“Stop staring and let’s do this” she said and Brandon snapped out of his shock then resumed fighting

Zilch held Sandra from behind and tried to pull her out but Brandon dragged him away from her then hit his head on the wall, he bled and staggered then hit Brandon’s jawline hard

Brandon darted back and held his face for minutes, Zilch came closer and hit Brandon in the face again and Brandon staggered

He suddenly felt weak inside and he feels like he wants to fall

Zilch kicked his face and punched him in the stomach before hitting his elbow on his chest

Brandon fell on the wall and breathed heavily, bleeding from the mouth

“Brandy!” Nirvana screamed and quickly finished off the guy she’s fighting

She rushed to him and held him up. “Why?, Why are you like this huh?, Stand up you’re strong” she said

” I’m not…I mean… right now” he said and spit out blood

Nirvana stood and faced Zilch, keeping her knives in her bag before advancing towards him

She jumped on him like a kid and tangled herself around him like a snake, entrapping his hands too, Zilch found it hard to untangle her from his body and she spit on his face first

“What the f*vk!” He spat angrily

She held his neck tightly, choking him hard and his eyes turned red in front of her but she continued choking him

“You dare touch my Greek god?, That’s one f*cking mistake” she said and hardened her hold on his neck again, blood came out of his mouth and he spit the blood on Nirvana’s face, that made her fall from him but she stood immediately too and quickly grab his arm while he’s still gasping for breath,she flipped him over her shoulders and he fell

She sat on his belly and punched his face hard

He forcefully pushed her away from himself and came on top of her instead, he punched her face and she got wounded, she tasted her own blood and raised her legs behind, she landed them on the back of his head and he fell from her, hitting his face on the ground

Nirvana stood and walked swiftly to him, she matched his chest and he spit out blood again

“Ass.hole!” She spat and kicked his face hard

He lost consciousness and she breathed hard before facing everyone

Then she realized all Stone’s men are down and everyone is staring at her

“Bravo, where did you learn the moves from” Jones said

” A reliable source, let’s get Brandy to the hospital” she said and Jones guided weak Brandon out of the house with Nirvana

“Should I go with you guys?” Sandra asked

“No, stay with Berry, you can manage if anything happens right?” Jones replied and Sandra nodded

He drove them to Preston hospitals and it was Mateo who treated his wounds

“You’re wounded too, you guys got into a fight?” He said as he wiped the wounds with disinfectants

” Do your job first” Nirvana replied and Heather entered the ward

“What’s happening?” She asked, seeing their faces and unconcious Brandon on the bedroom

“It happened somehow” Nirvana replied

“Oh…. I’ll treat your face” Heather said

“Can you treat it here?, I can’t leave him” she replied and Heather smiled

” Of course” she replied and Nirvana sat in front of her

Heather picked from the sterile wool and disinfectant to disinfect her small cut too

“The test results for doctor Brandon is out” a doctor said, coming in, he handed it to Mateo

“Typhoid fever?” Mateo said

“What!, Typhoid or what did I just hear you say” Nirvana said hastily, standing up

” Sit, he’ll be ok after resting and taking shots” Mateo replied

” He’ll never agree to rest” Jones replied

” I know, I’ll just sedate him” Mateo replied

” No!!” Jones and Nirvana said at the same time

“Don’t sedate him” Jones said

“Ok..I won’t” Mateo replied

Nirvana sat again and Heather continued her face treatment

“I wonder why he got so sick suddenly” Nirvana mumbled

” You’re lucky” Heather said

” Why?” Nirvana asked

“I mean… getting the attention of a guy like him, Brandon is a rare type to find” Heather said

” I know” Nirvana replied

” And he loves you a lot” Heather said, remembering what he suspected to her because of Nirvana the other time

“Why did you say that?” Nirvana asked

“Oh, nothing… and I’m sorry about your grandma, I wonder why she didn’t come for treatment and knowingly allowed the cancer to eat deep into her system like that, untreatable stage is….”

Nirvana spranged up

” What are you talking about?” She said

“Talking about?, I mean your grandma in ward 3, Kara Merrick” Heather said

” She’s… she’s… suffering from… from cancer?” Nirvana stuttered

” You’re not aware?” She said surprisingly

Nirvana rushed out of the room into Kara’s ward and met three doctors with her already, trying to save her, she’s gasping for breath

Nirvana stopped dead on her tracks as she stared at her poor grandma, fighting for her life

She was brought back to life and she rushed to her, kneeling beside her on the bed and holding her hand while touching her hair

“Grandma… grandma please don’t leave me I can’t lose you” she said, breaking inside already

” Listen carefully Nirvana” Kara said weakly

“Grandma” she sniffed

” About Grayson… he’s… he’s not…your biological brother, your parents adopted him when you were still young, I signed the company over to you already, get the documents from my lawyer anytime you’re ready to take over, the money in all my accounts belongs to only you….get the pins from my closet, I wrote it there….stay with doctor and I’m sure he’ll protect you well….I’m sad but what can I do?, My time is up….I love you Nirvana” Kara said and smiled before going limp, her hands dropped from Nirvana’s hand and tears fell from Nirvana’s eyes

“Grandma!, Grandmother!, Grandma wake up don’t leave me alone!, Grandma!!!!” She shouted loudly, shaking Kara as if that’ll wake her up

Brandon entered the ward and tried to take her away from there but she stubbornly freed herself

“Don’t touch me!, Why did you lie to me Brandon why!” She yelled

“I just didn’t want to see you sad” he replied

” And now I’m happy?, I don’t keep secrets from you and I was expecting you to behave same but no Brandon you didn’t, now she’s dead!, If I was aware that she has a limited time to live, I’d have spent the last three days sleeping beside her, staying with her and spending time with her but you didn’t tell me!, You refused to tell me Brandon!, I don’t like it!” She yelled and if anything is scary right now, it’s her anger..

“I’m sorry Nirvana, I’m so sorry” he replied and tried to touch her again but she slapped his hand away, not minding his sickness.

” Who are you!, Are you only Stone’s spy?” Zelda questioned Dolly who was tied to a chair, she’s bleeding from all parts of her body

” You’ll die a hard death” she replied, smiling and revealing her bloody teeth

Zelda took a knife and dived it into her thigh and she screamed out loud

“Talk!” Zelda spat

“You really wanna get shocked right?, I was here as a spy for almost two months but you weren’t aware, how stupid, you’re so stupid Zelda Greg, you have the brain of an orangutan” Dolly laughed and Zelda got the sword angrily

He placed it on her neck and she gasped

“Tell me what I’m asking!” Zelda demanded

“I’m his only junior sis and for your information, Sandra and Berry Millions are still alive with Brandon, now you see why I said you’re a fool, you got fooled by your own son” she replied mockingly

“What the hell!” Zelda said and Dolly laughed again

” What’s the name of the poison you made me drink?” He asked

“Find out yourself bastard!” Dolly said and spit blood on his face

Zelda lost it and in one swift move, he chopped her head off her neck and her blood splashed everywhere in the process

He dropped the sword, breathing heavily

“Drop her head at Jungle road and feed her body to my dogs” Zelda said and went in

The doctor is around when he got in

“Any news?” He asked

“I found a pill that can suppress the action of the poison for a week” the doctor said, handing over a white sachet to him

“So?”

“A pill halts the action of the poison for a week, after one week you have to take another pill” he replied

” How many pills is this?” Zelda asked

” Eight” the doctor said and Zelda smiled

” Great, how’s that boy doing?” Zelda asked

“He’ll be fine but might not be soon” doctor replied

Zelda sighed and smiled

” Brandon…. maybe it’s really time to kill you ” he smiled

A silent road**

Stone has a lot of fear in his eyes as he got down from his car and saw something in a black box beside the dusty road

Zelda had actually called him to come here for a gift

He came with two of his few remaining men and they walked to the package slowly

He bent beside it and slowly opened it

His eyes widened and he fell, hitting his butt hard on the ground

Inside the package is Dolly’s head

“Dolly!, No!!, Zelda!, Zelda !!!!” He screamed painfully

Next day**

The burial of Kara is just getting concluded and everyone is just dispersing

Her workers and friends, Farrell and Jamison, then Heather and Mateo

Nirvana didn’t cry as expected, except the tears she shed immediately she died at the hospital, she didn’t shed tears after that, she just sat on her spot quietly and stared into space with sad eyes

She hasn’t talked to Brandon since it happened and he has been sad too, looking for ways to talk to her but she just won’t give the chance

Even after everyone is gone, she still sat there till the evening and he sat with her

She suddenly stood and went to the car, she got in and he did the same

He drove them home silently and she entered first

He followed her and locked the door before holding her

“Talk to me” he said

“I don’t want to” she replied without looking at him

” Don’t be like this, I already told you it was because I didn’t want to see you sad” he said

She took her hand from him and head for the door

“I need fresh air” she said

“Nirvana stop this!” Brandon said but she opened the door and a punch hit her face from someone

She fell and went dizzy for a while before balancing again

Seven girls entered wearing all black and with the look of things they’re not Italians

“Who are you b*tches?” Brandon asked as they assembled themselves

Nirvana is just standing up

“Our fight will answer” one of them replied and tried to grab Nirvana but she stepped back

Brandon is not ok yet, he’s just managing so he’s thinking of ways to just make them go for now so Nirvana won’t get hurt

Nirvana stopped moving and rolled up her hair before bringing out a knife from her pocket

She’s wearing a black skirt and it won’t allow her to stretch her legs very well so she slitted the skirt with the knife by the right side and smiled before facing them

She waved her hand for them to come and they all rushed to her at once

“No” Brandon said and entered the middle too, he stayed beside her and their back is on each other

“They’re Japanese from their looks, obviously from Zelda” he whispered, hoping Nirvana will hear

The girls advanced towards them and Brandon guided fast but not for long, soon the girls got him and hit him hard

His whole body aches as a result of typhoid already so it was easy for the girls

He was grounded and they started marching him with their shoes

He became more weak and they all faced Nirvana

“You girls don’t know what’s coming your way” she smirked and they pounced on her

She knowingly allowed herself to be beaten and wounded and when she got what she wanted, she smiled and started fighting back

Holding their fists whenever they try to punch her and rolling them in the air whenever they try to kick

She hit their heads on each other and hit their b**bs hard

Brandon gathered strength and stood, his temperature is high but he decided to do it with her with the remaining strength in him

The first punch he dealt one of the girls made her nose and ears bleed

The second girl he punched got dislocation in her right leg and couldn’t walk

The third one got a broken ankle

Nirvana stabbed the third one with a knife in the buttocks and she screamed out

She pulled the hair of another one till she pulled out part of it, she released her and she fell, screaming hard cos the part where she uprooted the hair from is bleeding

The remaining three got scared and decided to use guns but their guns is no more in their belt straps

Nirvana smiled and opened her strap, all their seven guns are with her, she carefully removed them during the beating

“I’ll keep them for you guys, and now you guys will cry” she said and threw a plier at the first girl

” Remove three front teeth from everyone” she ordered, closing the door before taking her seat

Brandon fell heavily on the couch beside her but she stood and sat on another couch

“Be done in the next five minutes, your time starts now” Nirvana said coldly.
