“Could it be that she has a lover in your school? Where is she? Keep an eye on her. Don’t let her run

away! I’ll come over right away.”

“What are you talking about? She’s gone. Mom, why are you looking for her in such a hurry?”

“Your brother gave her the house in the residence! Can I not ask her about it?”

Kaitlin also stomped her feet in anger. “Is my brother crazy? Why doesn’t he give me that house? He

actually gave it to that woman! Mom, just wait. When I find her, I will definitely stop her and ask her what

happened!”

Ainsley came out of the supermarket and bought a lot of food. She then called Lainey over, but she did

not expect that not only would Roman come, but Manuel and his sister Serina would also

come.

Ainsley saw the beautiful and shy little girl and the noble gentleman next to her at the door. Ainsley

suddenly felt that she was ridiculously ***.

“Please help yourself. I’ll go cook.” Then Roman directly walked into the kitchen with a lot of

ingredients in his hands.

Ainsley couldn’t stop him in time, but fortunately, Lainey blocked his way.

“Chef, I know you’re good at cooking, but Aisy is the host today. How can we let a guest cook for us? We

have already bought the deli.”

Lainey loved to eat. She meant it when she praised Roman’s culinary skills. She still remembered the

taste of the food that Roman had made that day.

After hearing what Lainey said, Roman looked at Manuel awkwardly.

Manuel had a severe obsession with cleanliness and had always been wary of takeout food.

at Manuel and Ainsley.

Lainey thought, Aisy has always been calm. This man looks as calm as Aisy and even more mature. This

kind of man is worthy of Aisy.

Manuel smiled politely at her. “My name is Manuel.”

Lainey almost choked herself with a mouthful of juice.

Manuel?

Mr. Gage of the Gage family from Seattle, the ruthless and decisive man?

Lainey looked at the calm gentleman in front of her. She could not figure out how this man in front

of her would be that Mr. Gage in rumor.

How did Aisy know him?

Lainey looked at Ainsley.

The little girl beside Manuel also turned to Ainsley.

Ainsley hesitated for a moment. She did not regard Manuel as a friend. This was only the third time she

saw Manuel. They were hardly friends.

“Ms. Easton is indeed a very good person.”

Manuel’s tone was hinting at something. He picked up a piece of food for Serina and then put

another piece into Ainsley’s plate. “Ms. Easton, you should eat more.”

What Manuel did intrigued the other three people at the table.
