When An Tian and Jiang Yang were busy obsessing over what Noah was up to, Lu Feng went to San Zemin’s man who always followed Lu Lijun.

Lu Feng was aware of all the people around Lu Lijun, so it was not difficult for him to find one.

The tall, muscular man in casual clothes, wearing a T-shirt and black leather jacket over it, bowed to Lu Feng.

“I need you to do something,” said Lu Feng.

The man nodded, knowing who Lu Feng was, and he was one of the trusted men of their boss and lady boss.

“I want to see what’s going on in the room where Lu Lijun and his friends went to,” Lu Feng explained, and the man nodded again.

Leaving it to the man, Lu Feng returned to his friends. Those were San Zemin’s skilled men who were ready for all kinds of situations and carried some gadgets with them always.

The man used one attendant to get the secret camera in Lu Lijun’s room, and another man brought a tablet to Lu Feng.

Sitting inside the room while enjoying the drinks, the three friends enjoyed the show from that room.

Once it was over and the three hurt guys left the room and Noah went to get the drink, An Tian spoke, looking at Noah on the tablet screen.

“This guy, I always knew he was really something.”

Jiang Yang agreed, “He is not as simple as he looks.”

Lu Feng looked at An Tian, “You once said he is even more complicated than the other two.”

An Tian nodded, “He is the kind of person that one can’t afford to be on his bad side. You never know what he would do.”

“Is it?” Jiang Yang asked as he looked at the tablet screen where it showed Noah waited for his drink.

“His brain is the dangerous thing. He can turn any situation in his favor by any means,” An Tian added.

“It’s good that he is with Lu Lijun,” Lu Feng commented.

“I’m sure president Lu intentionally kept him on Lu Lijun’s side,” An Tian spoke.

“I always sensed something behind his always smiling face,” Jiang Yang said.

“Look, who’s talking?” An Tain commented, and Lu Feng smiled, “Talk for yourself.”

Jiang Yang avoided looking at them and got busy with drinking.

Just as these three were busy talking about Noah, they heard something from the tablet.

“Make sure to get that hidden camera with you.”

The three looked at the screen and saw Noah talking while the other two didn’t look surprised even a bit.

An Tian laughed, “We should be proud of them. Smart just like us.”

The other two smiled, and An Tian got up. “Let’s go to them. They already know we are here.”

(Flashback over)

The three older ones and the three younger ones enjoyed the drinking.

“By the way, what was the reason to do that to those three?” Jiang Yang asked Noah.

Noah explained what happened at the party the previous night and how Lu Lijun ended up drinking.

“You did well,” An Tian said, and Lu Feng agreed, “I doubt if they will do it again.”

“I told them I’d delete the video,” said Noah as he pulled out his cellphone. The next moment the video was deleted and Noah commented, “The man should keep his words.”

The others understood his intentions.

An Tian chuckled, “You really want them to come to you again.”

“Is it bad to have a little more fun?” Noah asked, and An Tian shook his head, “Do as you want. I’m sure next time they will cry really bad.”

“Such a devil he is,” Jiang Yang spoke just to get a narrowed-eyed look from his two friends, and they said together again, “Talk for yourself.”

Jiang Yang was no less than the devil who hid everything behind his smile. He had no option but to be quiet in front of his two friends who knew him well.

They enjoyed drinking and talking then left the pub to go home.

Walking towards their cars, An Tian talked to Jake, “Was everything fine last night?”

Jake glared at his brother, and An Tian spoke again, “I mean, you were drunk, so I was worried.”

“Then you should have taken me with you,” Jake countered.

An Tian just smiled, “Take it slow with him.”

“When was I in a hurry?” Came another cold reply from Jake.

“He is not that easy; that’s what I wanted to say,” An Tian added.

Jake looked at Noah, who talked to Jiang Yang Lu Feng, and nodded, “I know.”

An Tian patted his shoulder, “Take care,” and Jake nodded.

Everyone left their homes.

On the way, Lu Lijun thought If Jiang Yuyan was home as every Sunday-night, she returned from wherever she was.

Noah drove the car while Jake sat in the co-driver seat.

“What were you talking to, brother Tian?” Noah asked.

“Nothing much,” Jake replied, looking outside of the window.

Noah looked at him, “Both of you looked serious.”

Jake turned to look back at Noah, “Focus on driving.”

When they reached home, Jake straight away went to his room after wishing good night to Noah. Jake couldn’t sleep, thinking about what would be the future of him and Noah if he ever let him know what he felt for him.

Lu Lijun reached home, and it was already late as they spent time in the pub. The moment he stepped out of the car, he looked around towards the mansion and Jiang Yuyan’s room, out of habit.

The lights in her rooms were off, so he looked around at the parking lot and saw Jiang Yuyan’s car standing there.

Unknown to him, he felt relieved and went inside the mansion. This time Lu Lijun saw the butler but straightaway went upstairs.

Getting to his floor, Lu Lijun looked at his wristwatch and then at Jiang Yuyan’s room. Subconsciously his feet stepped towards her room, and he opened the door.

As expected, she was in a deep sleep. Lu Lijun went to her bed and looked at her for a while. Her face was calm and didn’t look like she had any nightmare.

Fixing the misplaced quilt over her, Lu Lijun left and went to his room, not knowing soon his life will take a big turn.
