Jiang Yuyan who had started realizing her feelings for him, could not resist him or rather she didn’t wish to resist but live in this moment when they were so close. She didn’t know if it would be the same later but she wished to be selfish for once. Even before her heart and mind could realize or accept him, her body had accepted him long back when she failed to resist him every time.
But the question was, did she have the courage to confess it to Lu Lijun or more like she would continue to think he deserves someone better and not her who was broken and could not give herself to him completely when her heart was still filled with the yearning for Lu Qiang.

Keeping all thoughts aside, she responded to him when he captured her lips and sucked and nibbled them slowly. Lu Lijun tilted his head up from the pillow to be able to kiss her comfortably as his hand moved from her chin to caress her cheek and then to back for her head as his fingers entwined with her hair locks.

He didn’t wish to think about anything as this sweet kiss with her was making him go crazy as he bit and tugged her lips harshly and moved swiftly to get on top of her and it happened so naturally like they were used to it.

Jiang Yuyan comfortably lay on her back and pulled him into a deep kiss as her hands surrounded his neck. Lu Lijun deepened the kiss as he slid his tongue into her cavern as her tongue accompanied him in a passionate kiss. The room that was silent now filled with the soft sounds resulting from that passionate kiss filled the room.

They stopped after a long time, realizing the need to breathe. Jiang Yuyan tried to capture as much air as she could as if she was almost suffocated.

Panting heavily, he continued to look at her delicate face which had turned red and when she looked fine, he asked, “Is it enough to distract your mind from the nightmare?”

She looked at him and nodded lightly.

”You should be able to sleep now,” he asked again, still having her under him.

She nodded again and Lu Lijun moved back a little, “Sleep then.”

He knew his body had reacted the way it should be after that long passionate kiss and if he had stayed close to her, he might have ended up wanting more. He fixed the quilt on her and lay next to her. This time there was no space left between them as Lu Lijun didn’t bother to sleep on the other side of the bed.

Jiang Yuyan turned to her one side to sleep while facing him, who was sleeping facing the ceiling. Lu Lijun looked at her and moved his arm to let her use it as a pillow and pulled her closer to him. She slept nicely while circling her hand around him.

It was the way she used to sleep with Lu Qiang and felt the safest place to be and she felt the same with Lu Lijun.

Staring at the ceiling for a while Lu Lijun closed his eyes and thought about what kind of relationship they had now. A few months back she rejected him and he agreed to her wish and now they were together again and close like this but he didn’t know what he should think.

’Last time when she accepted and responded to me, it ended up pushing her away. She sure must have regretted giving into me at that time but what about now? Will she do the same and regret what we are doing now? Will she try to get away from me once again when she will end up regretting it?’

He was happy about how they were at this moment but it scared him at the same time. He was not certain about what she would do and think at any moment. The only thing he knew was to never lose her again and never to let her go away from him.

’Let’s not think much about it. Just let things happen the way they are.’

The next morning, Jiang Yuyan woke up a little late and found she was alone in bed. Lu Lijun was not there. Just then there was a knock on the door and Martha entered the room.

”Good morning, Young Mistress.”

”Morning, Martha,” Jiang Yuyan replied and noticed Martha was carrying her luggage bag.

Before Jiang Yuyan could ask, Martha answered, “The Fourth Young Master asked me to arrange your stuff in this room,” and went towards the wardrobe.

It shocked Jiang Yuyan. ‘In this room? Does he want me to stay here with him?’ she gulped and remembered the memories from the night. ‘Is it because of that? Does he think now we….If I stay here, I will surely go crazy. Last night it was so hard to stop and say it was enough. That guy sure makes me lose my mind…’

She looked at Martha, “No need to arrange my things here.”

Martha looked at her, “The Fourth Young Master said not to listen to you.”

It shocked Jiang Yuyan to know that Lu Lijun had already predicted this reaction from her. Then she heard Martha again, “Young Mistress. I don’t mean to disrespect you but here we follow everything that the Fourth Young Master wishes us to do.”

Jiang Yuyan only nodded and heard her again, “Fourth Young Master cares for you a lot. I am sure he knows what is good for you.”

Martha left while Jiang Yuyan could only sit in her place while worrying about spending nights in this room. She sure wanted to be with him but she was scared of herself. She didn’t trust herself now that she would end up showing him her true feelings.

”I can not let him know what I feel for him. Once he is back, I will talk to him and move back to my room.”

Just then Lu Lijun, who returned from the morning workout, all sweaty in his clothes white T-shirt and shorts that clung onto his well-toned body, entered the room.

She stared at him as he looked so manly to her. ‘Since when he had turned like this?’ she felt her heart skipping beats.

”Do you want to say something?” he asked, seeing her dazed as he was ready to go to the bathroom to have a bath.

Subconsciously she shook her head and forgot what she was about to talk to him. She then realized she was staring at his body boldly and was about to drool over it.

She immediately averted her gaze and lay back in bed as she covered herself back in the quilt. “I will sleep for a while more.”

”Hmm,” was what he said and went to the bathroom.

Jiang Yuyan tried to calm her heart. ‘Why do I feel like I am turning into a pervert? How can I stare at him like this? What if he had noticed it? What will he think about me?’

Just then she heard the sound of water flowing in the bathroom. He was having a shower and Jiang Yuyan closed her ears. ‘Staying in this room is dangerous for me. I need to find a reason to move back to my room. I had fallen for him is fine but why am I turning into a perverted woman? He is sure like his elder brother who always managed to seduce me. I need to stay away from him.’
