THE MERMAID PRINCESS - EPISODE 3

 
Moody’s POV

I opened my eyes and observed my surroundings.
 I realized that I was on a bed , my bed. I climbed off my bed and walked towards the door where I heard people whispering.

“I don’t know what happened to her, one minute she’s fine, racing me to the water next minute, she’s holding her side and passing out.”

“She’s come of age, so her mermaid self is starting to appear but until that happens we need to keep her out of water.”

“How? She practically lives in water so there’s no way to keep her out of it.”

“Well we can at least try, because if someone sees her when she finally pops a tail, she could end up in a museum —or a room full of scientist.”
“Your right! I’m her best friend so I’ll try my hardest to help her.”

 I pulled my ears away from the door and proceeded towards the window.
I slowly opened the window and climbed out, then i ran toward the beach. 
When I arrived at the beach, I took off my shirt and shorts then ran into the water.

 I swam deeper and deeper and surprisingly I didn’t feel the need to go up for air . 

Then suddenly a pink sparkly dolphin appeared.
‘Hello melody’ the dolphin spoke and I gasped but quickly shut my mouth.

‘Its okay you can breathe under water’ and I let out the breath that i was holding in.

‘Lets swim up to the surface and we can talk there.

‘So you expect me to believe that my mothers alive and living under the sea in some Royal dungeon, 
OMG I can’t believe this maybe i’m hallucinating I probably swallowed way to much salt water or maybe I’m dreaming.

 dolphins can’t talk and i’m not a mermaid yea tha- my rambling was cut short by someone splashing water in my face.

‘Melody you’re rambling’

‘sorry this is just a lot to take in’

‘its understandable,anyway meet me here tomorrow at midnight I have to go now see you then’

And just like that she was gone, without another word. Sighing I gathered my things and proceeded back home.
When I got back home I was bombarded by a series of questions.

“where were you””when did you wake up”

“are you feeling any better”
“are you pregnant!”
OK WTH!

“to answer those questions the beach , I can’t remember maybe an hour ago, 
yes and Ariel why would I even be pregnant I don’t have a boyfriend unless you think the wind knocked me up.

“sorry” she replied sheepishlyoh this is gonna be a long night.
