Erica got back to class with red eyes, not because of anger but because of the pains from the squeezed wrist

She sat and started staring at the wrist, it’s all red and painful so much that she had to start blowing air from her mouth to the wrists

“Babe what happened?” Cindy asked, just coming to class with Nina and Lucy

Nina saw the wrists and her eyes widened

“What’s up with your wrists? ‘ she said, checking them out

“Nothing” she replied, smiling to cover up

“Nothing or Mick?” Lucy asked

“Trust me it’s not…

” Are you trying to lie to us now?” Nina asked

” Ok girls… It’s really him, I came out of the restroom only to meet him in front of it” she replied

” But why on Earth will he do this to your wrists” Cindy said

” Calm down girls, it’s my fault” Erica replied

“Your fault?, How?” Nina asked

“Ion know, I just.. I..

” Stop stammering and stop trying to lie to us just to cover him when it’s obvious he’s at fault” Lucy said

Erica went quiet

Nina took her wrists and started blowing air on it for her

“Thanks baby” Erica replied

“Micky” Cindy said slowly…

Nelson watched the scene from where he’s sitting and wondered what might be the case, he got restless when he saw her red eyes and how Nina is blowing air on her wrists

He stood and went to them, seeing her red wrists, his eyes widened

“What’s happening?” He asked

Nina stepped aside and he stood in front of Erica

“Nothing, my wristwatch did this to my wrists” Erica replied

“You mean to tell me you use two wristwatches?, I mean.. your two wrists are red and you’re telling me this, even if it’s truly wristwatches, what kind of wristwatch can do this to a wrist? ” He said

” It’s Mick” Cindy said from behind him

” Mick? ” He replied, facing Cindy

“Sure it’s him” Cindy replied

Nelson sighed before trying to go find him but Erica held his hand

“No please…” She said

“How can a guy do this to your wrist?, No matter the intensity of your offense, hurting a girl is out of it” he said

” Just leave him please” Erica replied…

Nelson took a deep breath before holding her hand, he pulled her out of the class

“Where are we going?” She asked as he pulled her along

*School clinic, the wrists needs healing patches” he replied

” No I can manage you know.. it’s a mere thing so….

“I disagree, it’ll hurt if you leave it like that” he intruded

He stopped to look at her for a while

” I give up” she said and that made him smile

They went to the school clinic and the wrist were treated and healing patches were wrapped round them

“Be careful next time please” he said as they walked out of the clinic

” I will, thanks for accompanying me here” she replied

He smiled and when they got to the school field, he suddenly hugged her

Her eyes almost popped out cos she wasn’t expecting it

“Nelson” she said slowly

“Good luck in the next paper we’ll be writing” he said, letting her go

” Thanks” she replied

They left for class together to sit for the next paper

Mickey can’t sleep throughout the night, he kept thinking of what he did

He saw when Nelson was taking Erica to the hospital and that alone is enough to increase his guilt

He’s not understanding himself anymore, all he knows is that when he sees her, he loses himself completely and how that happened to him is a mystery on it’s own

He lay on his bed with various thoughts in his head, like how to apologise for hurting her and…. maybe tell her how he suddenly started feeling a lot for her…

“Mickey you’re screwed” he thought

Next day, Mimi’s restaurant**

” Minaj please, help me pack my hair into a bun, I have water on my hands” Tiffany said, turning her back on Minaj

Minaj helped her with it while standing

“Done” she said

“Thanks” Tiffany replied

“I envy u, with your hair up or down, you’ll always look pretty” Minaj said

” But it’s the truth, honestly Tiff, you’re beautiful, if only you can just leave this frowning and smoking”

” I already said I hate nagging too” Tiffany said

” And I hate smoking and frowning too” Minaj replied

” It’s useless so just leave me alone” she replied and left

Evening**

Tiffany is walking home from the restaurant with Minaj in silence, no one is talking and it’s rather boring

“Are you always this boring?” Minaj asked

She looked at her and smiled, remembering when she was still in Hilary

“No I’m not, when I was with Nina, it was fun…she’s the only true friend I’ve ever had but I brushed her off like a piece of trash cos of my selfishness….but you might be right, maybe I’ve always lived a boring life, half of my life has been used to bully and hate, and no matter how hard I try to stop hating, I end up failing” she replied

” I believe you can do it, you’re strong” Minaj said

“You just said strong?, Who said I’m strong, the weakest girl you’ll ever find on Earth is Tiffany” Tiffany replied

A car suddenly stopped beside them and before they can have time to comprehend what’s happening, they were both bundled into the car

“Where are you taking us to!, Where!!!” Tiffany screamed

” Who are you guys!” Minaj shouted

There are actually two men in suit with them and they’re holding them tight

“We’re following master Geoffrey’s order” one of them replied

” That scum!” Tiffany ranted, breathing heavily

The car started a not so long ride which led to a gigantic mansion, it’s different from all the mansion she has ever seen and if anyone had told her that this exists in California, she’d have denied it but right now that’s not important

They came out of the car and Tiffany rolled eyes at the guards

“Why are we here?” She asked

“To meet master Geoffrey” one of them replied

” And who told that stinky face that I want to see him!” She yelled

” Calm down Tiff” Minaj said beside her

” Let’s go in” the guards said

“To where?, This house?, I’m not going in” she replied seriously

“Then we’ll have to do what he ordered” one of the guards said and she was immediately bundled into his shoulders, she kept throwing her feet in the air as she was taken in with Minaj walking behind

The house is big!, Over five minutes, they’re still walking to the living room

They got there and Tiffany was put down

Geoffrey is standing in the middle of the living room

“Welcome to my house” he smiled

“I hate you!” Tiffany said and made to go

“As if you can find your way out” Geoffrey said

“Why are you doing this?” Tiffany asked

“Isn’t it obvious?, I’m interested in you and you don’t even want to see me, you won’t give me your number either, I had to resort to this” he replied

Tiffany scattered her hair

” Take me out of this place… now!” She yelled

” I don’t remember writing you a letter that I’m hungry” she replied

Ok she really hasn’t tasted anything since morning and it’s because she has no appetite

Tiffany went to the living room and sat, she brought out cigarette from her pocket and lighter from the other

She lightened the cigarette and made to puff on it but few inches from her lips, Geoffrey grabbed it from her and threw it down, he marched it with his slipper

“Clean this mess” he ordered the maids

“Geoffrey!!!” She yelled again, standing up angrily but she met his smiling face

“You just called my name for the first time, I love how it sounded on your lips, gosh!” He said and winked

She pushed his chest and he fell on the couch

“Ok geography please..I’m begging now, just let me go, show me the way out of this place” she said…

” Not until you eat with me” he replied and snapped his fingers

Over eight maids brought out dishes from the kitchen and set the dinning table

He looked at Minaj questioningly

“Minaj” Minaj said

“Ok Minaj, have your sit please” Geoffrey said

“With pleasure” she replied and sat

Tiffany kept standing, looking angrily at them

But the anger melted away when the dishes were opened

Her mouth watered at the sight, it’s appetizing and the irresistible aroma filled the air

She swallowed nothing as she stared

“No Tiff, you can’t fall for this” she thought, trying not to look at it but her stubborn eyes won’t listen

The aroma arouse her hunger immediately it filled her nostrils

Minaj and Geoffrey Started eating

“Damn, this is great” Minaj commented, eating a spoonful of the food

Tiffany closed her eyes and opened it again

Her legs walked on their own to the table, she took her seat and grabbed a spoon

She started eating without talking to anyone

Geoffrey and Minaj had to stop and stare at her as she ate..

She finished everything and as if that’s not enough, she took Geoffrey’s plate of food and ate it too

She breathed heavily before looking up from the empty plate

“Is there still more?” She said….
