Neil gave Axel a ride back to Villa Rosa and asked him, “Axel, do you blame me for not letting you

stay?”

Axel obediently replied, “No, I don’t. I’m already content to be reunited with Mommy.”

He didn’t want to cause any trouble for Caroline and felt he could keep an eye on Evan better if he

stayed at Villa Rosa.

As long as Caroline refused to reunite with Evan, Axel was determined to intervene and prevent
