“It’s quite alright, Headmaster Ashcroft. Your presence now means a great deal to me,” Silas responded politely, aware of the demands on the headmaster’s time. He understood that if not for his pressing responsibilities, the headmaster would have visited sooner.

“Of course. I won’t keep you any longer, Headmaster,” Silas replied.
