IN LOVE WITH A SOLDIER - Season 9 Episode 49

Aria blushed as she lowered her head. She wanted him to leave her hand, but in her heart, she liked the feeling of being close to Lawrence with no one to disturb them.

When they arrived at the underground parking lot of a five-star hotel, Lawrence grasped Aria’s hand tightly and got off the car.

Aria kept silent and she lowered her head while Lawrence led her to the elevator. She knew what the place was and she was also clear what Lawrence’s intentions were.

After they had walked out of the elevator, they stopped in front of a room where a waiter had already been there waiting for them. It looked as if everything had been planned in advance.

“Mr. Lawrence, this is your room card,” said the waiter, as he handed the card to him and then left.

Lawrence didn’t say a word more and opened the door by the card and quickly pulled Aria inside the room.

The moment the door was closed, Lawrence did not waste any time and kissed her tightly on the lips. It seemed he was waiting for this moment since long and did not want to waste his time.
“Eh-hem!” Aria struggled and tried to push Lawrence away. She was totally unprepared and Lawrence had suddenly pounced on her without giving her a chance to save herself.

However, her struggle aroused Lawrence’s desire more and he wouldn’t let go of her. His passion had overpowered all his senses and nothing could stop him from making love to her that night.

His kiss was so passionate that Aria was completely immersed in the beautiful feeling. Still kissing each other, they moved towards the bed.

It was already 4 o’clock in the morning and the room was still filled with the scent of their passionate love. Their clothes were scattered all over the floor and only the bed lamp was on in the huge room.

Feeling satisfied by now, Lawrence held up her head with his hand and looked at the sleeping girl beside him. The sight of her brought a smile on his face.

He had no idea why he had got attracted to this plain girl. His feelings had gone for a toss and whenever he would see her he just wanted to make love to her.

This was strange! To be very true, she could at the most be called lovely, but she was not beautiful. Apart from that, she did not have any other quality as well. But it was this plain girl he had fallen in love with. He wanted to love her and possess her and her scent was overpowering his senses.

Aria woke up and she rubbed her eyes before opening them.

When she saw that Lawrence was watching her, she got startled.

“What…what are you doing?” she asked, her nervous tone evident of what she was going through.

“I am thinking,” Lawrence paused a second before he continued, “that you are an evil spirit and have totally ruined my sense of thinking.”

Aria snickered in her heart and she was very pleased to hear whatever Lawrence said. ‘Is he really attracted to me?’ she wondered.

She couldn’t help getting excited and replied to him, “If I am an evil spirit, then you are no less than a demon!”

“I’d like to be a much more wicked demon than last night, ha ha!” Saying that he put his hand on Aria’s body and started coming close to her.

“Lawrence, you bastard! I am exhausted now, please let me go!” She tried to struggle a bit, but her face showed that she was enjoying too.

“I don’t believe it,” Lawrence said. “Let me check it!”

“Be nice and gentle with me!” Aria muttered.

“Little Aria, I don’t like that you call me Lawrence! That’s not intimate! How about you start calling me with my nickname?”

“And, what’s your nickname?” asked Aria.

“Why don’t you give me a special name which is reserved for you only?” Lawrence suggested.

“Hmmm, let me think. How about Larry? That’s a very cute nickname,” Aria said after much thinking.

“Good, I like it! Call me Larry whenever it is only you and me!” Lawrence then pressed Aria under him and covered his lips on hers.

After some passionate time together, they fell asleep again. Suddenly, Lawrence’s phone rang, which awoke him.

Lawrence was reluctant to open his eyes but he saw that it was already 10 o’clock. He stretched his arm to get the phone. It was from Mike and Lawrence quickly answered it.

“Hello, Mike!”

“Hey, you brat! Are you going to Hong Kong?” Mike questioned Lawrence. “I went to your office just now and saw the air ticket on your table. Are you going to Hong Kong at 3 pm. this afternoon?”

“Why did you come to my office?” Lawrence didn’t answer him but retorted.

“To meet you. Why else would I come? Tell me, what on earth has happened?” asked Mike.

“I am going to meet Violet and then take her to the U.S. for treatment.” Lawrence became serious now. He knew Mike would understand his meaning.

After a moment’s silence on the other side of the phone, Mike asked,” Has Greg made the arrangements?”

“Yes,” Lawrence replied curtly.

“Okay, I got it now!” Suddenly, he realized something and snarled, “But where are you? Your plane will take off at 3 pm., do you realize? Don’t you want to say goodbye to me before you leave from here?”

“Take my ticket and the files in the left drawer of my office desk to my home and I will see you one hour later there,” Lawrence ordered him.

“That’s my good boy!” Mike said. “You’d better be quick and I will go right now.”

After Lawrence had hung up the phone and put it back on the bedside table, he found that Aria was already wide awake.
“Who is Violet? Is she sick?” asked Aria, surprised. She also didn’t know why she asked this question as she did not want to show that she was jealous. But she had heard Lawrence’s discussion with the man on the other end of the line and understood that he was going to Hong Kong.

“She is my sister,” Lawrence replied. But he didn’t think it wise enough to answer her second question.

Noticing the look of disappointment on Aria’s face, Lawrence caressed her cheek and fondled her hair back to her ear, saying, “I may not be with you for some time, dear.”

Though Lawrence was very tender, a feeling of being left out still rose in Aria’s heart. She had just opened her heart to him and now he was going away. There was a sudden pain in her heart which left Aria confused.

“Well, when… when will you be back?” Aria asked in a low voice. She pretended not to look in his eyes and played with the buttons on his shirt.

“I don’t know yet,” Lawrence told her the truth.

He then held her more tightly as if he was trying to feel her breath, her smell, and scent.

“When I am not here, you can ask Mike or Greg for help if anything happens, okay?” Lawrence didn’t expect that he would get so attached to this girl that he would want to take care of her like this. He wanted her to be protected from all evils of the world.

“Okay, I will,” Aria responded.

“And, remember, you are mine and so you are not allowed to have anything to do with other men!” Lawrence said sternly as if he was giving an order to her.

“Okay,” Aria agreed with a nod. In her heart, she loved this haughty and bossy Lawrence who treated her as if she was his property that no one could touch.

This indirectly gave her a sense of security. She could feel her heart was at ease when she was with him and she knew she could trust and depend on him.
