His lips on hers melt away the tension she was feeling in her heart.

” Did I wake you up?”
Breaking the kiss, Davis asked.
Adrianna scoffs with a brim expression. ” No. You didn’t.” She shook her head.

She sat upright and dabbed her tired eyes. ” What time is it? ”

” It’s past midnight.” Davis replied,his eyes not leaving her swollen lips.

” Why aren’t you sleeping then?” She asked a nonchalant question.

Davis smirked. ” Because we’re having our honeymoon, and it shouldn’t be spent sleeping our arses off. ”

It was a straight response.

” You really did mean it when you said you’re doing this because of a child,..”
She furrowed her brows as Davis nod.

She exhaled sharply and looked away from him.

” Okay… ” Her heart was beating faster than normal.

To Adrianna, She would have still been one if not for Leo. She sighed out tiredly and turned to Davis.

Davis, not liking the silence that suddenly descended upon them moved further and brushed his lips back on hers. She didn’t flinch, instead she picked the pace and kissed back. He got up and picked up his towel which he tied round his waist.
He stared down at Adriana when his eyes suddenly caught some bloodstain on the side of her bed.

He lowered himself but said said nothing. His eyes still glued to the spot.

” Why did you have to lie, little theif?”

He grumble under his breath and carried her into his arms.

With steep steps, he walked towards the bathroom and placed her in the tub.

Tonight, he’s going to wash her clean.

And hopefully he doesn’t get hard while doing so.
