Wilbur watched as the two battles carried on but did not intervene.

Both men were still able to hold their own in the ongoing fights, and Wilbur had other beasts to beware of.

Within just a few minutes, the adventurers began to get worn down.

The crowd retreated as they fought, getting closer to the three Sanctuary level cultivators.

The Sanctuary level cultivators were currently battling against dozens of beasts at the same time.

It was utter chaos.

Just then, a few more beasts came charging forward.

Cameron was spooked and shouted, “Be careful!”

Wilbur took two steps forward, bringing his thunder cleaver down at high speed.

With just a few moves, the beasts were all sliced into pieces.

Following that, Wilbur also took care of the beasts Cameron and Dawson were fighting against.

These beasts were enough to deal with as they were, and they might not be able to leave this place if there were more of them.

“What should we do? Should we retreat?” asked Dawson.

Cameron nodded. They had severely underestimated the dangers of this place, and it seemed like getting out of here was the best thing to do now.

However, Wilbur said, “Don’t go running anywhere. Follow me. We can’t leave anymore.”

They were already deep inside the Valley of Death and were surrounded by beasts. One wrong move could land all of them in greater danger.

Wilbur was after the treasure in there, and he was not leaving yet.

His power had definitely impressed Cameron and Dawson, and they agreed to follow in his lead.

Wilbur waved a hand, and everyone headed further in.

A beast or two would appear every now and then, but Wilbur would take them all

down with just one move, leaving his companions in shock.

The Sanctuary level cultivators had also killed a good deal of the beasts.

Yet there were still more beasts emerging, getting in everyone’s way to head forward.

The crowd had sustained a lot of casualties in the battle.

Someone shouted, “Please save us, masters! We can’t keep this up for much longer.”

Mosa and his gang were already covered in wounds from the beasts’ attacks, barely able to hold themselves up.

Yet the three Sanctuary level cultivators hardly paid them any mind.

Sheldon said coldly, “You should know there’s a price to pay for adventure. Do I look like your bodyguard?”

Those heartless words made Mosa and the rest sigh in defeat, losing all hope at once.

They would be doomed soon if the three Sanctuary level cultivators did not help them.

Just then, that deep, terrifying growl from earlier rang once again.

The crowd trembled all over.

A gigantic figure charged out of the fog, charging straight at the three Sanctuary level cultivators.

This beast was a giant ape. It stood around six meters tall, and its massive body glowed with runes as it emitted a terrifying aura.

The three Sanctuary level cultivators were shocked too, attacking the giant ape at the same time.

The ape let out a howl, barging over recklessly.

Sheldon’s shield was crushed, and he was sent flying, spitting out a mouthful of blood.

Kaxx drove his cutlass into the ape’s body, but it was shattered before the ape sent him flying with a single punch.

Gobu fired a bolt of lightning on the ape’s body, which caused it to let out a howl, completely unharmed from the attack as it kicked Gobu into the air.

Within a matter of seconds, all three Sanctuary level cultivators were injured.

The crowd was shocked, staring at this terrifying beast in despair.
