Everyone’s shock turned into the “Oh of course” expression when they realized that Su Yu was the one who placed that last bid.

Su Yu stood up, adjusted the collar of his suit and walked up to the center of the stage.

Two hostesses carefully took the jewelry off Huo Mian – earrings, necklace, and bracelet.

They then put them on a tray and handed the tray to Huo Mian.

Huo Mian placed the tray in Su Yu’s hands. “Congratulations.”

Su Yu took the jewelry in his hands silently. Then, he looked around and said, “Since I bought this set of jewelry at such a high price, can I make a small request?”

“Of course, President Su,” the MC immediately replied.

“I’d like a photo with Ms. Huo.”

Everyone in the ballroom was flabbergasted by what he just said…

Was Su Yu actually asking the model who showcased the jewelry for a photo? Wow, he was still as perverted as ever.

She almost burst into laughter when she saw Qin Chu walk up and stand between her and Su Yu, but she successfully suppressed her urge.

After the MC took a photo of the three of them, he handed it to Su Yu, “President Su, here’s your photo.”

Su Yu took the photo with an icy expression on his face; he didn’t say anything…

The sale of the last jewelry set marked the end of the charity dinner. Qin Chu held onto Huo Mian’s hand as they walked out together.

“What do you want to eat?”

“President Su, you should save something this expensive for yourself. If my wife likes it, I can ask my department to design another one, just for her.” Qin Chu smiled.

“This is mine, I can give it to whoever I want. Huo Mian, take it.” Su Yu forcibly stuffed the jewelry box into Huo Mian’s hands.
