The teacher guided the children back to their classroom after playing outside so they could have

some water.

As Axel reached for his water bottle, he felt moisture on the tip of his nose.

Before he could react, Liora shouted, “Axel You’re bleeding!”

Tyler glanced over and saw Axel’s nose was bleeding. Quickly, he grabbed a tissue and pressed it

to Axel’s nose. “Hold on. I’ll get the teacher.”

While still holding the tissue to his nose, Axel grabbed Tyler s shirt and shook his head. saying.

It’s alright”

Tyler looked concerned “This is serious-

Axel cut him off. “Really, I’m okay. I might just be a bit dehydrated Don’t worry.”

Worried. Liora asked, “Axel, has this happened before?”

Axel pressed his lips together. I had a similar thing last night. but it stopped quickly.”

Upon hearing this, Liora and Tyler felt relieved. They assumed that Evan would have taken Axel to a doctor if it had been a recurring problem.

Seeing that Axel’s nosebleed had stopped after a while. Liora and Tyler let go of their concerns.

After dinner with the three children in Villa Rosa, Evan headed to the study

Reuben discovered that the legal owner of TYC was actually Caroline!

How did she manage to gather the funds to establish a fashion company in five years?

He was convinced that G and Caroline were connected somehow!

Not finding any info about Caroline during her absence was frustrating. All he knew was what Kenny

say that Caroline’s company is having a celebratory gathering tomorrow?”

Reuben said. “Yes, sit. It’s at the Silver Hotel at 600 p m.”

“Postpone the business gathering tomorrow night,” Evan ordered.

Reuben was stunned for a moment. “Are you going to attend, Mr. Jordan?”

Evan frowned in displeasure, “What’s the issue?”

“Nothing!” Reuben immediately replied, “I shall get to it right away!”

After hanging up the call, Evan sent a text message to Alex.

[Come with me to a celebratory gathering tomorrow at 6:00 pm, and don’t ask questions]

Alex was shocked to receive the text message. Evan had really regarded him as someone who

could be summoned at will.

I’m busy too, you know? he complained inwardly.

Alex wanted to reject, but a thought occurred to him. ‘Hold on! Whose celebratory gathering is

that?”

Alex agreed, motivated by curiosity.

Caroline and Scott were eating at a restaurant near the hospital.

Scott said, “Will the two children be uncomfortable there?”

Caroline answered with a faint smile, “No. They keep in touch with me.

“Great then.” Scott said softly, “Oh right, 1 found two caregivers for you.”

Caroline blushed. I’m sorry. I’ve been too busy with work recently and neglected the task of

hiring caregivers. I’m sorry for troubling you to care for Lily.”

Scott appeared frustrated. “Your family is my family.”

Caroline nodded, glancing at the time. Seeing it was still early, she took a deep breath. “Scott.”
