In the morning, Edward woke up, still hugging Sarah. He immediately glanced at his watch which showed six in the morning. Instantly the man was shocked and let go of his embrace. He immediately got out of bed and put his clothes back on.

“Sarah, I have to go home now,” he said, putting on his clothes.

Sarah woke up when she heard Edward’s words. She sat down, then looked at Edward who looked hurriedly.

“Why are you in such a hurry?” asked Sarah.

“It’s already morning, Viona must be looking for me,” said Edward as he approached Sarah. He kissed the girl’s forehead and then just walked away.

Nearing the door, Edward turned to look at Sarah and said, “Don’t forget to take the pills.” After that, he immediately came out.

Edward drove his car at high speed toward the house. “Damn, what other reason should I say to Viona. if she’s mad, she can use her power to knock me down,” muttered Edward as he continued driving.

At home, Edward hurriedly walked toward the room. He even jogged up the stairs.

“Where is Viona?” muttered Edward as he walked out of the room to the dining room. He still did not find his wife, instead, Mia was preparing breakfast.

“Do you know where Viona is?” asked Edward.

“Mrs. Viona in the hospital since last night, sir,” Mia replied politely, then she saw the mess of Edward’s clothes and hair. “Didn’t Mrs. Viona contact you?” She asked.

“No,” Edward said then asked in return, “What happens with her ?”

“Mrs. Viona has a stomachache, maybe there is a problem with her womb,” Mia replied.

Edward exhaled roughly, then walked back into the room. “Why else is she must be so disappointed she didn’t tell me she was sick,” Edward muttered as he reached into his pocket for the smartphone.

He walked into the room while checking his smartphone. There were so many incoming calls from Viona around ten at night. Edward remembers having fun with Sarah at that time.

“Huh, damn it! I’m being careless again because of Sarah.” He continued to crave his ridiculousness.

Edward immediately took a shower, after which he changed clothes and looked more presentable. he immediately followed Viona to the hospital told by Hendra.

Viona woke up and glanced at the sofa. The doctor who waited for him last night was gone.

“He’s gone,” Viona muttered, then thought of Edward, who hadn’t come to see her either.

“Then you can go home this morning.” The doctor immediately turned around to leave the room, because he had finished examining Viona.

“Doctor.”

Somehow Viona spontaneously called the doctor who was going to leave.

“Honey, sorry I didn’t know that you were sick,” said Edward with a worried expression and approached Viona who was sitting on the bed.

“Where were you last night?” Viona asked curtly.

“Honestly, last night I went to my apartment. Because I felt too late at home,” said Edward lied. He had been preparing for that answer since the time he was on his way to the hospital.

“Why don’t you ask me?” Viona asked with a probing gaze.

“I spontaneously wanted to go there, when I got there I fell asleep,” said Edward, then sat on the chair beside Viona’s bed. He looked sadly at his wife who looked pale with her hands still attached to the IV.

“You should have answered my calls.” Viona looked away. she was reluctant to look at Edward’s face, which made her irritated again, remembering that last night the man ignored her call.

“I left my phone in the car. Because when I got to the apartment I went straight to the room,” said Edward with all his tricks.

Viona sighed, then looked away. she was disgusted by that excuse.

“Viona, don’t be angry. I know I was wrong for leaving you in pain alone here. I’m sorry for my carelessness. It must have been last night you were here alone.” Edward let out his seduction. because Viona kept looking away, he was afraid that his wife would do something harmful to him.

“Last night the doctor who accompanied me until morning,” said Viona.

“The doctor?” Edward asked as he remembered seeing the doctor as he was about to enter the room.

“Yes,” said Viona.

Edward just stared at Viona. But his thoughts were wandering. He thought of his strategy to trap Ethan with Sarah. ‘Today. I have to force Sarah to carry out my plan.
