His black eyes still sparkled in the car which was dimmed,Chidinma was already nervous. She had studied Rema’s possessiveness.
She unlocked from the kiss and breathed in his scent,she almost laughed at the sound of his heart beat.
Was he that scared?
So scared of her leaving him?

He slowly held her close,leaned over her and whispered.
“Who got the car for you?”
“Who do you think it is?”
Rema folded in his lips…not Philip,then who. He unbanded his hair and let it all over his face. Chidinma’s cheek duck fiery red. She enjoys seeing him so jealous….possessive.

“The car I got for you,you never drove it out. You left it in my garage…it’s okay, one-zero”
“Hmp. My dad got the car for me. I already told him to reject Philip’s offer and he did. No need to be jealous” she ran her fingers through his hair.
“I’m not jealous…was I?”
“Then what’s that face?” She pointed at his face right now.
“Well, I wasn’t….I just feel bad,like I feel ashamed to look in your face,knowing fully well Jewel and Ivory killed your brother. I feel just bad…..I…” He slammed his forehead,he suddenly looks like a funny anime to her.

“I know you’re scared of me leaving but am not going anywhere am here,am here with you”
She smiled at his cute face,he still didn’t open his eyes. She touched his lips,bent closer and kissed him.
She was surprised when he deepened the kiss.
She kissed him all over his face,she whispered to his ears.”Am always with you”.
That was when he smiled.
“Please don’t leave me,you’re my light!”
“So you can talk now….I thought you were forming”
Rema smiled.
He pulled his jaw closer and kissed her,he unlocked from the kiss and turn on the car light. He unfold the doctors report and read it again carefully.
He smiled…she has his kid.
“You like it??
“I love it” he smiled out dimples.
“I might be possessive but I just want you by my side every second,minute,hour, week, everyday. I can’t live without you except I want to go back to the dark (blindness)…..thank you for wanting to have my kids”.
“Am going to have as many as you want”.

Rema smiled and ignited the car engine.
“My car?” Chidinma reminded him,pointing to the purple car behind his car.

“Ohh…I wanted us to go to a cool place” rema told her.
“Okay,let me lock it. That means I will come back to pick it”
“You don’t want to spend the night with me?”..

“I want to but,how are we going to do it. Where are we going first?”.
“Anywhere….anywhere you want. I can inform nkem to drive the car home”
“Sure” she handed him her car key.
Rema who already tied the bandana on his neck look through the rear mirror. He signaled Nkem,he was actually in the other car with Stanley.
Nkem walked out seconds later,rema handed him chidinma’s car key before driving away.

It was chidinma’s turn to do the talkings, she told rema everything,her endorsements, how her filming’s and commercials went, her jewelry deal…..and even how she bashed Nora.
“I’m proud of you.I will tell our kids that too” he replied.

“Hmmmmm….”
She stared at him,as he sang in a low tone while driving.

Rema laughed at her voice.”when did you turn into a musician?”
“Is my voice good?” She asks.
“Terrible”he replied,she hits his chest playfully.

“Ohh my god,sorry” Chidinma remembered she had bitten him in that spot earlier.
“Kiss it,it won’t happen again”he said.
She smiled and kissed there. He fisted her hair slowly and pulled her into a feverish and unending kiss. The moment was interrupted by a knock on the window. It was the security. Rema unlocked and packed his car well in front of the karaoke club.
No mask,he steeped out with chidinma. The light sparkled everywhere. Rema was glad no one recognized him for the first time,he was just free like a normal citizen,no fans rushing him, nobody trying to touch him,nobody trying to touch him, nobody trying to take pictures of him. He was just him.

Rema started wishing every of day would look like that. But,if only he knows he can’t change who he was.

“Babe,what do you want?” He asks.
“Anything you want” Chidinma replied, looking around. Her first time in a club. A karaoke club. What’s the name of this club anyway?.

“That table,okay” he faked another voice to the waitress. He alreasy saw people pointing fingers at him. He had used style to dodge the waitress from looking in his face.
Knowing how terrible he is in faking,he removed his cap and held chidinma’s hand tightly.
His first time being in the midst of so many people without trying to act professional.
Like he just want to be him,him when he’s alone with Chidinma. Him,when he’s alone with his relatives.
After all these people will only take pictures of him.

“Ohh my god,he’s the one!!!!
“Is anyone as shocked as me!!
“I’m in the same club with Rema Jewel!!

Rema didn’t mind the camera light,he led Chidinma to the table. He pulled out the chair for her and even helped her to seat.
All eyes on them,all phones on them….the waitress came to their table specially.
“I already ordered” he said calmly,trying to dismiss them.
“We don’t mind standing”
“I want to be alone with her,thank you for your hospitality” he held chidinma’s hand on the glassy table.
“Am sooo shy,why did you remove your cap?? The camera’s…I..I…don’t want attention” Chidinma asked.
“Well my unborn child likes attention” he replied and kissed the back of her palm sweetly.
“We need to leave…I…I…

“Attention everybody”Rema said.
Someone screened out chidinma’s picture- groundnut seller.
“Well,I love my groundnut seller…..” He said loudly. Everyone clapped,still snapping. Chidinma was at a loss of word. Atleast the music was loud,it enabled her suppress her nervousness.
She sipped the chilled cream vodka in her glass immediately. Slowly,the camera’s fade away,they already took pictures enough.

Rema smiled. “Let’s dance” he winked at the dance floor.
“You think a shy…..you loss to me in this one” Chidinma took another sip and stood up immediately,she walked to the dance floor. Rema rushed after her immediately,he knew she is a crazy dancer.
“Hey sorry,let’s leave now!!!.
“You wanted it so enjoy it” she started dancing, not minding the camera’s.
She moved so perfect such a crazy dancer. Rema slammed his forehead and joined her.
It was a long fun, finally they retired to his penthouse for the night.

They had shower together. Her back was touching the bathtub as Rema straddled her.
“You’re mine,my beauty. I’m going to make love with you. I won’t be gentle…..I will be reckless, careful a little bit” he made those intentions known as he crashed his lips on hers,shoving his tongue into her mouth and moving her the way he wanted. He had her in everyway he could,he decided their position.

Chidinma loved it.

He gladly obliged,he turned her over,laid her flat on her stomach and took her from the behind. He then pulled her up onto all fours. He was so rough and reckless with every of his thrust. Yet he still didn’t get enough of her, he still wanted more and more and more….
And gave herself to him,she loved every bit of it,in fact she encourage it.

All night long,she gave all she could to him.

Chidinma’s House
Uyah’s family just finished watching a movie Chidinma featured in. They were happy, most especially Nonso.
He now loved watching advertisement channel so he could always see his sisters face in most commercials. Not only that, he was glad her manager called that most of her items sold out.

The gatekeeper knocked. The surveillance in their home already told them he was the one at the door.
“Come in” Mr hampson’s baritone voice came up.
“Sir,someone his at the door. He requests you and Madam’s presence”
“Who? Describe”…

“He’s a young guy,tall,fair ..he brought a car, a white Porsche” the gateman described.
Mr hampson thought it was Rema. Finally he had the opportunity to warm him to stay away severally from his daughter.
“He can come in” he finally ordered.
The gatekeeper left. Few minutes later, Samuel walked in.

Olive dropped the popcorn bowl immediately, he looks so much like her anonymous in the dating site. She hides her face immediately.
“Good day sir,actually queen chiamaka sent me to you” samuel said,he winked at Nonso who smiled at him in turn. He wondered why the lady beside him had that stuff on her face.

“Yes,what does she wants??? What does she wants???” Mr hampson blows hot.
Samuel glanced at Mrs Uyah who has been staring at his face the whole time.

“She doesn’t want anything,she wants me to give you this” Samuel replied and handed him the percel.
Mr Uyah unwrapped it immediately. It was a paper and some old files.

He checked the files,it was pictures of his dead first born….
Then the other pictures were pictures of him and rema growing up together, both their pictures when they studied outside country and all that…
Mr Uyah’s hand started shaking when he saw a picture where Samuel and rema wore the same T-shirt… “Brothers” was inscribed boldly on it.
He poured the pictures down for Mrs Uyah to see then he opened the letter.

If you received the parcel then you’ve met with the child you think was dead. I would have made this known to you a long time if you didn’t change surnames
