What? Ms. Rhonda stole someone else’s child back then and went to the Luther family, pretending to be the child’s mother? Worse still, she even attempted to murder the son she raised for seven years multiple times in order to conceal the truth?

When Caridee revealed the truth of the matter, the entire press conference plunged into an uproar.

“Whose child did Rhonda steal, Ms. Caridee? And who exactly is Mr. Maxton’s biological mother?”

“What methods did Rhonda use to harm Mr. Maxton?”

“Ms. Caridee, Rhonda is already Mr. Luther’s legally wedded wife now. Is the Luther family not afraid of becoming a laughingstock in the elite circle by exposing her scandal?”

“Rhonda is currently a part of the Luther family, Ms. Caridee. Would you be handling this matter by the law and sending her to prison to be punished for her crimes?”

Standing at the podium, Caridee answered with a quirk of an eyebrow, “I’m not so sure about the identity of my nephew’s biological mother at present. As for the methods Rhonda used to harm him, I’ll be announcing them on the screen one by one in a while.”

At that point, she sneered and hissed through gritted teeth, “She isn’t part of the Luther family. She didn’t register her marriage with my brother at all. Thus, if you want to laugh at someone, direct it to her and her husband. Don’t slander the Luther family.”

Huh? They didn’t register their marriage? How’s that possible? Back then, this matter was the talk of the town. Furthermore, it was even the person in charge of City Hall who personally went to the Luther

residence to handle the procedures.

“What exactly is the truth behind all this, Ms. Caridee? Please enlighten us.”

Flashing them a smile, Caridee admitted unhurriedly, “The name of Rhonda’s husband is indeed Artemis Luther, but it isn’t my brother. Countless people have the same names in this world. She only married someone else who shares the same name as my brother.”

What? That’s totally mind-boggling!

None of the journalists present were fools, so they could all surmise from the statement that Rhonda had been tricked by the Luther family.

After saying that, she headed to the back of the stage.

At once, joy flooded Clarence.
