Lu Feng and Lu Qiang were sitting quietly enjoying the conversation between their brothers, one was the eldest one and the other one was the youngest one. Both looked at Lu Lijun to see what he would say next.

Taking his jacket off to hang it in the wardrobe, Lu Lijun replied, “If the girl is like Yuyan, I won’t mind falling for her but sadly, there is only one Yuyan and I don’t wish to fall for anyone as they all seem annoying. So, I would be like brother Lu Feng, not looking at girls at all.”

Hearing it, Lu Qiang and Lu Feng looked at each other in surprise. Lu Qiang then whispered to Lu Feng, “Seems like we brothers like similar things.”

Hearing it, Lu Feng smiled and whispered back, “You should be thankful that he is a kid or you would have been like me, looking at the woman you like getting married to someone else.” 2

Lu Qiang laughed a little and said, “True.”

Just then Lu Han called Lu Feng. “Hey, Lu Feng, you are setting a bad example for our younger brother by still being single. Get a girl so he can see there are more good girls around. I am worried that two of my younger brothers will spend their life alone.”

“Don’t worry, elder brother. He is not like me. He will get a girl.” Lu Feng said while Lu Lijun was busy changing his clothes into a night pajama.

“Hmm! Right! Let’s go to our rooms and rest now. Tomorrow, it will be the day of work,” Lu Han said and others nodded.

“Good night, Lu Lijun.” Saying, Lu Qiang helped Lu Lijun to cover with a quilt.

“Good night, elder brother.” Lu Lijun said.

Lu Qiang turned off the lights and turned on the night lamp, emitting the light more than what a normal night lamp should. The orange light from it brightened up the room enough to see everything clear around and not to feel that room was dark.

As they got out, Lu Han asked, “Is he still afraid of the dark?”

“Not much like before. He is getting used to it. Now he doesn’t have to sleep with a whole room brightened up with light,” Lu Qiang replied.

“Good to know it.”

“Also, he can sleep alone now, or Lu Qiang had to spend his nights after a wedding in Lu Lijun’s room,” Lu Feng said to tease him.

“We have you, Lu Feng. If not me, he is used to having you around. After my wedding, you would be the one spending nights with Lu Lijun,” Lu Qiang said.

“He can, Lu Qiang as he will be single for life,” Lu Han said and Lu Qiang smiled while Lu Feng said, “Elder brother, my sister-in-law must be waiting for you. Don’t keep her waiting alone in bed.”

“Right! I forgot.” Saying, Lu Han left to his room and the other two left to their rooms.

When Lu Qiang went to his room, he dialed Jiang Yuyan’s number as he wanted to talk to her. Since the night of a bachelor’s party, he didn’t see her. He wanted to go to Ming Mansion but Jiang Yuyan didn’t allow him as it was just a matter of a day.

Jiang Yuyan was ready to get into bed when her cell phone rang. It didn’t surprise her to see Lu Qiang calling her as she was already expecting it.

Receiving it, she asked, “Are you still awake?”

“How can I sleep without hearing the sweet voice of my wife?” Lu Qiang replied that made her giggle, and she didn’t talk further so Lu Qiang asked, “What happened?”

“I am still not used to hearing such lines from you,” she replied.

“I told you before. Get used to it as you might get to hear such things often,” As Lu Qiang said it, he saw he was getting one more call waiting and it was from Jiang Yang.

“Is Jiang Yang there?” He asked Jiang Yuyan.

“No, brother is in his room,” Jiang Yuyan replied.

“Wait, be on the line.” Saying Lu Qiang put the call on conference mode and all three were on the call, and they could hear Jiang Yang speaking. “Are you troubling my sister late at night? She needs to sleep so she can be fresh tomorrow and not feel tired.”

Ignoring him, Lu Qiang asked, “What did you call for?” and Jiang Yuyan stayed quiet.

“Ohh! Did you get the things I sent to you?” Jiang Yang asked.

“Hmm!” Lu Qiang nodded.

“Okay! I will go to bed to get my beauty sleep and you should let my sister rest too as she will get sleepless nights because of one horny man,” Jiang Yang said.

“Don’t worry, she won’t feel like sleeping when I鈥?.”

“Cough- cough!” Jiang Yuyan couldn’t stay silent knowing what Lu Qiang would say.

“Are you okay?” Lu Qiang asked with worry as she coughed.

“How can she be okay after knowing your intentions?” Jiang Yang said as Jiang Yuyan was still coughing. 2

She was thinking about how these two can be so bold and shameless in front of her and talking about herself as if she was nobody. She was used to it, but every time it left her stunned.

“I am coming there,” Lu Qiang said, ignoring what Jiang Yang said and seeing how Jiang Yuyan was coughing.

“N-No need. I am fine,” Jiang Yuyan said as she knew Lu Qiang meant it.

“Hey man. Don’t be like this as if she is with strangers and no one is here to take care of her. Don’t forget I have raised her,” Jiang Yang said and Lu Qiang couldn’t say anything as it was the fact.

“Don’t worry. This doctor will check on one more heart patient,” Jiang Yang said and before they could understand it, Jiang Yang was in the door of Jiang Yuyan’s room while holding a cellphone to his ear.
