FLAME - EPISODE 15

JUNG AERA

I felt sad that my cover was blown and also stupid that I thought Jim-in won’t recognize me.

“I am not Aera”,I mimicked a voice but instead he burst into another round of laughter.

I frowned.

I peeked at the people and I saw that I have all their attention.

He walked close to me and before I know it,he was already dragging me to the rooftop of the hall. He left my hand once he made sure to lock the door.

“What are you doing?”,I cautiously asked.

“Ohh! I want to have sex with you without any disturbance”,he said it so languidly that it made me wonder his level of shamelessness.

“No! Am gonna scream”,I threatened him.

“Naive”,he burst into laughter.

“I don’t plan on doing anything with you..besides,I’d choose a five star hotel and ohhh…it must have a king size bed to contain our activity”,he grinned at me.

“JIM-IN! YOU PERVERT”,I screamed and slammed his chest with my hand severally as I can feel the heat creep up my cheek.

Before I knew it,I was trapped to a wall with Jim-in towering above me,while he placed my hands firmly above my head.

This position is so awkward to say the least,well that’s what Aera thought.

“What?”,he looked down at me with a hurt expression.

“You don’t like my idea”,he added with a cute little frown and his eyes not leaving mine

‘Did I just say cute’,I wailed inside my mind.

‘What is he doing to me? He is gonna corrupt my state of mind ,I wailed more.

“What if we fly out of Korea”,his face lit up with his suggestion”.

“I am not going anywhere with a pervert! Now let me go back to the party”,I don’t even know where it came from but I glared at Jim-in.

He lowered his head to my ear and cologne waft stronger to my nose….he smells like mint. I like it!

Ohh Aera!,I almost facepalmed myself.

“Whatever you wish Milady”,he grinned,opened the door and led me back to the party.

“Oppa,we’ve been looking for you”,a lady in skimpy skirt and heavy makeup walked up to him. Its hard not to notice her,well that’s all they want. To be noticed!

His expression changed. The once goofy smile on his face has disappeared and his face us now stoic.

“We are about to play a game. We would love it if you’d join”,she fumbled with her words.

“No”,his answer came out curt.

Why does he seem impassive with others but nice with me.

“A game?”,I asked.

She eyed me but still gave me an answer (she doesn’t know its Aera….just jealousy).

“Do you want to go?”,his gaze became soft as he stared at me.

I almost rolled my eyes at how easy it is for him to change his expression.

I agreed.

“We will be there”,Jim-in told the lady.

We arrived at where the crowd sat,forming a big circle.

“Oppa.. ”

“He came”

“There is a free space here”

Ladies squealed and even pushed the guys seated beside them away just to make an empty seat for Jim-in.. Even ignoring the lady hand which he is holding.

But Jim-in seemingly ignored them and sat on a log with me.

“Start the game”,he ordered with his stoic expression.

“You will spoil the fun”,I complained.

“Trust me…I am more fun than this”,he boasted.

I slapped his hand on my hair and he winked at me.

His action gathered attention as people began to murmur…..wanting to know who is behind the mask.

“Start the game”,he reiterated his earlier order.

The game began in full swing and its a game of fishing out the lie.

“Oppa…its your turn”,a lady beside me leaned into me,without caring,just to sneak a peek at Jim-in.

” I don’t …”

“You have to”,I pleaded with him.

He smiled and nods at my plea.

“Fish out the lie…”,he began, “I am rich,I am handsome, I can lie, I have a naive cute rabbit”,he said with a goofy grin.

This time I face palmed myself….did he have to describe me like a rabbit.

“I know”,almost everyone chorused.

“The lie is….you have a cute and naive rabbit. We all know the Oppa do not raise any animals and also it does not go with his character”,a lady said with confidence and everyone supported her.

“I do have a naive rabbit”,he shrugged.

Everyone gasped and were in shock with his revelation.

“And its is cute also”,he added.

Will he stop comparing me to rabbit,I wanted to yell.

After the game of fishing out the lie and dropping a shocking a revelation of having a rabbit,Jim-in excused himself and dragged me with him to only-God-knows-where.

He sat close to someone whom I later recognized to be Ji-hoo.

“You are here?”,his countenance lit up,I don’t know maybe because I am here or maybe because of Jim-in.

“Where is your friend?”,he asked me.

Ohh….it is because I am here.

“Name?”,I asked him,knowing fully well that he is asking of Seoyeon.

“Seoyeon”,he answered almost immediately.

I pointed at a small group of people who are cheering each other while drinking,shot after shot.

He stood and left.

Once Ji-hoo left,I resumed my glare at Jim-in.

“What was that? Describing me as a rabbit”.

“Hmm”,he hummed while tapping his nose in amusement.

“I need an answer”,I faced him and this time I can we all the facial expressions he made.

Like now,he is raising his brow at me.

He shifted close to me and I couldn’t move because I am pratically sitting at the edge of the chair.

“You don’t like it?”

I could only stare at him.

He moved closer and I began to bite my lips out of nervousness.

His gaze changed and that mischievous glint danced in his eyes like he thought of something amusing.

His gaze than landed on my lips and his lips curved upward. “Those seem juicy,would you like me to help you with it?”
