Nixxxie and Jiang Yang finally decided to spend a night in the suit. Clearing his throat, Jiang Yang said, “We should sleep now.”

Nixxxie nodded. “I hope you don’t plan to sleep on the couch thinking this is what a true gentleman should do.”

“Cough!” Jiang was thinking the same, and these words from her startled him. “So, are you willing to sleep here on the couch?”

“I need a bed to sleep comfortably as I get back pain easily so no couch for me,” she replied.

“Then?” he asked knowing her intentions already.

“If I am not wrong, a few days back, someone was talking about not being formal, be like a normal couple and do whatever we feel like to do.” Saying Nixxxie gave Jiang Yang a look with narrowed eyes.

Remembering what he said to her, the day when he took her on a ride out of the city, Jiang Yang couldn’t help but smile and said, “If you plan to take my words seriously, then I don’t mind doing what you have in your mind right now.”

“In my mind, huh? And what’s that?” Nixxxie asked nonchalantly and playing innocent.

Not speaking a single word, Jiang Yang got up from the couch and before Nixxxie could understand what he was about to do, the next moment she was up in his arms, her feet hanging in the air on his one arm.

Lifting her in his arms, Jiang Yang took her to the bed and said while putting her down on it, “The bed is wide enough for both of us to sleep comfortably.” Smiling Nixxxie nodded. She liked the way he did things and always found it romantic.

Once she was in a bed, Jiang Yang climbed in a bed too and covered both of them in a quilt till their chests. He said, “Now it’s fine and we can sleep comfortably.”

“Not as much as we did on the bed in your office’s resting room,” Nixxxie spoke and Jiang Yang turned to his one side to look at her. “It was not the bed that was comfortable but it was me and my embrace you found comfortable.”

Turning to look at him as both were lying on their sides facing each other, Nixxxie asked, “Can I be comfortable here too?”

Not saying anything, Jiang Yang pulled her towards him and let her rest with her head resting on his arm and her face burying just below his neck. Nixxxie wrapped her hand around him and soon both fell asleep.

Lu Qiang reached Lu Mansion with Lu Feng. Wishing each other good night, both went to their rooms. Lu Qiang pulled out his cell phone and called Jiang Yuyan to ask if she reached home.

Jiang Yuyan just came out of the bathroom after freshening up and she heard her cell phone ringing. Seeing Lu Qiang’s name on it, she smiled and said, “Did you reach?”

Lu Qiang answered, but Jiang Yuyan could not hear it. Realizing, there is a network problem in the room, she said, “Give me a minute.”

Saying Jiang Yuyan went out of the room and went to the huge balcony, located just beside her room on the first floor. In a hurry, she forgot to put on her house slippers.

That huge gallery had so many ornaments plants planted in the different beautiful planters. There were different rose plants planted as roses were favorite flowers of Ming Lan. Few twigs were lying on the floor, which had tiny thorns on it. Jiang Yuyan noticed them and went to the railing carefully, not stepping on any of that twigs.

Jiang Yuyan asked again, “Did you reach home?”

Lu Qiang nodded. “Hmm! How about you?” He asked.

“Just got freshened up, and I was about to go to bed,” Jiang Yuyan replied, standing near the railing and looking at the sky.

Giving out deep sigh, Lu Qiang said, “You are giving me details that are making me come to you right away.”

Hearing it, she giggled and said, “No need. After a day, I won’t be able to enjoy the freedom of being alone in a bed so let me be for a day at least.”

“Right! Enjoy as much as you want right now because you don’t know how much I will trouble you.” Pausing for a while, he said again but in a low and hoarse voice, “Every day and night.”

A shiver ran down through her spine and Jiang Yuyan asked, “Are you trying to scare me, Mr. Lu?”

“I have no such intentions. I am just stating a fact so prepare yourself for it, Mrs. Lu,” Lu Qiang replied.

When both lovers were talking, a white luxury car stopped in front of the Ming Mansion’s door.

“Uncle, why did you bring me here?” Ming Rusheng, who was drunk, asked his uncle Zhang Wei.

“I am leaving for city S in the next few hours and I don’t want you to be alone in my home in this condition so you better rest in your home.”

Closing his eyes, Ming Rusheng leaned back in his seat as not willing to get out of the car, “Uncle, you are being cruel to me too just like my family members. You know well why I am staying away from my home and still, you want me to be here when it is the time I should not be here anymore.”

Feeling sad for his nephew, Zhang Wei said, “I know but bear it till tomorrow and later you can go back to my home.”

Zhang Wei knew of Ming Rusheng’s situation and he too didn’t want him to be in Ming Mansion but the situation came and he had to go out of the city. For the past few days, Ming Rusheng was working like a horse in a day and in a night, he ended up with alcohol. It worried Zhang Wei to leave him alone, as it scared him that Ming Rusheng might do something rash.

Getting out of the car, Zhang Wei pulled Ming Rusheng out of the car. Servants were already there, so handling him to them, Zhang Wei spoke. “Take him to his room and put him to sleep.” Zhang Wei was in a hurry to catch a flight so he had no other option but to leave Ming Rusheng to the servants.

Zhang Wei left and servants brought, Ming Rusheng inside the Mansion.
