UNDER THE MASK - EPISODE 37

Min was smiling till he got to Kaitlyn’s room and when he entered, Kaitlyn turned her back on him, embarrassed to look him in the face

“Go back, I don’t want to talk right now ok?, Don’t come please” she said, hoping he won’t come but even the heavens knows Min won’t listen

She felt his arms on her waist and gasped, unable to breathe for some minutes as his hands stayed on her waist

“You don’t have to be scared” Min whispered, pouring relief into her mind as he kissed her neck softly, stealing a gasp from her lips

She faced him slowly and Min leaned in then kissed her lips

“But I really can’t wait” Min said naughtily after removing his lips from hers

” Stop being naughty” Kaitlyn said, dipping her face on his chest shyly

He smiled and hugged her. “I love you queen, don’t forget that” he said, rubbing her back delicately

” I love you Changmin Lee, I won’t ever stop doing that” she replied, smiling in his chest.

Ursula sat on her chair and inhaled hard, thinking about what just happened

“Elaina said she’s here, I immediately perceived Kaitlyn’s scent which took me here, I got here and she mistakenly Called me mother, is she the one?, Is she?, Is Kaitlyn my daughter?” Ursula said impatiently and rushed out of her room to the girls chamber where she knocked on Elaina’s door

Elaina opened the door, smiling radiantly. “Good to see you queen mother” Elaina bowed

“It’s really… it’s really her?” Ursula asked

“I’m surprised that you’re a sorceress but you didn’t perceive it, she told me you did the braids in her hair, you didn’t see the star mark on her scalp?, You mean to tell me you didn’t feel attached to her?, How can it take so long when you’re a sorceress” Elaina said

” The thing is, after I repented and turned away from my wicked ways a year ago, I payed with my sense of suspicions, that’s why I haven’t been able to detect it, I’m really blind to some certain things, even my ability to predict the future is failing, I think I’m losing my Powers slowly and you know what that means” Ursula said

” Death?” Elaina said

” In not sure, I can’t die, you don’t have to worry, I sense a cruel fate ahead of my daughter but I can’t predict what it’ll be exactly, can you please tell me?” Ursula asked

” No sorceress, I can’t scare you, but keep hoping for a change of fate, grandma samshin might change it if she succeeds in her task of saving the supernatural beings from Dantalion and princess Amoura” Elaina replied

” Princess Amoura is gonna wake?, But that won’t be possible without my daughter’s blood, will they succeed in taking her blood?, Is that what it means?” Ursula asked fearfully

Elaina placed her hand on Ursula’s shoulder

“Be calm sorceress, I told you to keep hoping for the best, don’t panic cos panic brings bad things” she said and smiled before leaving

Ursula held to the pole and swallowed hard

“No, that won’t be possible, I can’t allow that to happen, nothing must happen to my daughter, I’ll protect her together with Asher” she said

” Speaking of Asher, I need to inform him” she said and rushed to the lodge of fame

She knocked softly and it was Asher who opened the door

“Come with me please, we need to talk” she said

“You can come in” he said calmly, dilating his eyes

“I can come in?, No side effects?” Ursula asked but Asher pulled her in suddenly before closing the door

“We’re one, cos I mated with you and you’re the only woman I’ve ever loved, so no harm will come over you if you enter the lodge of fame” he said

Ursula smiled sadly and held his hand. ” Asher I found our child” she said

Asher’s eyes dilated again but widely than the other time

“What!” He said shockingly

“Yes, she’s here , Maureen is here in the academy, Maureen in the queen” he said

” Kaitlyn?” Asher asked more shockingly

“Yes Kaitlyn, she’s our daughter, she’s Maureen , Asher she’s the one” she said quickly

” How come she’s…”

” We found out when the heavens want us to find out so Asher let’s protect our daughter, Elaina knows something about her future with Min but is not ready to say it , you know that only means one scary thing, she mentioned that Princess Amoura will come back and you know that can only be possible with Kaitlyn’s blood right?, We can’t let them capture our daughter, never, Please Asher, let’s….”

Asher pulled her to his arms before she could finish, her whole body is shaking vehemently against his own, a sign of fear,big fear

*Ursula you’ve changed, the Ursula I know doesn’t fear” Asher whispered

” I know, I just can’t help it, since I let home of my wicked ways a year ago, I changed a lot” she replied slowly on his shoulder

*Be calm ok?, Maureen will be fine and trust me even if it happens according to fate, something will just save her, Elaina is a capable protector and she has a great king, Min can do anything to protect her trust me” Asher said

” Thanks for saying these soothing words Asher, thanks for letting me rest on you, I’ve missed this” Ursula said, hugging him tighter

Lett smiled from his corner and was still smiling as he walked back to his room

“I knew it, Asher is not good at pretence, he still feels something for her” he chuckled.

Next morning**

Damon’s tunes filled the whole academy early the next morning and Athena woke up to it too

She smiled as she walked to her mirror and took off her clothes, the sleeves of her clothes is full of blood from the wound and the bandage she banded it with is dripping with blood already

She loosened the bloody bandage and disposed it, the wound got bigger again and it’s hurting more

She sadly added treatments and used up to a full roll of bandage to band it though she knows it’ll be full with blood before afternoon

“I’m gonna die soon anyways so I’ll just enjoy the little time I have left” she thought as she put on three long sleeved shirts together before leaving her room

She went straight to Damon’s room and his back is on her as he played the keyboard

She smiled and went to sit beside him, making him stop playing

“Good morning” Athena smiled

“Did you sleep well?” He asked, looking at her face very well

“Of course” she replied

“It doesn’t seem like it, your face looks pale and your eyes looks whiter as if you lost a lot of blood” he replied, feeling her temperature

” Must be as a result of the bleeding” Athena thought

*I felt a lot of cold when I woke up maybe that’s why, I even wore three shirts because of it” she smiled

Damon took off his jean jacket and covered her with it too

“I feel more better” she said and Damon smiled sadly, he stared at her and wished for all sort of things in his mind

“I don’t want to lose you nor Moon, I won’t be able to bear it” he thought as his hand went up to her cheek

” I don’t want to lose you” he said slowly

Athena held his hand to her cheek and smiled

“You won’t lose me, cos I love you” she said

Damon smiled and pulled her to himself, hugging her tightly

“Athena I really cherish you a lot, I care about you very much” he said

“Me too” she replied, hugging him back

” Promise me you’ll stay safe” he said

“I promise” she replied, feeling bad inside that it’s invalid

He broke the hug and touched her hair fondly before kissing her hair then hugged her again

“Athena you won’t leave ok?” He said, making the hug so tight as if she’s air he needs to breath

“This will be so easy, Athena is an ordinary healer, just a weak human so it’ll be easy to posses her” Mika said, walking down the practice ground with Rainbow

“I know right?, I can’t wait, once Kaitlyn gets poisoned and I lock her up in the room of demons after taking her blood and delivering it to Al Ana, then we steal the orb and kill everyone in this academy including my wicked uncle, then we’ll go to the demons coven and reside there” Rainbow smiled

” Everyone in this academy including Min and Eden?* Mika asked

“We might exclude them if they cooperate with us” Rainbow replied

” When do you think is the right time to do that?” Mika asked

” Soon, we just have to look for a perfect timing” Rainbow smiled

” Can’t believe we’re the only two different ones in this academy, doesn’t that make us distinct?” Mika said

” Of course, that’s the superiority you get when you work with powerful forces” Rainbow replied .

” Elaina!, Elaina!!” Eden called after her during her walk to the dean’s office

She refused to look back till he blocked her way

“What are you doing?” She asked sternly

“I’m trying to be friendly, do you have to be so uptight?, Loosen up a bit” he said

” Should I loosen up a bit on you?” Elaina smiled

“What are you talking about?” Eden asked and that was replied with a kick on his face

He fell and groaned. “Avoid me, I’ll never make friends with you” Elaina said and walked away

*That’s unfair!” Eden shouted after her

” Silly Supernatural” Elaina smiled as she entered the dean’s block

“She smiled?, Elaina smiled randomly?” Venus Wondered, looking at her till she’s out of sight, she has actually been watching since

“Eden is definitely crushing on her?, Is she feeling something too?,why am I even bothered?” She thought till Eden grabbed her hand from behind

” Uh!, Eden” she gasped

“I wanna play, you know, like kids, let’s go to the practice ground” he smiled and that interrupted her breathing

” Uh!, Practice ground?, Oh, let’s..go” she said awkwardly as he pulled her along

His palm feels so soft on hers and she can’t help but wish it could stay longer

Ursula can’t stop her smiles, watching Min and Lynn practicing swords fight in the practice ground

Seeing Lynn has always been a source of smiles but now that she knows she’s Maureen, she loves her even more

“Sorceress” Kaitlyn smiled, coming to her after the practice

“Pretty Queen, you’re sweating” she replied, wiping her face gently with an hanky

” You really don’t need to” Kaitlyn blushed

“I’m doing it for my daughter so…” Ursula stopped halfway and looked at Kaitlyn

” I mean you’re like a daughter to me so it’s nothing” she said and Kaitlyn smiled then hugged her

” You’re like a mother to me too” she said

Ursula inhaled much of her scent and smiled, hugging her more

“I love you Kaitlyn” she said

“Much love sorceress” she replied

“Looks like a mother and daughter bond, meaning what?” Min wondering, watching from his spot

Afternoon**

Damon quickly added to his pace when he saw Moon coming into the hallway with Mercury from the woods

“I’ll see you around, don’t cry anymore” Mercury said and Moon nodded as Mercury left

He rushed to her and when she made to run off, he hugged her from the back and made her stop

*Damon please….I don’t want this” she said slowly though she wants it but she’s just trying her best not to look selfish

” We’re friends right?, Why are you avoiding me” he said, tightening his grip on her

” I already said I don’t deserve you, please let me go” Moon said though her body wants the opposite, she wants him to hold her and stay

Damon suddenly heard footsteps approaching and looked sidewards to see Athena who stopped on her tracks immediately she saw them like that

“Oh…I’m sorry I interrupted” Athena smiled and made to go

*No it’s not what you think, wait” Damon said and made to go to Athena but Moon made a sharp move of pulling him back to himself

“I’m sorry” she said and hardly crashed her lips on Damon’s.
