No one can help you now, so just give up.” Ronan knew how powerful the Department of Paranormal Research and Defense was. People like himself and Jonah were hardly anything in comparison. Jonah had really screwed up this time.

He honestly deserved it for wreaking havoc in Rivertune City throughout all these years.

“Take him away,” Ronan shouted, and Jonah was sent off to the Special Forces department at once.

Ronan glanced at Gordo and Burt, sneering coldly before driving off as well.

Gordo and Burt exchanged glances, trembling with fear as they ordered the other officers to return to the department.

The police force retreated as well. All that was left were Jonah’s men, who seemed frozen where they stood.

Not long after, the man in the suit was brought over by Charles. “Mister Wilbur Penn?” “That’s me. What’s up?” Wilbur asked.

The man in the suit said, “My name’s Walter Lorna. Do you know a man named Ethan Mothleen?” “Ethan? What about him?” Wilbur’s expression grew solemn at the mention of that particular name.
