The CEO’S Unplanned Heir ( Aurelia Hawthorne ) - Season 3 Episode 46
“Really? Aurelia raised an eyebrow, deliberately posing a question, “What about Mr. Leopold? Is he
immune to a change of
mind?”
Evelyn fell silent.
Leopold was naturally aloof, never showing a hint of enthusiasm to anyone. Even to the women he
favored, he remained cool and distant. Megan was the only woman he allowed to remain in his life.
Everyone else, including Bowen, found it difficult to even approach him.
With a heart colder than an Arctic iceberg, how could he ever waver?
With a heavy heart, she pondered over these thoughts. Yet on her face, a relaxed smile emerged, “Leo
won’t change his heart. His favorite person is Megan, and then me.”
Her smile was like a sharp sting to Aurelia’s eyes. The orange in her mouth suddenly turned yucky.
Leopold might not always be able to resist a woman. Men, driven by their basic instincts, could easily
separate their emotions from their physical desires.
Moreover, judging by his demeanor, he might cheat Evelyn.

If Aurelia hadn’t been pregnant, he would have probably… The thought made her shiver with a sharp
chill. Once the babies were born, she’d immediately move out, refusing to share a room with him to
prevent having S** with him.
This kind of injustice was something no one would stand up against.
After all, he was her legitimate husband, entitled to demand her to meet his physical needs. When the
time came, her cries for help would fall on deaf ears.
While she was lost in her thoughts, Evelyn’s voice broke the silence, “I noticed, you often visit the
CEO’s office. Do you really have that much business to discuss directly with him?”
Aurelia caught the implication in her words. She was suspecting an affair between Aurelia and Leopold,
all because of her swollen lips from his kiss earlier that day.
Women were the most sensitive creatures.

Leaning back in her chair, she took a sip of water and replied leisurely, “Since you asked, let’s be frank.
Our new product, ‘Destiny, is about to launch, and your relationship with Mr. Louis concerns me. So, I
often discuss it with Mr. Leopold to ensure the marketing department is on top of things.”
Evelyn was guilty and said, “I have nothing going on with Mr. Louis. Don’t spread rumors.”
“Stop pretending. Mr. Louis has the entire marketing department working on the ‘Eternal Love‘ series,

constantly undermining our ‘Destiny. Everyone can see it. Mr. Leopold is astute. He wouldn’t have
listened to me if he hadn’t noticed it.” She paused, smirking, “Today, I bumped my mouth in the
restroom. When the boss saw it, he teased me, saying that even God finds my chatter annoying and
decided to shut me up.”
Jenny, who sat not far away, burst into laughter, “Aurelia, it seems like Mr. Leopold is indeed tired of
your chatter. You better adjust the frequency.”
“In the entire company, probably only you dare to chat with Mr. Leopold.” Darcy chuckled.
Aurelia said, “Maybe because I’m bold, and he sees me in a new light. Bosses can always think
differently than we do.”
“True that.” Darcy and Jenny echoed.
Evelyn was perplexed, studying Aurelia as if she were an anomaly.
“It seemed I had misunderstood. Her swollen lips were indeed due to an accident.” She thought to
herself, “how could a man as cold as Leo be interested in an ordinary woman? As for Arnold, he was
probably just looking for a change of pace.”
After work, Aurelia went to Sunbeam Retreat, where Jelena was waiting.
“Aurelia, you’ve kept it a secret for too long. We’ve been like sisters since childhood, and you didn’t
even tell me you’re pregnant. Jelena pouted, looking genuinely upset.
Aurelia sighed, “Getting pregnant before marriage isn’t exactly something to brag about. I didn’t want to tell anyone, hoping to keep it a secret for as long as possible.”
