“I’m buckling your seatbelt for you!” Chen Chen said as he pulled the seatbelt beside him over and buckled it. Then, he quickly pulled away from Bai Ran.

“Send me back to my old house,” Bai Ran said quickly, trying to hide the awkwardness from earlier.

The journey was silent. Bai Ran looked out of the window and thought about Chen Chen’s behavior over the past few days. She really did not understand what he was trying to do.

When Bai Ran woke up again, she realized that she was lying on the sofa in their new room.

“Why am I here? Didn’t you say you would send me to my original home?” Bai Ran looked at Chen Chen.

Chen Chen walked out of the kitchen and explained, “You haven’t been in good spirits these past few days. You’re too tired. You even fell asleep in my car. Do you still want to go over there and clean up with this spirit? Are you sure you can do it?”

“Wait, how did I get home from the car?” Bai Ran suddenly thought of this question and looked surprised. Could it be…
