I’m about to get in his face when both of us are jerked down. Mr. Nelson is between us, having grabbed us both by the front of our shirts. “Outside NOW!” He orders, his aura heavy, before releasing us.

He waits a minute before he turns and rolls back into Cara’s hospital room. | feel my dad come up behind me and put one arm around me and the other around Liam.
