All the fantasies which Shen Qi had just now had been crushed by Ye Moxuan’s cold words. All color drained from her face as her fist clenched silently.

“I… I didn’t think so.”

“Really? Then why did you look so happy? Shen Qi, I’ll warn you again; in public, you are my assistant and nothing more.”

Hearing this, Shen Qi bit her lower lip and said nothing.

“I helped you just because I didn’t want you to embarrass the Ye Family. Do you understand?”

Ye Moxuan, who was so kind before, had now returned to being an arrogant and cold man.

No wonder he acted so differently all of a sudden.
