She was well aware that Calvin was trying to seize the opportunity to stir up trouble. Once their cover was blown and the truth was revealed, Pentagon Corp would be forced to make a public apology and admit their mistakes.

The Chief Prosecutor and the director would be replaced by people who worked for Calvin in that case. Pentagon Corp would then lose its grip on the government.

A dagger made from dark spiritual energy was ablaze with dark spiritual flames. It silently stabbed toward Wilbur’s back.

Wilbur felt his senses restrained in the Dark Domain. The dagger moved in the dark like a fish in the water. There was no resistance or sound.

When the dagger made contact with his skin, it suddenly unleashed a terrifying force as it was thrust at him.

There was no possibility of evading the assassination attempt at close range Because the attack had the speed and strength of a Sanctuary level cultivator. ŚwThe terrible power contained within. the dagger would erupt once the opponent was struck. It would destroy the body from within, rendering them completely powerless. That was the terrifying part of a Sanctuary level assassin.
