Looking at Caroline and her two children, Evan couldn’t stop thinking about her being with another man

Instantly, anger surged within him. He bent down, picked up Axel, turned, and headed to the car.

Caroline frowned “Evan!”

Evan halted to a stop but continued to walk after a brief moment.

Caroline went after him with Tyler and Liora. “Can’t you see that Axel isn’t happy?”

Evan ignored her and entered the car with Axel before slamming the door heavily.

Caroline was dumbfounded while Reuben heaved a sigh after seeing this. The tension between them had just eased a little.

Caroline held back the pain in her chest. She saw Evan take her son away. She couldn’t make him.
