Hayden brought Emily along into the highest security prison chambers. Being high in security meant it had a similarly high level of amenities for the high profile ‘prisoners’. They were still in the palace complex of the Cylon Empire.

Emily stepped into a familiar room that looked no different than a luxury hotel suite. This was not the first time she was here. Being the frequent law breaker she had been all her life, Hayden had modified one of the highest levels of the prison chambers into a full-fledged vacation hotel for his elder sister.

“Greetings Ms. Emily. Greetings lord Hayden.” Two gorgeously dressed maids welcomed both of them as soon as they entered. “I guess, you don’t actually need me to show you around here.” Hayden remarked with a mischievous smile.

“Huh.. this is like a second home to me.” With a twist of her waist, the woman removed her fur coat, putting it over the stand. She slowly began stripping her clothes one by one.

“Hmm..? Why are you still here, brat?” Now only in her blouse and panty, Emily turned to squint her eyes at the man who had not left. Hayden stretched the smile on his face. “Hehe.. it’s been so long since I saw big sis naked. I am sure you won’t mind the intrusion.”

Emily huffed but didn’t force the guy out. Having physical relations with others was not a common theme in this world and there had been numerous times she had been with Hayden. Therefore, age didn’t mind him and gradually got rid of the rest of her clothes as well before stepping into the bath.

The two maids wanted to step in as well in order to help their lady, only to be stopped by Hayden. “It’s fine. I am here.” He removed most of his clothes and stepped inside the bath, only keeping his shorts on.

Finding Emily submerged in the pool-sized tub, he himself dropped in but kept his distance from the naked lady. With his arms stretched in opposite directions, the man looked extremely handsome with every piece of his muscle presenting an impressive display.

“It’s been so long..” He uttered while looking up in the sky that was visible through the glass dome above the bath. Two bright moons hung in the night sky, scattering vibrant white light all around.

“So long? For what?” Emily slowly rubbed her arms, cleaning her body off the exhaustion and letting the cool water help her relax. She had her long hair tied into a bun, emitting a very charming aura.

Hayden took his time appreciating the beauty opposite to him. “Since I have seen sis this happy.” Emily grinned captivatingly. “Maybe.. who knows..” For the next five minutes, both of them just relaxed, not saying anything to each other.

Later Hayden brought up the topic of Emily’s family and surprisingly found her talking rather enthusiastically about them. Prior to today, he had only seen reports that the water mage seems to have gone through a change of personality. Listening to the reports was one thing, however, watching her bubbly talking about her close kin like this was a true shocker.

Everyone knew about the double tragedy that had struck Ms. Emily all within a duration of a few years. First, her husband lost his life at the hands of the beastmen, valiantly fighting for his nation. Shortly after that, her elder child suffered an unfortunate accident that destroyed his mana channels thoroughly.

Just the fact that the man didn’t turn into a completely useless guy and managed to retain at least some of his cultivation, even after such crushing adversity, spoke volumes of his initial talent. These two events had broken Emily to the point of no return.

Having seen the desolate lady for so long, it was hard for Hayden to get used to this new Emily. “Ohh.. so you took him as your disciple?” The water mage displayed a bitter smile. “Well, I did take him in. But the boy doesn’t seem to need my help in his growth.. how disappointing..”

Although she spoke like that, Hayden can tell that the woman didn’t actually think like that. He can discern her pride seeping through her words. “Are you kidding me? You are a Grand Mage big sis.. a kid doesn’t need your help in growing up?”

The man gritted his teeth. “Damn.. more than you those words feel offensive to me. Doesn’t that mean people like me who could never reach your level even worse?”

Emily broke into a long chuckle at his deliberation. “We will see.. I am planning for the brat to join some good academy in the capital in the next month or so.”

“Hmm.. If I am not wrong.. the new season of recruitment will begin from around that period.” Hayden took a deep breath, staring at the impressive mounds of Emily before moving his gaze away. “I would have liked to help your grandson.. but alas… I already know what you are going to say.”

“Heehe..” Emily chuckled and released her long hair into the water, slowly washing them with her hands. “No need for that. If he can’t even get into a decent school with his own efforts.. then it’s foolish to expect anything from the brat.. tch..!”

Emily recalled how mature the boy acted around her. Her mind flashed images of herself sitting in his lap, being done in her ass from behind. Instantly her face flushed and she washed it with water.

Hayden can see the change in her demeanor for a second but didn’t attribute it to anything. “Always so harsh on everyone. Remember when you were training me? By the goddess.. I hated you so much for those two years… hmph..”

The lady instantly broke out into loud laughter. “Hahaha.. You were such a moron back then. No amount of beatings helped you get better..” At the end of her sentence, Emily shook her head in genuine distress.

Hayden can only flush slightly red in embarrassment, recalling the beatings his younger self had endured. “Okay.. okay.. It was my bad, going down the memory lane. Let’s put a stop to it right here.” His dramatic actions made Emily laugh even harder.

“Seriously though big sis… Please tell you you are not going to slip into another closed-door cultivation.” Hayden sighed deeply. Listening to his words, Emily’s face froze for a moment and she took a deep breath of her own.

“I won’t.” Hayden saw a rare sense of seriousness take over her expression. “I wasted so much of my time running away from my life itself. Now I have realized what I have missed.”

“I could have seen my children grow up.. marry.. have kids of their own… I missed everything. I was never with them at the most crucial part of their lives.” Emily stepped back into the tub to sit with her back against the wall.

“I have learned my lesson. Those small happiness that I missed… Now I realize could have been more exciting than to watch my son grow into some powerful mage.”

“Tragedies can strike at any moment, but people should not stop living.” Emily rubbed her palms in frustration, knowing what she had lost will never return to her. No matter how much she regretted, those times.. she can never live them again.

Suddenly, a hand rested on her shoulders. Hayden had slipped over to her side. “You want to cry? Go ahead.. no one’s watching.” Emily playfully slapped his face away from her own before hurriedly wiping the traces of tears from the corner of her eyes.

“Ahem.. sorry about that. I went on a tangent there.” She didn’t force the man away, instead resting her head on his large arm and relaxing. “It hardly matters. It’s not like I have anything to do at the moment. If you want I can listen to you.”

“Huh.. thanks.. but no thanks..!” Emily sneered, making sure she had a comfortable pillow in the form of Hayden’s arm, settling her head in it. “Hahah..” He laughed for a while before pulling the woman closer to himself, making sure their chest were crushed into each other.

“So what are your plans now? Still interested in exploring the Demonic ruins.. trying to find a cure for the ‘curse’?” Emily shook her head fervently. “I am too old for that now. I will let my passion take the back seat now. Rather than trying to do everything yourself, I think it’s better to let the younger generation share some of the burdens.”

“Ahh.. I can’t tell how glad I am for you.” Emily looked up to peer at the face right next to her. “huh.. why are you glad?” Hayden raised his hand and groped her supple breasts, prompting the lady to narrow her eyes pretentiously.

“Why won’t I be? Maybe you would stop being a dead weight in bed from now on haha… Ahhhh… Wait.. aiiihhh..” His comments won him a vicious pinch from Emily, making the grown man scream in agony.

“Hmph.. No matter how much you grow.. your lecherous nature always seems to be two steps ahead of your age.” Hayden awkwardly laughed while caressing the bruised skin on his chest. “Every man is entitled to show his love for a woman. There is nothing wrong with that.”

The man picked on a self-righteous gesture, but his attitude failed to impress Emily. “Felicia was never a good choice for you. Had you gotten a stricter wife, I am sure she would have beaten some sense into you.”

“Hey.. hey.. is there a need to bring my wifey into this, big sis. You already know how much I love her.” Hayden acted hurt. “Yeah.. but apparently not enough to stop fooling around even at such age.” Emily liked teasing the guy and watching his expression fluctuate.

“Why are you making me the bad guy in all this?” Hayden protested. “If we look at it objectively every relationship is open. Just like me, she is free to pick out any men she so desires.”

“Still as a part of the royalty, you are supposed to show at least some level of stricter morals than us commoners.” Emily retorted, leading Hayden to once again reach out to grab hold of both her tits.

“Haha.. I am just the brother of the king, big sis. You can’t expect me to live a life of hermit-like that guy. I can’t endure it.” Hayden was talking as if the words were coming from his soul, making Emily shake her head in the vanity of the argument.

“Also, do you really believe I am doing my wife wrong here?” Hayden sneered. “Tchh.. Over the years she had turned out to be even more lecherous than me. I am telling you.. every few weeks I would find here with a new lover of hers.” He was like a junior complaining to his senior about a fellow partner.

“So she picked up your habit? I don’t see anything wrong with that?” Emily’s response instantly made Hayden’s face fall. “Hey.. sis.. whose side are you? I go through all the trouble for you and..??” The man seemed as if he would start crying any moment now.

Such an expression looked rather comical when adding his large muscular build to the mix. Regardless, Emily remained just as ruthlessly with the guy. “Any I wrong in my understanding though? Who knows.. Felicia might have been annoyed with you and decided to teach you a lesson?”

Hayden responded by pinching Emily’s nipples harshly. “What the heck..? Why do I turn out to be the bad guy every time in your narration? Are you holding some grudge with me woman?”

His words were said in a melodramatic way, leading to both of them breaking into loud giggles. Much longer in the night both of them kept talking to each other, mostly catching up on what they had missed over the years. All the while, Hayden kept his holding onto Emily’s breasts possessively but he never moved any further than that.
