The CEO’S Unplanned Heir ( Aurelia Hawthorne ) - Season 3 Episode 48
If Leopold believed her, that would be a wonder. As a cunning girl, how many of her words could be
trusted?
He held her chin, forcing her to look him straight in the eye. His gaze was penetrating, scanning her
face as if he wanted to uncover all her secrets.
“Did you really tell my mother everything?”
Aurelia was nervous, fearful she might give herself away. She was struggling to maintain her
composure. “Yes.” She nodded, “My parents are both well–educated. They are more open–minded
than most, and they might not approve of our actions, but they accepted it.”
Leopold fell silent, his expression inscrutable.
After a while, he muttered, “Jolin agreed to your divorce and remarriage?”
Aurelia noticed his change in tone and grew more nervous, “My mother even knows about your
engagement with Evelyn, and as the saying goes, you can’t force someone to love you. Since you
have someone else in your heart, I should plan for my future too.”
Leopold was angry, a rage gathering in his eyes, “You should plan for the future, but don’t
miscalculate.”
She shrugged, showing a nonchalant smile, “As a pragmatic person, I am always down–to–earth and
never over–ambitious. How could I miscalculate?”
As long as she didn’t pin any hopes on him, there would be no surprises, no hurt.
Leopold’s eyebrows tightened. In his view, her words were negative.
Kevin was right, in some ways, she didn’t have the slightest ambition, she was just waiting for
opportunities to come to her, and Arnold was that opportunity.
“Don’t forget that I have the final say in who you will be with.”
At this, Aurelia was furious.
“Don’t forget, in exchange, your wife has to be sterilized. But I heard Evelyn is actively trying to get
pregnant.”

He smirked, “Are you jealous?”
She snorted, “What’s there to be jealous of? You broke the agreement, and don’t blame me for
breaking the rule.”
Leopold’s gaze turned icy, his intimidating aura making the room’s atmosphere tense.
He knew this woman dared to do anything, and she was fearless.
“If you dare to break the rule, don’t expect a peaceful life, not even Arnold can save you.”
She was furious, and the thought of Evelyn possibly being pregnant made her anger uncontrollable.
Throwing off the covers, she got up from the bed, hands on hips, glaring at him, “As soon as the babies
are born, we’re divorcing at once. We’ll sign the papers in the delivery room. If you don’t sign, I won’t
give birth.”
Leopold was speechless. She was the first woman to dare to throw a tantrum in front of him.
Was she acting arrogant because she was pregnant?
A fire flashed in his eyes, he stepped onto the bed, abruptly holding her and placing her on the bed,
then leaned over her, trapping her beneath him.
“Get off!” Aurelia tried to push him away, but he caught her hands and pinned them above her head.
He would never indulge a woman, and he had ways to punish her.
“Cross me, and you’ll pay the price.”
She shivered, her lips parting in surprise, fearing another kiss that would leave her lips swollen.
He noticed her reaction, a smirk playing on his lips as he bent down, burying his cool lips in her neck.
His fervent kisses tingled her skin, causing her to whimper.
