“Good. Then start doing that. I might as well play a stepfather of yours.” Ryu answered without thinking too much. Peeling the skin off the fruit, he introduced it into Jenny’s mouth. ;

“Swallow it and get ready to start sensing the surge of mana inside of you.” Jenny looked like she was ready to charge on the battlefield if asked so by the boy. Conviction flashing on her face, she closed her eyes immediately trying to sense the anticipated upsurge in her energy levels.

Ryu had told her what she felt last time when he ate the same fruit was actually what everyone referred to as Mana. Too bad for her, she simply can not put her fingers on the same sensation when asked to do that previously.
