Elijah Stone’s POV

“Hey, Dolph-our Luna made out who I am, but she looks pissed.”

I believed I was wearing a look of mockery on my face, for I was talking almost provocatively to my wolf.

Then again, this was indeed a surprise to me, for Antonia didn’t seem to recognize me when we were in my private elevator earlier. But now that she did, she wanted to beat me up.

“I think we have to answer for it, Elijah. She isn’t wrong. Her life is ruined because of us. I’m sure you know better than I do what her misfortune means in the high society.”

Dolph was seemingly answering me from the point of rationality, but that was only natural because he believed this woman was our mate. He would certainly defend her no matter the circumstances.

However, it pissed me off as it made me recall that wild night as well as those baffling issues.

The man held my head with one arm, letting me flail my arms around with no chance of even getting as much as a scratch on him.

He stared coldly at me like he was looking at a jester with his lofty, condescending look. “Get this straight -you’re the one who ordered me. Don’t put it like I r*ped you when it was mutual consent.”

To that. I raged with threatening gestures, saying, “Do you have no work ethic, you f*cking hustler?! How can you not wear a condom when you’re servicing me?! You ruined my life! I’m going to castrate you!”

“What?” He narrowed his eyes and looked menacingly at me. “You haven’t gotten pregnant… have you?”

“Very well!” He nodded pleasingly.

“Meanwhile, you have the audacity to continue working as a hustler here?! Just how many innocent women do you want to ruin?! I’m going to speak to your manager about you this instant!” Worried that he would see through my lic, I used anger to conceal my guilty conscience and left in a fury.

However, just as I reached the door, I got a call from Michael. “Your colleagues are all going to leave if you don’t return soon, Antonia, and you can forget about going to work tomorrow.”

“To hell with you!” I ended the call furiously, so livid that I was shaking all over. Why are there b”stards everywhere?! First, the one inside, and now another one out here!

Wait a minute. It suddenly hit me. How can I let that hustler off the hook just like that when he’s ruined my life so badly?!

How can he live so lavishly while my babies have to suffer with me?!

At that, I barged into the room once again and snapped justifiably. “You son of a b*stard, you have to answer for the misery you’ve given me!”

The man was drinking, and he looked coldly at me after hearing my words. “What do you want from me?”

“You have to compensate me!” I snapped justifiably. “My life wouldn’t be like this if it weren’t for you.”

If it weren’t for him. I would’ve at least seen my father one last time.

If it weren’t for him, my name would be besmirched, and I wouldn’t become a slt everyone despised.

If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have become a single mother…

Then again, the triplets were so adorable!

“Three hundred million?” He quirked a brow

“Huh, I’ll be laughing even in my dreams if you can give me three hundred million.” I sneered. “You talk big for a mere hustler! Listen carefully, I want your salary for the next three months. From this day on, you are to give me half of what you earn for the night!”

After all, I’m so broke now that I can’t even afford baby formula…
