Luna blinked her eyes when Ira woke her up because it was morning. Last night she stayed asleep on the sofa because Ira didn’t want to disturb her sleep time. She knew for sure that her employer had trouble sleeping. felt if she was awakened, then she chose to cover up and sleep on the sofa next to her.

“Is Ethan home, Ira?” asked Luna.

“Not yet, Mrs,” answered Ira.

Luna sighed, then got off the sofa. When she was about to walk into the room, she turned back to Ira.

“Have Richard and the others home?” asked Luna.

“Not yet, Mrs. only Tony came home early this morning,” answered Ira.

Luna turned back and walked towards the room feeling sad and disappointed because even when she woke up, Ethan hadn’t come home yet.

“Where are you, Honey, don’t you know how worried I am?” thought Luna as she climbed the stairs.

Arriving in the room, she immediately walked towards the bathroom. She felt stifled and wanted to take a shower, feeling that she had to get ready to find Ethan.

In the bathroom, Luna kept remembering how the last time Ethan kissed her lips when she shaved his beard. She remembered how at that time her husband had begged her to believe him, but she remained ignored and instead left him the memory returned to make the pregnant woman even sadder.

Clear droplets fell from Luna’s eyelids as the shower water made her cold. The cold was like a longing for the warmth of Ethan’s embrace. the pregnant woman sat on the floor and embraced herself while crying.

“I miss you, Ethan. Don’t you remember that I always wanted your hug?”

Luna continued to cry until she was shivering from being in the shower for too long. she didn’t expect Ethan to be so angry and not come home. The pregnant woman is afraid that her husband will not come back to her or something will happen. That feeling of anxiety never seemed to leave her heart.

After taking a shower, Luna immediately got ready to find Ethan. She wore a maroon-colored dress combined with a black blazer and pinned some of her hair back. The pregnant woman polished her face with thin make-up, then immediately came out carrying a small bag that she always carried when traveling.

“Mr. Tony, accompany me to find Ethan,” cried Luna.

“But, Mrs. Where else are you going? Since last night I have been walking around unable to find any clue of Mr. Ethan.” Tony isn’t sure of Luna’s efforts. Because what he is looking for is like hiding.

Luna sighed, then thought hard about what she should do this time.

‘It’s true what Mr. Tony said, it would be difficult to find Ethan. Maybe he wanted to be alone to calm down. I better go see Edward, he has to take responsibility for all this mess,’ thought Luna.

“Take me to Edward’s office,” cried Luna.

“Yes, Mrs.”

Tony immediately opened the car door and invited Luna to enter and then closed it. Afte,r that he walked towards the steering door and entered. The middle-aged man immediately drove the car towards Edward’s company.

During the trip, Luna kept wondering where Ethan might be. Suddenly she remembered that her husband was a workaholic. She thought maybe the husband was in the office now.

“I have to call Nathalie to make sure Ethan is in the office or not,” muttered Luna as she pulled her smartphone out of her bag and tried to contact her husband’s secretary.

“Hello, Nathalie. Is Ethan in the office now?” asked Luna when she connected with Nathalie.

“No, Mrs,” Nathalie answered from the phone.

Luna sighed, feeling disappointed that Ethan wasn’t in the office.

“If he goes to the office, let me know,” cried Luna.

“Of course, Mrs.”

Luna immediately hung up on her phone. She put away her smartphone and fell silent as she glanced at the roadside scenery. Who knows, she might find out where Ethan is.

Arriving at Edward’s office, Luna immediately got out of the car and walked into the office building owned by her former lover. the building was much smaller than Ethan’s or Gibran’s company.

Luna walked quickly and her gaze sharpened as if she wanted to beat Edward up. She didn’t care about Edward’s employees who were staring at her strangely.

“Isn’t that Luna, what is she here for?”

“There may be need.”

“Will she come back to Mr. Edward again?”

“I don’t think so, because her husband is more handsome and wealthier.”

Several old employees do know that the pregnant woman is Edward’s ex-lover.

arrived at Edward’s room. Luna immediately walked in and walked over to Edward, who was checking the files… his desk.

Without further ado, Luna immediately slapped Edward. She glared at the troublemaker in front of her.

“Son of a bitch! You’re on purpose telling that crazy girl to slander Ethan and make me misunderstand. What do you mean doing all this, Edward? ”

Edward held his cheek, which was still bruised from the beating from Ethan last night, so hot from Luna’s slap. He frowned at his former lover, who again seemed to hate him.

“What do you mean, Luna? Whose crazy girl do you mean?” foolishly asked Edward.

Once again the slap from Luna landed on Edward’s cheek. “Don’t act stupid, Edward. I already know everything and now you have to take responsibility for getting the condition back to normal! ”

Edward could only be silent because he was caught. He understood how a stubborn Luna when she hated someone would not want to forgive. however, the rice had become porridge, the man had to fight his tongue to make the pregnant woman in front of him no longer hate him.

“I admit I was wrong, Luna. But why don’t you try to understand why I did all this? It’s because I still love you so much!”

“Throw away your feelings for me, Edward. Until I die I’ll never want to come back to you. Look! Because you Ethan doesn’t want to come home, you’re the cause! You came back to make me sad because of that!” Luna cried at the hatred of the man she had once loved. if she could turn back time, maybe she would have wished she’d known Ethan first instead of Edward.

“I can’t! Think about it if he loves you, he will come back and will believe you! He even left, even beat me!” Edward only cornered Ethan. even though it was clear that he was always hurting Luna.

Luna wiped her tears roughly then said, “Of course he will beat you up, Edward. Because you are too jerk as a brother! Aren’t you tired of bothering me? You’ve hurt me first, then you want to come back as you wish. I’m not a stupid woman who wants to go back to a cunning person like you! ”

“I’m like this because of you, Luna. Please give me a chance, we will live together and I promise to make you happy!” Edward begged while holding Luna’s two hands.

Instantly Luna waved Edward’s hand away from hers. “Don’t dream, Edward. I don’t want to live with a sneaky man like you. You even hurt your good wife by having an affair. you should love her and think about your family’s future! Stop bothering me anymore because I want to live in peace with Ethan! ”

Edward stared sadly at Luna who seemed to hate him. Her beautiful face seemed to make him regret that he would rather marry Viona than stay with her.

“Luna, didn’t we love each other? Isn’t there the slightest taste left for me in your heart?” asked Edward sadly.

“I think I once loved you it was a big mistake! and I regret it!” Replied Luna firmly and walked away from Edward just like that. It was better for her to go looking for Ethan than to serve her ex-lover’s pleas.

Edward looked sadly at Luna’s departure. her last words seemed to have pierced his heart deeply and left a wound there. All the efforts he put in were just in vain. And his ex-girlfriend hated him even more.

“So much do you hate me that you regret ever loving me even though Ethan took away your beautiful youth? you should hate him. Not even hating me!” Edward returned to his selfishness. Even though he was the one who started the tantrums until Luna saw him getting worse.
