“Is she….” he stopped, “Is what I am seeing right?”

“Hmm, she is the one,” the previous one agreed.

They were not only two but had a few more friends with them who were enjoying swimming.

“Who are you two looking at,” one asked.

“No one. Just enjoy.”

They brushed it off and stayed silent. Once they were left alone, the one said, “Shall we give her a visit and tell her what wrong she has done?”

“We should. After all, she is living a good life while our friend lost his life. That bitch, how happy she looks. Bloody murderer.”

“True. Don’t worry, we will find a chance.”

During lunch when they all sat around the table, Jiang Yuyan excused herself as she had a call to attend. Xiao Min was not there so she had to attend it.

Jiang Yuyan went to the free place towards the garden and talked on the call. She didn’t know the two men were eyeing her for long but finally found a chance to get her.

Just as she finished that long call and was about to leave, she heard a voice, “Yuu..yaannn…what’s your name again?”

She turned to look at the source of the voice and saw two men standing behind her, wearing casual clothes like shirts and shorts. They looked like they stayed in this hotel but she didn’t recognise them instantly. But how did they know her name?. They must know her.

“Do I know you?” she asked in her usual President Lu tone.

“Of course, you know us. How can you forget us after turning our lives into hell?” said one of them. She had seen them long back only on the day of that incident and after that, she didn’t see them as they were punished by the law. Moreover, who would want to remember such people?

“Parden?” she asked, feeling confused.

“After what you did with our friend, he took his own life and you…you are enjoying your life and I heard you are the president of one of the biggest businesses in China. You murderer, you should be in jail instead.”

“I think you are mistaken,” she said and was about to turn but heard them, “Did you forget that day in the school’s storage house almost nineteen years back?”

Jiang Yuyan froze in her place and looked at the two. She now realized who those two were. They were changed and she couldn’t recognise them in that instant.

She turned angry, “You two, it’s better for you to leave or I am yet to make things right with you.”

“Ahh, you will kill us like our friend? Go ahead. We are not scared.”

“I didn’t kill him but he got what he deserved.”

“What he deserved you say, huh? You forced him to commit suicide. That boy who never shed a single tear, he used to cry seeing his own disfigured self. He could not even walk and you say he deserves it?”

The other said, “After what we did with you, we accepted the crime and even regretted it but after what you did with our friend, “We don’t regret it at all. If we get a chance again, I swear, I would have just killed you.”

“Both of you, your bullshit talk can’t affect me so don’t waste your time.”

“Bullshit talk?” one scoffed, “I heard you lost your husband just a few months after we lost our friend. This is what you deserve. We lost someone and you lost someone. But now I wish you to again lose someone and you cry for your life. I saw one young guy paying special attention to you. Is he the one now?”

Her eyes turned red with a rage and she wished to kill them right there and then.

“How will you feel if you lose him?”

“You dare say a word and I will make sure to shut both of your mouths,” Jiang Yuyan warned.

“Sure go ahead and till then we will enjoy remembering those painful screams of yours and how you were begging us to let you go. So delicate and small and was crying her throat out to let her go. Did you forget it?”

Jiang Yuyan, who could deal with anyone and held the capability to let these two taste the ground, felt shivers run along her body the moment they reminded her of that day.

‘Please let me go…it hurts…don’t beat me….my clothes..don’t…don’t tear them…It hurts…’ sounds of her own crying started to buzz in her ears and she could not move even an inch from her place.

“What happened? did you remember that day now.” One laughed.

The other joined him, “If You had not killed our friend that brutally, today we would have been apologising to you but no. Now we wish to remind you of that day which you have forgotten and you are living a good life after killing him and ruining his life. You don’t deserve to be happy.”

“Yeah, you should be shameful to laugh even. I hope you will lose everything dear to you and then you will unhesitant the meaning of pain.”

“Shut up,” she said in a high tone.

“Why? You don’t want to hear it. what we did with you that day, you deserve it. I sometimes think if he was going to die anyway, he should have better raped you and your brother would not appear to save you. you deserve it.”

“Yuyan!”

just then they heard the voice. That was Lu Lijun who came searching for her as she didn’t return soon..

“Your guy is here. Take care of him or you might lose him like your husband.

The two left and Jiang Yuyan remained frozen in her place.

“What are you doing here, Yuyan?” Lu Lijun asked as he saw two unknown men leaving the place and then he looked at Jiang Yuyan who looked scared and lost?

“What happened? Did they say or do something to you?” he asked worriedly.

she shook her head and held back her tears.

“What happened then. let me see who they are?”

“Lu Lijun, please don’t.” She stopped and Lu Lijun listened to her but his eyes remained on those two who were walking away.
