In the next two weeks, Ryu broke into the fifth level of the junior realm. He was just a few steps away from finally breaking into the Earth realm. According to his grandma, the Earth realm was the actual starting point of a mage’s cultivation. The chasm between the Junior and Earth realms was much greater than the first two realms.

His mood had been quite melancholic after he was forced to put his milkmaids to sleep. Ruth’s sense of loss had been just as great as the older lady barely talked to him after the incident. He too didn’t bring the topic up, trying to give her the required time to fix her roiling emotions.

After the events involving Kira and Lyla, he had doubled down on his cultivation. This small town will not be able to provide him with the resources her required to grow up. Having discussed with both Sophia and Lyod, he had settled on a small list of academies in the capital that he can study at.

The only issue was their rigorous selection criteria, which was evident from Sophia’s continued struggle to gain entry in the top school even when she was two years older than himself. Then again, after the milkmaids had been put in stasis-like condition, the burden on his cultivation had lessened by a lot and he was making continuous progress.

Ryu woke up to the first light of the sun, kissing his new wife on her forehead before leaving the room. He had a small ceremony at an elder’s house that had engaged them as husband and wife. The marriage in the town didn’t involve too much fanfare. The couple too wanted to keep the affair under wraps Ruby’s behest.

Finding his mother in the kitchen he hugged the lady from behind. Amelia initiated a kiss, gently sucking on his lips. “Had a good sleep?” Ryu cupped her bare chest, kneading them while resting his head on her shoulder. “Yeah…”

Jeff sat outside, unaware of the debauchery the mother-son pair was involved in. “How is your cultivation going now, kiddo?” “Great. Just a tad bit away from breaking into the next realm.” Came the reply from the kitchen as the boy walked out, helping Amelia serve the breakfast.

Over time he had slowly begun revealing his wealth to his family, evident from the lavish breakfast composed mostly of Turas. He didn’t need to make things up since his parents respected his privacy, especially Jeff who refused to ask him about ten sources of the new fruits.

“That’s great.” Jeff was extremely ecstatic from the news, his face revealing a wide smile. “Damn brat.. you might surpass your father in less than a year. It sure makes me concerned.” Amelia chuckled, hiding her laugh behind her palm. “Haha.. why should you be concerned?”

“Huh.. why shouldn’t I be? Fathers are meant to be role models for their kids. Now compared to my own boy, I am turning out to be a weakling. How am I supposed to command the requisite respect like this?” His words combined with his exaggerated reaction caused the family to break out into bursts of laughter.

“Haha.. that’s okay, father. Cultivation is not everything. You have always been there for the family, we can’t demand anything else.” Jeff was not expecting such mature words out of his son. Breaking out into a loud laugh himself, he was unable to stop himself from hugging the kid.

Ryu felt quite a bit complicated about his so-called ‘father’. There was no doubt in his mind that he respected the man a lot. Jeff had been extremely supportive ever since he landed in this new world. Yet, he had come to covet Amelia for himself, creating this messing situation.

Previously, he had assumed that once he took over the redheaded milf for himself, he can simply help Jeff hook up with another woman. Nevertheless, after Talia revealed the aspects of the strong bonding between husband and wife, he wasn’t so sure now. ‘Sigh!’ Leaving that worry for the future Ryu he just enjoyed the manly embrace of the man before resuming his breakfast.

Watching the young cadets disperse towards the plantations, his eyes landed on a single boy walking together with a group.

“Come here, Ryu. We need to talk.” The boy walked over after breaking away from the group. Lyod didn’t say anything to him, simply walking inside his ragged hut. Ryu shut the door behind him, realizing that there must be some important matters the old man must have wanted to discuss with him.

“Master Lyod!” Ryu bowed, displaying proper etiquette. The old man sat in his bed, his sharp eyes checking out the boy from top to bottom. He can very clearly notice the changes the young brat had gone through. Gone was the ever-present grin at the edge of his lips, replaced by a steady demeanor.

He was showing the early signs of turning into an expert. Just by standing in front of him, Ryu displayed unmatched confidence. “Your progress had been outstanding last month. At last, it seems you have grown up.”

The boy displayed a small smile, thanking the man for his kind words. “I have decided to take you on a trip with me.” Ryu didn’t interrupt the guy, letting him think about it. “We will leave in a week from now. Be ready. The trip might be more than a week-long.”

“Are we going alone, master Lyod?” The old man figured out that he was probably talking about his friends. “It’s good that you care about your friends, but they are not yet at that level. Though they might be close to your cultivation stage, their fight prowess is too far behind.”

Lyod shook his head correcting his previous sentence. “Rather, I should say that you have grown abnormally fast and it’s foolish to expect the other kids to keep up with you.” Thankfully, he still believed that these results were because Ryu was being tutored by the grand mage herself.

“I understand. Are we going somewhere specific?” Lyod shook his head. “I will be bringing you to the northwestern forest once again. Usually this time of the year I would take Sophia with me. But she had already gained everything that she could from my training.”

Ryu was about to take his leave when Lyod called out to him. “Make sure you drop by Sophia. She had been looking for you.” He waved back and left the hut with a nod. “I will.”

“What happened?” Kira had been waiting for him outside. He fondled her face and brought her away. “Nothing much. Master Lyod want be to accompany him on a training session outside Korua.” At once, the girl’s face morphed in concern.

“Will it be dangerous?” Ryu smiled, hugging her shoulders. “You don’t believe in me, girl?” “I do.. but.. last time..” He didn’t let her continue, pressing his lips onto hers and kissing the girl without any care. Kira blushed, aware that a few eyes were looking in their direction.

“Let’s go. We will check on your big sis first.” A single kiss was enough to put away her depressed expression. She skipped and held onto Ryu’s hands, walking towards Sophia’s house.

Approaching another shabby hut, they found the silver-haired girl meditating in her garden. She opened her eyes watching the couple walk towards her. Ryu didn’t say anything, picking her up in his arms and bringing her inside.

They kept kissing each other until Ryu placed her in the bed. “What happened? Master Lyod told me you had something for me?” While he inquired with her, his hands began disrobing the girl. Sophia tried to pretend to be a reluctant partner.

“Can we talk for a minute, first?” She tried her best to maintain the fake anger on her face, only to break down in ceaseless laughter when Ryu began tickling her belly. “Ahaha.. stop that.. jerk..!!” Kira enjoyed watching their depraved play, silently from the side.

Ryu was forced away as Sophia began to remove her clothes on her own. “Listen..!” She addressed him with a serious tone. “I will be leaving the town, for the capital.” Her words caught Ryu by surprise. “When?” She had shared with him her ambition many times. It was only a matter of time before the girl left for the capital. Looks like she had decided on it now.

Sophia took a deep breath, resuming to unbuckle her skirt. “Father told me about his plans to take you with him. I would be leaving around the same time, probably two days after you. So, after a week… we can only meet at the capital.”

Sophia’s black eyes stared listlessly at him. Ryu didn’t falter, holding her face in his hands. “That’s good news, why do you look so sad?” Over the period their budding love had grown into a full-fledged relationship. Both of them had already taken each other as partners.

Sophia didn’t say anything, blankly staring at the face, trying to burn the visage in her heart. “I don’t know..!” She wrapped her arms around him, pressing her head into him. “Haha.. you are funny. Don’t tell me you are having second thoughts about it? All these days you have been practically roasting my ears with your ‘grand plans’.”

His words made Kira chuckle, causing Sophia to blush red with embarrassment. “Aaaiiio..!!” She responded by pinching him mercilessly and all three of them ended up laughing together. Sophia meanwhile pulled Ryu’s pants down and began licking his little brother.

“Then I will be taking aunt Dorothea with me.” “Whoa.. whoa.. where did that ve from?” This was the first time Ryu heard her put forth such demand. “I don’t care. It will be too lonely in the capital.” “Hain? Little girl.. you live in this small house all by yourself. Why do you need a companion now?”

Sophia took a long lick along the length of the cock after shaking her head coyly. “That’s different. Capital is a different deal altogether. I will be bored alone.” “Huh.. then get a slave of your own. Why are you encroaching on mine?”

Rather in the time of his loneliness, she had been the one who had kept him going. As a result, he had grown quite fond of the woman in his head. Not to mention she had grown exceedingly aware of his life by being with him at every second. It was like he shared the same body with her.

She always had a reserved attitude.’ He heard a burst of bell-like laughter after which the woman humphed. ‘Sometimes, you truly invoke my sympathy. First, that redhead dropped you out like a fly out of a drink, and now even this girl ignores you like you don’t exist. Take my advice kid.. look for someone in your league.’
