“The Mount Vernon sect asked for backup, a demon is really disturbing their peace and no matter how much they try, they’re unable to drive it away, it’s stealing their possessions one by one” Asher read the letter that arrived from Mount Vernon this morning

” What are you gonna do?’ Lett asked

“I’ll take some of the senior and Junior students with me, you can stay back and watch over the academy right?” Asher replied

” Yes, but why don’t you take all the seniors, it’s an opportunity for them to gain experience, the Juniors can stay back and I’ll keep organizing power practice for them” Lett replied

” Really?, You don’t think at least a senior should stay?” Asher asked

“No need” Lett replied assuredly

” Ok, I’ll follow your words” Asher sighed

” So when are you gonna be leaving for Mount Vernon?* Lett asked

“Tommorow, we need to get there as fast as possible” Asher replied

“Ok, it’s better to tell the students right now” Lett replied

” Sure, I’ll tell a junior to ring the bell so I can disperse the information” Asher said

” I can’t wait!, Most of Mount Vernon students are my friend* Venus said happily as they dispersed from the ground they heard the information from

“We’re going there to fight a demon, not to catch cruise” Mercury rolled eyes

” Back to the aggressive mode again huh?” Venus smiled

“Whatever” Mercury scowled and when her eyes met with Depp, she hissed and walked away faster

“How hateful” Rainbow said

“As if you’re exceptional, you’re just hiding it” Athena replied beside her

” I already told you times without number to stop meddling in my affairs, stop poking your nose in my affairs please!, You’re not even a student, just a f*cking maid so stop talking!” Rainbow yelled

” Sorry” Athena replied

” Go to hell” Rainbow spat and left angrily too

“Shot, that was harsh, sorry baby” Venus said, patting Athena’s shoulder

” It’s ok, she got annoyed cos I pressed her red button, what I said was true, that’s why” Athena said

” Just be careful” Venus replied

” Sure” Athena nodded and left

“Mercury” Depp called from behind her as she walked in the hallway

” That pest again, what again!’ she said and increased her pace but he appeared in front of her

She looked up at him with hateful eyes

“What?” She demanded seriously, not smiling

“I missed you throughout last night and just won’t stop thinking about you and…

“Stop!, It’s irritating to the ears!” She yelled

“But it’s what’s bothering me and you should listen!” He yelled back

” Since when did I start listening to you?” Mercury demanded

” Well I love you now so you should start listening to me and just love me back” he replied

” You must have been mistaken, the demons borrowed your brain, not your heart cos you’re saying jargons!” She said and made to leave but he held her back

” Let me go” she said patiently and instead of doing that, he pinned her to the pillar and held her hands up forcefully

“I won’t let you go till I give you a kiss” he replied

*Stop this madness!, How can you just pop up and suddenly start chasing me that you love me, the last I knew was that we’re mortal enemies right?, then what are you doing?, are you possessed?” She said

” Maybe, but I’m not sure” he replied and with that, he kissed her, no matter how she tries, she can’t break free, he held unto her bones and if she tries, it might break so she just stayed, allowing him to do as he wishes

“I love you a lot” he whispered into her mouth amidst the unwanted kiss and she tried her best not to respond but it’s like he’s charming her

He but her lips and she opened up slowly, giving him unrestricted access to her mouth, he slipped in his tongue and grabbed her waist, pinning her more hard to the pillar

He caressed her waist and as if that’s the weak point she has, she started kissing him back and the kiss never stopped till they’re both breathless

He let her go slowly and gently before kissing her forehead. “I love you, have a good day” he said and smiled before leaving

“He just smiled?, He smiled?, Depp smiled?” She wondered shockingly

It’s the first time she’ll be seeing his smile and it’s cute!

She touched her swollen lips and cursed at herself for kissing him back. “He must be bewitching me, I can’t believe I actually kissed him back, I need to brush my teeth like I’ve never done before” she thought, walking down the hallway

She’s too lost in thoughts to realize she’s still walking till she bumped into Athena and she fell

She snapped out of her thoughts and quickly helped her up

“I’m sorry” she said and Pat her shoulder before leaving

“Mercury, told me she’s… sorry?, Huh?, She even helped me up?” Athena said surprisingly, watching her as she went out of sight.

“Athena” Damon said from behind her

She turned back swiftly and her face brightened up when she saw him

“Damon” she smiled, going closer

“Did I just see right?, Mercury just apologized to you?” He said

” I was amazed too, people really do change” he replied

” But I’m gonna miss you, you guys will be traveling to Mount Vernon tomorrow morning” Athena said sadly

Damon touched her hair fondly. “Wanna go with me?” He asked

“It won’t be allowed, stop pulling my legs” she pouted

” Ok, I’ll miss you too, happy now?” Damon replied and she smiled

“Yeah, you need to play me the keyboard and violin” she said, holding his hand

” Ok, let’s go” he replied

Min yawned slowly before opening his eyes gently, without anyone telling him, he knows he’s in the healing room Immediately

He sat up on the bed and surprisingly, he saw Kaitlyn on the bed next to him

He got off the bed and went to her bed, he sat beside her and touched her hair fondly

“Surely Depp, or was it the moon sword pain again?* He asked himself

“If it’s Depp, then we have a lot to do on that rascal” he thought, touching her hand tenderly and as if she responded to his touch, she opened her eyes

“Min!” She called sharply, sitting up immediately

“You’re up” Min said gladly

“Yes I am” she replied, checking him out by touching his face, forehead, hair, chest and everywhere

“I’m fine, you don’t have to worry” he said, happy that she cares a lot

” Are you sure?, You don’t feel any pain anywhere?” She asked, wanting to touch his face again but he held her hand

“I’m ok queen Lynn” he smiled

“That name again, I’ll punch you” she threatened jokingly

“I’m all yours to punch” he grinned

“Should I turn you to my punching bag?” She squinted

” As your lordship pleases” he said and they both laughed

“hey we haven’t done this” he said, taking her hands

“What?” She asked and Immediately, he hugged her dearly

“Honestly when I saw you down like that, I was scared, all I had in my mind was to kill Depp” she said, patting his back

” Really?, You’ll kill for me?” He teased

“Stop being a bad boy” she replied

He broke the hug and dotted her cheeks

“You really want me to beat you right?, Stop dotting my cheeks, only babies get that” she said

” But you’re a baby” he replied

” I’m not” she said

” You are” he replied and she tickled him, he laughed uncontrollably and she never stopped

She sat on his back cos he’s sleeping on his stomach

She tickled him greatly and his laughter took over everywhere

The door pushed open and Asher came to view

*I see you both are ok” he said

They got down from the bed and bowed

” Yes master”

” Then you both should prepare with the others for the journey to Mount Vernon tomorrow” Asher said

” Mount Vernon?” Kaitlyn said

” Yes, it’s another academy, the second after ours, a demon is giving them hard time and it seems he’s out of control, they need our backup to drive it to extinction” Asher replied

” Oh, I understand now” Kaitlyn replied as Asher Left after looking at them somehow

“What do you think?” Kaitlyn asked

“Tickling you back” Min replied and before she knew it, she pushed her to the bed and started tickling her too.

Evening**

“Are you sure the water is really good for bathing?” Kaitlyn asked Venus who’s leading her to a river at the back of the academy

She suggested Kaitlyn should bath there and use the opportunity to change her bathing style today

“Of course, I’ve bathed in it a lot of times” Venus replied

They got there and Kaitlyn looked around before yanking off her clothes

“Are you sure guys don’t come here?” She asked again

” Trust me” Venus replied and Kaitlyn walked into the water

“It’s really refreshing!” Kaitlyn said, feeling refreshed

“I’ll give you privacy” Venus said

“We’re both girls so no need” Kaitlyn replied

” I mean…. you’ll want to wash your face” she said and left for the other side

” Alright!” Kaitlyn replied and continued bathing, deciding that she’ll wash her face after she’s done with washing her body

” I wish I can get to take my bath here everyday” she said, smiling as she dived herself in the water but when she heard movements , she came up and can’t hide her shock when she saw Eden at the riverbank

He’s standing there in only his knicker, he’s shirtless, he obviously came for a bath too

Eden won’t stop staring and Kaitlyn won’t stop wondering why till she realized she’s in a river and…

She looked at herself and her face almost popped out when she saw her boobs is visible

“Aarrgh!!!” She screamed, covering her boobs but Eden won’t stop staring

“Stop looking at me you perverted soul!!!!, Aarrgh!!!!” She screamed again, going underwater again.

” what did I just see?” Eden muttered.
