The more Guy Noble talked, the happier he became, later on, they were practically calling each other brothers.

Ethan also didn’t hesitate to compliment him. With every sentence, he lavished praise on Guy Noble.

After a few hours, Guy Noble considered Ethan Smith his true brother.

The attendant nodded and said, “Alright, I won’t disturb you any further.”

After the attendant left, Ethan Smith entered the villa.

The mustached man seemed to be astonished by the grandeur of the place, running around upstairs and downstairs non-stop.

As for Ethan Smith, he wasn’t much impressed by such a luxurious place; he casually chose a room and settled in.

The room had a balcony, and just beyond it was the vast, blue ocean.

Ethan Smith stood on the balcony, furrowing his brows slightly as if pondering something.

“What are you thinking about?”

Right at that moment, Clare Richardson walked in from outside.

Ethan glanced at Clare and said, “I came to Downton City for a ten-thousand-year-old medicinal herb, but I’m unsure whether I should tell Guy Noble about it.”

“Even though Guy Noble seems fine, a ten-thousand-year-old medicinal herb is a top-level Dharma Treasure; no one can resist its temptation.”

As Ethan said, if resources are involved, anyone could turn hostile, let alone someone he had just met like Guy Noble.
