smiled watching them

“Dean..” Mercury said slowly

Lett kept the hug tight and never let go

“Dean why…” Mercury said again

He broke the hug shortly and faced her. ” Let’s get married” he said

“Huh?” Mercury said unbelievably

“I believe everything has been revealed to you during retreat, she’s your betrothed from heaven” Ursula said

” I know” Lett replied, facing Mercury again

“Really?, Your…. betrothed?” Mercury said unbelievably

“Yes, let’s get married” he said again

Mercury hugged him by herself this time around and Lett hugged her back

“I love you so much Dean, I love you, and I missed you” she said, listening to the loud slamming of her heart on her ribcage

” I missed you too, and…’ Lett said and broke the hug

He held her face and kissed her lightly on the lips

“Dean* Mercury said shockingly

” Saranghe (I love you)” Lett smiled

“Making it so fast huh?” Asher said, coming out of the lodge of fame with a wide smile on his face

“Pledged brother” Lett said, going to give him a hug too

“Welcome back, and congrats on the revelation” Asher said

“Thanks” Lett replied and went to Mercury again

“When is the wedding?” Ursula asked

“Soon, as soon as we inform the others” Lett replied

” Elaina said we’re at the brink of finding my daughter” Ursula said

” She really came back?” Lett said

” Sure, I can’t be more happy” Asher replied radiantly

Seoul**

Min drove from place to place, searching with his heart, nose, eyes and mind for his queen

It’s been eight hours of searching already but he still didn’t give up, he kept up the search till late at night when Damon’s call disrupted him

He picked up slowly

“Don’t tell me you’re still in the streets” Damon said

“Of course, I need to find her” Min replied

” Min you need to go home now and rest, you can’t hurt yourself, she’ll be found” Damon said

” I just can’t wait to see her, that’s why…I can’t be at peace” he replied

” Changmin Lee, just calm down ok?, She’ll willingly come to you” Damon replied

” Thanks” Min replied and hung up

Though he doesn’t want to but he went back home

He got home and went straight to the flower, he hugged the flower pot and inhaled much of the scent

“When am I going to see you?, I miss you so much” he said, crying slowly

” I really can’t wait to see you, I want to hold you again and tell you how much I love you, I want to kiss you all over and show you to the whole world as my beautiful queen, I want to feel your touch again, I want to touch you Lynn, I want to be with you, above all I want to say sorry, I want you to slap me for being a wicked king, i want..I want you” he hiccuped as he cried silently

His tears fell on the flower and new petals grew on it without his knowledge

Tan is already asleep on the couch

Min sat on the chair beside the flower pot and placed his head on the table, holding unto the pot, he slept off

Next morning**

He woke up to the ringing of his phone and yawned lightly

He picked Eden’s call

“Min don’t you dare come late to class again today, it’s still an hour to our first class so there’s still time to take your bath and prepare to come, you have thirty minutes to meet us at the school parking lot, your time starts now” Eden said and hung up

He quickly stood and wet the flowers while smiling handsomely, he fed milk and burger to Tan who’s licking his feet

He went in and entered the bathroom, took his bath and dressed up

He came back to the living room to kiss the flower and noticed the petals

“Pretty like her, I love you Lynn” he said and kissed it before leaving

He got to the school park and immediately he came out of his car , Eden, Athena, Damon and Venus are already waiting like Eden said

“You got lucky you didn’t come late” Damon said

” I’d have spanked you” Eden added

” Let’s go to class” Athena said

” Sure” Venus replied but when Min is about to move, he perceived the sharp crisp scent of chrysanthemum

Not that it’s not scenting on his body before but it’s sharper, he stopped and looked around

“What’s that?” Athena said, looking at a direction where many students are standing as if surrounding something

“Let’s go find out” Damon said, leading the way there

Min followed them behind and as he moved closer and closer, her scent became stronger and stronger

“What’s happening?’ Eden asked a student among those who’re standing around

“One of the newly employed cleaners mistakenly poured coffee on arrogant Kira and she’s threatening to arrest her, Kira can be headstrong you know” the student replied

Min just kept diving more and more to the middle of the crowd and as he dived, he kept sniffing her scent that’s becoming stronger and stronger till he got to the middle of the crowd

The girl’s back is on her butt still, he felt that spark

“How dare you pour coffee on my dress!, This gown worths millions of dollars but you ruined it!!” Kira yelled at the girl

” I’m so sorry, it wasn’t intentional” the girl replied and by her voice, anyone will detect she’s crying but even the voice is… giving him the feels and right now he can’t smell anything besides the scent

“What are you gonna do you worthless thing!, What are you gonna do!” Kira yelled again and raised her hand to slap her but Min teleported secretly and appeared in front of Kira

“Don’t do it” he said

“Min just look at what she did to my dress” Kira replied arrogantly

The slow crying sounds Min heard behind made him slowly start looking back at the girl, feelings covered him like a cloak as he continued turning for what looked like eternity and when his eyes met the eyes of the crying girl…

His throat went dry, his lungs ran out of air, his eyes widened, his heart slammed hardly on his chest as tears rolled down the beautiful cheeks of hers

Her hair is scattered and her dress is worn out, her face is still as beautiful as he can remember, the tears made her eyes look glassy and her face is kept down maybe as a result of the embarrassment Kira called on her
