“I do and might do so forever but I don’t wish her to come to me just because I love her.”

Jiang Yang stared at his friend for a while and asked, “Why are you so good my friend?”

“I am not. If I was, then I would have listened to everything she had asked me for. I am selfish who just want to stick to what I have decided and followed for a long time. When you love someone, you listen to the request of the person but I didn’t listen to her when she came to me and asked me to take Lu Qiang’s position. Instead of listening to her, I pushed her in the pit of pressure and responsibilities and we can see the result,” Lu Feng countered.

“I have nothing to say when you are like this but I can say my sister is lucky to get the love from the best men in the world,” Jiang Yang commented.

“But those two men can’t be with her,” said Lu Feng as he closed his eyes.

“Hmm! I just wish she can get back to how she was with Lu Qiang.” Saying Jiang Yang closed his eyes too.

Lu Feng mumbled, “I wish the same.”

Outside of the lounge, San Zemin and Xiao Min were sitting on the couch of the office. San Zemin looked stressed and Xiao Min noticed it.

“Don’t worry, San Zemin. Boss would be fine,” said Xiao Min.

“Hmm!”

“Is there something that’s bothering you, San Zemin?” Xiao Min asked.

San Zemin didn’t answer and buried his face in his palms as he sat leaning forward with his elbows resting at his knees.

Xiao Min understood there must be something serious as San Zemin didn’t answer and looked unusually worried and stressed.

“Have you again found something disturbing and serious?” Xiao Min asked.

San Zemin looked like he wanted to punch someone terrible and take his anger out somewhere. He slipped his hands to his hair from his face to clutch his hair in frustration.

“You are scaring me, San Zemin. What happened?” Xiao Min insisted as he looked like he won’t let it go.

Xiao Min was the person who always knew about everything so there was no point in hiding it from him so San Zemin told him.

“I found the fifth person who attached the device to the boss’s car on the day of the accident,” San Zemin replied, not knowing what to do. He looked lost as he got up from the couch and went to the wall in the room just to punch it as hard as he could.

Xiao Min went to him and stopped him from punching the wall again and hurting his hand. “Who is the person that you are so angry at?”

“Don’t ask me. I can’t answer it.”

“Are you not going to tell the boss?”

“I don’t know what to do as she will ask me again and again. If she gets to know about it, I am sure her condition might worsen.”

“San Zemin, tell me who is it? I assure you that I will kill that bastard with my own hands even before the boss could know about it.”

“We can’t do anything about it, Xiao Min and if you get to know the person, you will feel helpless so don’t try to know it as you can do nothing but to just hate that person.”

It made Xiao Min even curious to know who was the person and if that was someone his boss should not know about then the person must be someone they know.

“It means we know the person,” Xiao Min mumbled as he processed through his thoughts.

“Yes, and I wish if we didn’t know the person. More than hating that person, I am hating myself…..” San Zemin stopped as he realised he might say something that he should not.

“If it’s something that boss should not know, then keep it to yourself even though it would be hard for you,” Xiao Min suggested.

Jiang Yuyan woke up in a few hours and she looked around. She realised she was in the lounge. The last thing she remembered was her head started to spin, and she could not handle herself.

Sitting in the bed, she looked at the two men sleeping on the couch while sitting and their legs stretched at the centre table. She looked at the IV drip attached to her hand and pulled it out on her own without hesitation for a moment, as if she was not scared of it at all.

Getting out of the bed, she went to the washroom which woke up Lu Feng and Jiang Yang. They looked at the bed which was empty and understood Jiang Yuyan went to the bathroom. Jiang Yang went to the bed and looked at the IV drip.

“This girl is getting fearless day by day,” Jiang Yang mumbled.

He knew even if the person is strong, no one can easily dare to pull that tiny syringe out of the skin unless they are in a hurry and there is no doctor.

“What happened, Jiang Yang?” Lu Feng asked as he saw Jiang Yang was worried again.

“Nothing. I Just realised my sister is no more the delicate girl now,” Jiang Yang commented as he showed the pulled out IV syringe to Lu Feng.

Lu Feng had nothing to say as he knew what Jiang Yuyan did till now and how ruthlessly she treated others which Lu Feng didn’t want Jiang Yang to know as he might not accept his little sister to be like that. Instead, Lu Feng felt worried about what would happen the day when Jiang Yang and Nixxxie would get to know about Xi Cheng’s involvement in Lu Qiang’s accident and he was Jiang Yuyan’s next target.

Jiang Yuyan came out of the washroom and looked at two men standing there. “Sorry to trouble you both.”

Jiang Yang ignored her as he picked up the medicine strips from the table, “What is this?”
