Jiang Yang entered into his room and went straight to the bathroom for a shower. After a while, Lu Qiang woke up. He rubbed his eyes and stood up. He looked at the door of Jiang YuYan’s room and put his hand on the doorknob to open it, but retreated his hand. He turned and move towards Jiang Yang’s room. When he just entered inside, a voice startled him.

“Oh My God!” It was Jiang Yang. He just came out of the bathroom with the white towel wrapped around his waist. When he came out, he saw Lu Qiang, entered into his room.

Lu Qiang looked at him with a questioning look as to know what happened. Jiang YuYan was standing near the bathroom’s door with serious look on his face, like something would have happened. He looked at Lu Qiang and said with a teasing smile, “How can a man look so handsome with his sleepy face?”

Lu Qiang ignored him and moved towards the couch. When Jiang Yang saw his ignorance, he smiled mischievously, “No wonder, my rock hearted sister is smitten by you.”

Jiang Yang was the kind of a person, who never liked to do anything in a haste. When he saw Lu Qiang, he didn’t ask him ‘what happened?’ He always preferred to give others their own time and always behaved like his usual self to keep atmosphere normal. When he saw Lu Qiang, who was sitting outside of Jiang Yuyan’s room, he already guessed that something must have happened to make him spend his night while sleeping outside of his sister’s room

Lu Qiang sat on the couch while leaning back and closed his eyes. He was still thinking about the things happened last night between him and Jiang Yuyan. He wanted to see Jiang YuYan at least for once, but couldn’t mustered up the courage to go in front of her. He didn’t know how she would react?

Jiang Yang saw him and knew that he was upset about something, so he didn’t say anything further. He walked towards his wardrobe and wore the fresh set of clothes. He got ready then went to the couch and sat beside Lu Qiang. Lu Qiang still didn’t bother to open his eyes.

Jiang Yang asked while looking at the glass windows which opened into the gallery and was observing the outside view “How did the babysitting go?”

Lu Qiang gave out a deep sigh and replied “Not so good. I think I troubled the baby”.

Jiang Yang: “Hmmm! Still, thanks for being with her last night as I couldn’t come back”.

Lu Qiang : “No need to be formal. How did the surgery goes?”

Jiang Yang : “It was successful. As it was a critical one, it took more time than what we expected”.

Lu Qiang: “Hmmm!”

Jiang Yang : “What happened?”

Lu Qiang : “I am sure, you wouldn’t like to know it.”

Jiang Yang : “Ummm! But still… I need to know”.

“I hurt her” Lu Qiang said with a heavy voice. His eyes were closed, but still one could see that the corners of his eyes were moist.

Jiang Yang looked at Lu Qiang after realizing the change in his voice. He saw, his face looked really sad and his eyelashes were moist too but he averted his sight from his face and he pretended that he didn’t notice it. He looked back at the window and asked, “Really?

Lu Qiang : “Ummm!”

Jiang Yang : “Are you sure, It was you who hurt her?”

Lu Qiang : “Hmm! Then who else could it be?”

Jiang Yang : “But, I don’t think so.”

Lu Qiang was taken aback and opened his eyes in a surprise and looked at Jiang Yang, who was staring outside of the huge glass window.

Lu Qiang also looked at the glass window and said in a sad voice “You don’t know what I did to her”.

Jiang Yang smiled and had a calm expressions on his face “I am sure you couldn’t do anything more than just a kiss”.

Lu Qiang got surprised again and glanced at him. At that moment he thought, he couldn’t understand Jiang Yang, but he could guess that Jiang Yang was also worried about his sister and had something in his mind. As Lu Qiang didn’t know about her past, he couldn’t guess what exactly that was. He just decided to trust Jiang Yang same as Jiang Yang trusted him.

Both of them stayed silent for a while, looking outside of the window. Suddenly, Jiang Yang asked, “Was she unwilling to kiss you?”

Lu Qiang decided to answer honestly and said, “Nope!”

Jiang Yang smiled and calmly said, “That’s a good news then”.

Lu Qiang again got surprised by his words, but this time he had an aggravated expressions “Don’t you think you are trying to invade her personal space?”.

Jiang Yang noticed this change in Lu Qiang but still calmly replied “That’s my job. If not you, then I’ll get to know everything from her, as she share everything with me. It’s just that, I want to know your side of the story to understand her better”.

Lu Qiang looked at him and asked annoyingly “Is she any kind of a medical project for you or what?”

Lu Qiang knew there was a reason behind Jiang Yang’s behavior but still he didn’t like it, as every person has a right to have their personal space.

Jiang Yang could guess that Lu Qiang was not happy to see that he was being inconsiderate to the Jiang Yuyan’s privacy, so he gave a simple and straightforward reply to him “She is a wounded person, to whom I am trying to heal by treating her unseen wounds. I am doing it, since last eight years and will continue to that, until I feel, she is completely fine”.

Lu Qiang understood him as a brother, but still, he asked, “In that case, weren’t you worried about to leave her with a man for whole night?”

“I am worried about her that’s why I did it” Then Jiang Yang turned to look at Lu Qiang and said while looking into his eyes, “Moreover, I knew, that man won’t do anything wrong to her ever”.

Lu Qiang knew, what Jiang Yang said was true. He couldn’t hurt her, not even in his dreams. He asked him, “How can you be so sure?”

Jiang Yang smiled as turning back to his usual self and said, “Well! Aside from being an extraordinarily handsome and a talented person, I have one more quality and that is to understand a person in just a single glance”.

Lu Qiang averted his sight from Jiang Yang and looked at a ceiling “But that man did hurt her”.

Jiang Yang: “I can’t say anything, until you tell me what happened between both of you?”

Lu Qiang smiled and annoyingly asked “What kind of a brother are you? Who don’t get angry at the man who kissed his sister? Instead, you wants to know what exactly we did.”

Jiang Yang smiled and casually replied, “Well…One of a kind”.
