“find her! turned the city upside down and find her”i yelled at my guards. I gripped on the shirt of the one standing closed to me

“find Emmett and her culprit!!. Find them! ” I growled and let go of his dress sending him flying across the ward

I stared at the remaining guards. I could see the fright in their faces.

“get out!! ” I growled at them all. They all bowed before walking out

I dipped my hand into my hair roughing it. A week of empty search

Emmett just disappeared!

I signed and sat beside little queen who still looks pale. A week of successful surgery and she’s still unconscious.

“Wake up little queen” I muttered staring at her face and smiled weakly.

She would have burnt if I haven’t come to the dungeon on time

“I know you’re strong, wake up for our baby. I love you so much” I said, cupping her face with my palm.

Master Nicholas felt a hand roaming on his hair. He blinked his eyes severally getting a clearer view

Three doctors rushed into the ward in a hurry and Master stood up and shifted aside

Octavia was breathing heavily with her fingers moving

“What’s happening?” He asked impatiently and almost immediately Octavia eyes opened

“little queen “He muttered rushing to her. Octavia tried to get up but he her still

“Lay down still” he mumbled still holding her. Octavia stared at his face making his heart beat

Yeah! The doctor talked about brain trauma due to the shock of how she passed out

But on the second note, the doctor said she would be fine after the surgery, since it wasn’t that serious

“you remember me right?? “Master Nicholas asked staring at her face for answers. Octavia stared around instead

Master held her face as tears dropped off from the corner of her eyes

“don’t fucking tell me you don’t remember me!! ” He uttered pulling his hands from her face and dipping his left hand in his hair

The doctors shifted away from him as they see him growling and grunting

” Where’s Maya?” Was the first thing she mumbled

“Where’s Maya” she said more loudly

A smile curved at the corner of his lip,

“She remembered ” He whispered and hugged her tight

“Thanks for waking up for us, for me” he said

“Where’s Maya I need to see her right now” she said weakly
“calm down little queen…….. ” he replied and hugged her again.

“Where’s Maya” she asked as tears started failing off her eyes

Mrs Emmett entered the Master Mansion from the back gate with the help of a guard that was her accomplice

“When is she coming?” Mrs Emmet asked the guard, getting unbearably impatient

She held unto the scarf she was using to cover her face

“Here” the said, pointing at where Mabel was standing

“My baby” Mrs Emmett muttered

“Mum” Mabel replied

Mabel took just four steps in running to her before jumping on her like a kid and hugged her tightly

“Mabel” Mrs Emmett smiled, holding her tightly to herself

“I miss you mum” she mumbled pulling free from the hug

“this is hell mum……i hate being a maid…… I hate it here, I wanna get out of here” Mabel said almost breaking down

“I will get you outta here… But the problem here is your son…… I can’t possibly carter for you both” she said and Mabel bite on her lower lip

“I don’t care about Kyle and his father…. They caused my downfall….. I don’t care about him” she said in the tone of anger

“are you sure you won’t quit and come back to him…… Won’t you turn your back on me, for your son?? ” she asked

“never mom….. I’m ready to stand by you. You know I love you right? ” Mabel said and Mrs Emmet grinned and pinched her nose

“let’s get out of here….. ” Mabel muttered and gripped on her hand

Mabel looked back at the mansion and sighed

“I guess you will survive alone…. Kyle” she whispered to herself before walking out

Chloe peeped on her phone and rolled her eyes as she saw Louis message

She stared at the lecturer and then back at her phone, another message came up instantly making her groaned

“I’m in class…. ” she typed fastly and sent back to him

She switched off her phone and payed rapt attention to the lecturer

Chloe sighed as she saw Louis leaning on his car outside the college gate

He winked and she rolled her eyes

“have been waiting for two hours now” Louis said and pouted

“Can’t you see I was in class?” she asked me back.

“a kiss would have been preferable for a compliment…… Your lips are tempting though ” He said and pulled her closer to himself

After some minutes ride, they got to his mansion and the gate spilt opened

He drove in and Chloe stared in awe

It was so huge and beautiful…….making her wondered if it’s just him living in the mansion

She quickly frowned not wanting him to see she admired his mansion

They both came down and Louis lead the way to the entrance

A girl was seen at the entrance with a guard and Louis squeezed his eye brow seeing her

“What are you doing here Lydia ” he said

Lydia smiled and walked closer to him, holding an envelope

“Hey baby, you’re gonna be a father soon” Lydia said

“What are you talking about” louis said

Cold sweat ran down his spine, sweat beads covered his forehead and his head became messed up

“I can go for test with you right now if you want” Lydia said

“I should go see my sister…. She’s going through alot”she mumbled and sniffed

All of a sudden, a car stopped in front of her. Some men came out of the car and before she knew it, a hand wrapped around her month

A cloth was placed on her nose and before she knew it, her vision became blurry

AT THE FUNERAL

Everyone stood as the priest said the prayers on Maya grave

Octavia just watched everything going on. She wasn’t crying….

She faced the Sandy floor unable to stared at Maya grave yard

Her heart was heavily loaded.

“I killed Maya” She thought and that instance the tears started dropping

Maya shouldn’t have died. She shouldn’t have gone to the dungeon alone

All this was her fault

The priest said the last prayer and everyone started dropping their flowers

Guilt covered her as she couldn’t bear to get a flower

Without looking at her side, she knew it was Granny

“Maya is one rare soul….. May her soul rest in peace “Granny said and Octavia sniffed so hard

“I can see you have a lot to tell me…. I will wait till when you are ready…… ” Granny said and immediately she hugged her tight

“I killed Maya…. I’m the reason she died…… She sacrificed her life for me. I killed her grandmum” she muttered crying so hard

CHLOE

My eyes opened slowly, though my vision is a bit blurry because of the brightness in the room.

A short groan left my mouth as I felt my head pounding.

“Oh, the queen is awake!” I heard someone exclaimed loudly.

Trying hard to make my eyes adjust to the brightness, I lifted my head and saw some body built men in the room

“Your majesty, it took you longer than I expected to wake up” one of the guard said making me squeeze my eyebrow.

The door opened and a lady walked in. She frowned staring at me

“This is not the master wife…! This is her sister” she snapped out

“But…… this is the girl in the picture ” one of the guard said staring at the picture

“you fool….. Can’t you see they are identical ” she uttered walking to me and I narrowed my eyes at her.

“What do you want from my sister ?” I asked her.

“I want her dead….. ” She said

“And why will you want my sister dead?? ” she asked

“shut up and let me finish ” she growl

“First she’s the weakness of the master……killing her will hurt him and that’s what I want.” she said and I scoffed

“I would have let it go if Andy had love me but instead he chose her….. He chose her over me” She ranted

“if you lay your hands on my sister…… You will be so dead…. That I can assure ” I said and she laughed out loudly

“save yourself first” she muttered and I looked down at myself and realized I’m chained against a pillar

I shook my head. “You’re a fool” I said.

In a snap her hand was firmly wrapped around my neck, choking me.

“Repeat what you just said!”she growled.

I gasped for air since I couldn’t breathe . She let go of my neck and turned back to the guards

“Go to the funeral.. Find her sister and when you do…. Kill her! ” she said making my eyes widened

Granny just left Octavia who was still crying at Maya grave yard

She placed a call to Chloe but it wasn’t going through making it the eleventh yes he would be calling her.

She frowned seeing some men from a hidden corner pointing a gun at somewhere

She traced it and gasped seeing the gun pointing to Octavia

“my grandchild” granny mumbled and walked to the place they were hiding

She got to them and attacked them from behind using her leg to hit off the gun from the one that held it

“Fuck! ” They grunted and turned back in shock

“how dare you interrupt us… Old witch” one that seems like their leader said

“I won’t sit and watch you kill my grand child… Who sent you? ” She uttered and they all burst into laughter like a lunatic

“And what strength do you have to outstand us?? ” Another asked

“Who’s coming for me! ” Granny uttered balling her fist ready to give a punch

“I can see you choose to die…. Very well then ” one of the men said and walked closer to her bringing out a knife

Granny clenched her jaw while rounding the circle with him

He ran to her ready for a snab. Granny bent over and dodged it. Just when he turned over to attack her again, Granny threw a punch at his face flying him out of where they were hidden

“Who’s next?? ” She said waving her hand for the rest to come..
