Melissa walked to where tyler was standing and tapped him making him snap out of his thoughts.

“How do i look?”Melissa asked, this time she didn’t pose or wait for him to complement her knowing fully well he wouldn’t…she just opened the car door and sat on the chair..
“Beautiful”Tyler muttered as he sat on the driver’s seat, he ignited the engine and drove off while melissa still couldn’t believe that he just complimented her.

Suddenly her phone began to ring, she smiled immediately she saw the caller ID, Vanessa.
She totally forgot about vanessa.

Melissa!!!!

Melissa had to remove the phone from her ears.

Vanessa, how are you?

Well, am not fine

Melissa knew that tune very well, she was used to it.

Am sorry vanessa, i was so damn busy.

Busy?….enjoying your married life without thinking of us for even a second.

Am Sorry.

okay, where are you?

Am on my way to work.

Work!!!?

Yea…work, i will call you later.

Melissa ended the call and placed her phone back inside her purse.
“Okay, let’s do this”Melissa thought inwardly calming her racing heart…

AT RM COMPANY

Immediately melissa was about to walk in, tyler grabbed her hands and they walked hand in hand inside the company making people to whisper amazing comments.

Wow is this the boss wife

They look so hot together..

His wife is so gorgeous.

Many comments were whispered as they walked to the direction of tyler’s office.

“Your going to do the work of an assistant”Tyler said and pointed at a desk in the fair end of the office.
“But i thought betty was your assistant?”Melissa asked

“That’s your desk and seat”Tyler added ignoring the question. and melissa nodded running to the desk and seating down.

Melissa stared at the papers in front of her, She don’t need anyone to tell her that she need to sort the papers and ofcourse, she set to work.

AT LAN’S APARTMENT

Lan sat impatiently, he look like he was waiting for someone very important, after some seconds, he stood up and began to pace around the house in deep thoughts.

Then a knock was heard, he opened the door to see betty, she handed lan some papers in an envelope and turned to leave.

“Betty, You only brought this papers, i told you to get the one on his drawers”Lan said and betty scoffed.
“I could only get this one, getting the papers inside his drawer means death because he would know is me….remember i am the only one that is allowed to enter his office before”Betty said and cat walked away.

“B**ch”Lan cursed and walked back inside the room.
That’s not the main papers he need,
Should he have to get that one by himself.

AT RM’S COMPANY

Soon, Melissa was done, she placed on top of tyler’s table and yawn loudly.

“Are you hungry?”Tyler asked with his eyes still glued at the screen of his laptop.
“Yes”Melissa nodded.

“Okay”Tyler tapped on his phone for some minutes before dropping it.

Then a knock was heard,
“I will get it”Melissa said and rushed to the door opening it.
“Good day miss, your order”The guy said giving her a heavy box.

“Oh…thanks”Melissa smiled and grabbed the box before closing the door with her foot and walking back to where tyler was..

Melissa opened the box and the scent of hot freshed made pie filled the air that made her mouth water badly.
“Oh tyler, your the best”Melissa smiled happily and began to eat them one by one.
When the pies remain 2, she paused and stared at tyler.
“The pies remain 2, are you going to eat it or not”Melissa said eating one remaining one.

“Nope, am ordering mine”Tyler said operating his phone while melissa made a puppy eyes silently begging him to order for her too.
“That doesn’t work on me”Tyler scoffed as he continued to operate his laptop and the knock that tyler and even melissa was waiting for finally came.

Melissa opened the door grab the pie and closed it with a bang, she dropped it in front of tyler, as tyler opened it , she continued to showcase her puppy eyes.
Tyler ignored her, he brought out one pie holding it in his hand before he could put it inside his mouth.

Melissa had already move quickly and bite half of the pie from his hand making tyler stare at her with wide eyes.
“Thank you”Melissa said and walked back to her seat.

Tyler stood up and walked to her seat placing the box of pie in front of her.
“You can eat”Tyler said and walked back to his seat.
