Mackenzie remained silent for a moment before piping up, “Two days ago,

after we got home, my mother went back to the Quillen family. They were

robbed.”

She finally calmed down.

orders?”

“It was her.” She sighed slightly.

In the past, she had no one to confide in when she had something on her
