“What should we do, Sir?”

All the warriors on the ships scrambled in panic as they turned to the world lord for help.

This world lord was known as Piper Feng. Since the Wind Avoiding World was the closest to the Humanity Alliance, the alliance had sent more warriors to the area than the other forces. Piper Feng was the leader of this team.

Piper Feng’s face turned dim as he looked at the supreme world channel that continued to collapse in front of him.

He had already known that this day would come sooner or later, ever since the first day they had been stationed in the place. It was just that he didn’t expect that it would be so soon.

“Inform everyone not to resist!” Piper Feng ordered. Now, there were no Supreme Lords in their squad.

In fact, there were only three world lords, and that already included Piper Feng.

Fighting back would seem futile on their side as they were like mere ants that stood in the way of the Sacred race. There was no point in resisting.

“Why?!”

“We’ll fight them to the death!”

It wasn’t long before a few figures appeared on the top of the World Devouring Beast’s head.

“Warriors from Sacred race!”

The Sacred race was extremely similar to human race. It was because humans and the other humanoid creatures were originally created based on the Sacred race.

However, the warriors in front of them could be considered as pseudo-Sacred warriors.

Of course, there were still many things that separated the real Sacred warriors from their pseudo counterparts–such as their pupil color, the differences in features, and the body structure.

The Sacred warriors present were all world lords. They emitted an aura of superiority as they stood tall on top of the World Devouring Beast’s head.

“You insects, it’s time for you to submit. Kneel obediently on the ground and beg for mercy, and we can let your bodies remain whole!” one of the Sacred world lords said.

On the other hand, Piper Feng looked calm. There was no trace of fear as he raised his head to look at his opponents. He quietly activated a Roaring Token, then said, “This Wind Avoiding World belongs to our Humanity Alliance. You Sacred race destroyed the supreme world channel. Do you want to start a war with our race?”

The Sacred race occupied three supreme worlds of the Spring race. Yet for the past year, the human race and the Sacred race did not have anything to do with each other. At the very least, neither side had ever offended each other openly.

When a war broke out between the two, it was only fair for them to give a good reason for starting the war.

“There should be a justified reason for war,” as the saying went.

In an even large-scale war, both sides would clearly try their best to make up the reasons they started the war in the first place.

It was just like a fight between two men–one of them would declare that he was the reasonable one and it was the other one who started the fight first, thus he was simply forced to fight back.

In reality however, the results of a war did not depend on whether either party stated their reasons or not. Besides, battles between races often didn’t have any reasons. However, having the justified reason wouldn’t just boost the morale of a race’s martial artists, it could also suppress their opponents’ determination!

Piper Feng had spoken through the Roaring Token so that the entire universe could hear their situation, and it also served as a warning to all the other races.

When Piper Feng’s words had spread throughout the universe, the martial artists’ and the common people’s opinions did not matter as fear crept into all of their minds and hearts.

“The war is about to start so soon!”

“I knew that the Sacred race bore ill intentions!”

“Will these Sacred warriors destroy the entire universe? Where can we escape to!?”

The Sacred race was like a guillotine that had been suspended over everyone’s heads in the Evolutionary Universe. Now, the blade was finally about to fall.

While all of them were clearly unwilling to accept it, there was nothing they could do.

Suddenly, everyone was shocked as the world lord of the Sacred race laughed and also used a Roaring Token. His Roaring Token was undeniably not from the Sacred race’s universe. They had stolen it from a great world. Because of their strength, it was far too easy for them to steal some Roaring Tokens. Moreover, it didn’t help that there were also rebels in the Evolutionary Universe.

“Our Sacred race protects all living beings in this world and we condemn killing the most, so why would we casually start a war? Isn’t it too impolite for our friend from the Humanity Alliance to have said that?” the world lord of the Sacred race said in a friendly tone. However, his words clearly had an underlying meaning to it–and it wasn’t good.

Piper Feng’s heart skipped a beat. If the world lord of the Sacred race had made a move first, the situation would be easy to deal with. To him, the worst that would happen would be death. But the world lord of the Sacred race suddenly spoke so politely. There must be some conspiracy he didn’t know.

Thus, he activated another Roaring Token once more and said, “Well if you’re being so polite… Then why did you destroy the supreme world channel of our Wind Avoiding World?”

The world lord of the Sacred race simply laughed, and the harrowing sound sent chills down Piper Feng’s spine.

Piper Feng’s mind raced to think quickly. Just what were these Sacred warriors trying to do?

Just then, the world lord of the Sacred race activated a Roaring Token again. At the same time, Piper Feng saw a martial artist suddenly jump out from the cyan ship. Then, the warrior shouted, “Kill all these Sacred bastards! Tear their bodies into pieces!”

“Damn!” Piper Feng froze. He was about to stop the warrior on the ship, but it was too late. The martial artist floated away. He was extremely quick and agile. He avoided Piper Feng’s attack and directly rushed towards the world lord of the Sacred race. However, the world lord of the Sacred race just smiled coldly and said, “Your human race is far too unfriendly. Well, we have no choice now…”

When his voice died down, the Sacred race finally fought back!

After that, the Sacred race had been using the puppet bug to control that human martial artist, which then triggered the war.

The World Devouring Beast that had stopped started to move again, and it charged towards the ships!
