Ethan Smith turned his gaze toward Ignacio Burke, saying, “Commander Burke, are you sure that he will help? Or maybe I should ask, are you confident that he is reliable?”

Ignacio Burke exhaled a puff of smoke and said, “He’s an old friend of mine, there is no doubt about it.”

Ethan Smith breathed a sigh of relief, and walked down from the car without delay.

The two of them entered the house of this Mystic Realm Master together.

Ethan Smith scanned the decor of the room. A huge calligraphy painting hung on the north wall, and on the south side was displayed a magical artifact.

Glancing around the lavish surroundings, Ethan Smith remained silent, following in Ignacio Burke’s footsteps into the Great Hall.

In the center of the Great Hall, an old man was brewing tea.

His hair was completely white, and he sported a long beard, his demeanor suggesting an air of immortality.

Ignacio Burke led Ethan Smith quickly to the old man and said, “This is Master Happy Ferguson.”

Ethan Smith hurriedly bowed and said, “Nice to meet you, Master Ferguson.”

Happy Ferguson nodded slightly, then turned to Ignacio Burke and laughed, “Commander Burke does not visit without cause, just say what you need.”

Ignacio Burke didn’t mince words, he pointed at Ethan Smith, revealing their purpose.

“You’re looking for a Mystic Realm Master?” Happy Ferguson’s eyebrows slightly twitched.

Ethan Smith nodded and said, “Exactly, if Master Ferguson could help, I would be extremely grateful.”

Happy Ferguson looked Ethan Smith up and down, asking, “What do you need a Mystic Realm Master for?”

“I need to open an ownerless Mystic Realm,” Ethan Smith replied.

“South Island?” After a moment of silence, Happy Ferguson laughed, “I’m old, and long since retired from this world.”

Ignacio Burke slapped Happy Ferguson’s shoulder and said, “What? Are you saying I have to beg you to get this done? I’m telling you, it’s not just me asking.”

Although Ignacio Burke didn’t state it explicitly, the hint was clear.

Happy Ferguson knew better than anyone else who Ignacio Burke represented.

“Hehe, Commander Burke has spoken, so I can’t just sit idly by,” Happy Ferguson chuckled.

Immediately, Happy Ferguson waved his hand and a young man appeared out of the shadows.

“Master.” The young man walked next to Happy Ferguson and slightly bowed.

Happy Ferguson nodded and introduced, “This is my apprentice Spike Schneider, who has mastered more than eight thousand mystic keys, he can open most Mystic Realms.”

“If you don’t mind, let him accompany you.”

Ethan Smith raised an eyebrow, expressing his surprise, “Mr. Ferguson, are you serious?”

“Since Commander Burke has spoken, I should put in some effort,” Happy Ferguson said with a smile.

Ethan Smith promptly thanked Happy Ferguson, saying, “Thank you, Mr. Ferguson.”

Happy Ferguson nodded and said, “You both go first, tomorrow I will send Spike to find you.”

“Alright.” Ethan Smith nodded in agreement.

Afterwards, Ignacio Burke and Happy Ferguson exchanged greetings, and Ethan Smith left Ferguson’s residence.

Once inside the car, Ethan Smith quietly said, “Commander Burke, I have to ask again, is this Mr. Ferguson reliable?”

Ignacio Burke glanced at Ethan Smith, saying, “If you don’t trust him, feel free to find your own Mystic Realm Master.”

“That’s not what I meant.” Ethan Smith shook his head.

“I always feel…things are going too smoothly, and also…”

“And what?” Ignacio Burke asked.

Ethan Smith shook his head and laughed, “Maybe I’m overthinking.”

“I’ll send Spike to find you tomorrow,” Ignacio Burke interrupted.

Ethan Smith merely nodded, not saying much more.

Meanwhile, in the Great Hall of the Ferguson residence, Happy Ferguson slowly stood up.

His hands placed behind his back, he calmly said, “You should have heard about this man.”

Spike Schneider respectfully replied, “Ethan Smith, the enemy of the Capital City Martial Arts Association.”

“Right.” Happy Ferguson nodded.

“Now that I plant you by his side, you can control all his moves.”

“Be it the location of his Mystic Realm or the mystic keys.”

Spike Schneider quickly asked, “Master, do you want me to convey the Mystic Realm location to the Capital City Martial Arts Association?”

“No.” Happy Ferguson shook his head.

“From Ignacio Burke’s words, it seems the higher-ups are supporting Ethan Smith.”

“If Ethan Smith can win, naturally everyone will rejoice. If he doesn’t perform well, we can immediately join the Capital City Martial Arts Association and get rid of Ethan Smith!”

After clearing away the people, Ethan Smith took Spike Schneider and walked to the vicinity of the ownerless Mystic Realm.

“This is it,” Ethan Smith indicated, pointing to a patch of emptiness in front of them.
