When Samara woke up the next day, she saw the link she received last night. She was rubbing her temples as she

clicked on it.

The news of her dancing with Roland last night was spread on the Internet. She, a castaway from a wealthy family, had instantly become Roland’s new girlfriend.

Besides, even the photos of her car breaking down and her coming back home with Roland last night had also been spread on the Internet.

The headlines of the gossip were outrageous, describing Roland and Samara being affectionately in love.

Samara chuckled and threw her phone on the bed. Then she turned around and went to the bathroom to wash up.

She was not interested in gossip.

Samara did not take the news to heart. On the way to work, she bought breakfast.

She did not have a meeting this morning, but there were many things to do. For the entire morning, Samara buried

herself in documents.

When Samara came back to her senses, it was time for lunch.

Jimena knocked on the door and came in. “Ms. Novak, what do you want to have for lunch?”

Samara’s hand that was holding the pen paused slightly. She looked up at Jimena and smiled, “I will eat what you eat.”

Although the Novak family was rich, they had never publicized Samara’s identity because they were worried that someone was up to no good for Samara. When Samara was a student, she lived an ordinary life with normal students. She could either have lunch at a five–star restaurant or cat in a small restaurant on the street.

Samara was fine with that as long as the food was delicious.

“OK.”

As soon as Jimena went out, Samara received a call from Kadin.

“Samara, have you had lunch?”

Samara put down her pen and leaned back against the chair. “I just asked my secretary to buy me food. Have your

eaten?”

“Yes!”

As Kadin spoke, he coughed. “Well, Samara, are you dating Roland?”

Samara was amused by Kadin’s words. “Dad, what are you talking about? I just got divorced.”

“So what? As long as you divorce, you are free to date anyone. You can be with whoever you like. But I have seen too much gossip about him. Samara, don’t be enchanted by his face.”

“I know, Dad.”

After hanging up the pltone, Samara couldn’t help but take out her phone and log on to Twitter.

The news had been removed. She searched for the keywords of herself and Roland. There was little news left.

Well, he has withdrawn the gossip quite quickly, Samara thought.

“Mr. Humphrey, someone has already removed the gossip about Ms. Novak and Mr. Garza.”

At five o’clock in the afternoon, Jimena reminded Samara that she had dinner with others tonight.

“I see.”

Samara glanced at Jimena, signed the folder in her hand, and handed it to Jimena. “Has the bidding plan not been completed yet?”

“No.”

Samara frowned slightly. “Go and urge them. I want to see the plan before I get off work tomorrow.”

That piece of land was very important. Samara did not want anything to happen.

“OK, Ms. Novak.”

At six o’clock in the evening, Samara put on her makeup and went to Stary Hotel with Jimena.

As soon as Samara got out of the car, she saw Chaim who had just gotten out of the car.

What a coincidence.

Samara raised her eyebrows, holding her bag. As if she hadn’t seen him, she went straight into the hotel.
