Jeremy felt like his heart is shattering as she started crying in front of him

“Jerk, that’s what I am … I made her cry again” he thought

” The kisses, the hugs and pecks, they were all fake?, They meant nothing to you? ” She said tearfully

” Those were the best moments of my life” Jeremy thought but it’s like something is blocking his throat, preventing him from saying it out

“I mean nothing to you???” She said

“You’re the most important person in my life…. I wish a time will come when I’ll get to address you as my angel, but I’m so stupid right now, why can’t I talk” he thought, looking at her

Velvet stepped back from him and rushed in immediately

Jeremy sniffed, preventing his tears from falling.

Velvet got to her room and locked the door behind, standing behind the door

She bent down and continued crying silently

“My heart hurts, I meant nothing to him…. I meant zero” she thought

She sat on the bare ground and continued crying

” I love him crazily, I just love him a lot…. Jeremy I love you with all my heart, why did you break it this way it’s unfair…. I feel like I’m gonna die” she cried, holding her chest

” I feel like holding him to myself right now, I feel like hugging him and having his protective arms wrapped around me right now, I feel like having his lips on mine right now, I feel like having him all to myself, myself alone, Jeremy… ” She cried and her tears started dropping slowly on the ground

“I love you so much, please change your mind and tell me I mean a lot…. I can’t bear to see you with another, I love you baby” she cried more…

The Maddox mansion**

Agatha entered the house with much tears In her eyes and that shocked the hell out of her mum

She rushed to her and held her face dearly

” Why are you crying?, Princess why the tears, Agatha talk to me…. Please” she said

” It hurts right here” she said, touching her chest

” Why?, You hit it somewhere?, I’ll call the doctor” Mrs Maddox said

“Mum can you be more understanding?, Why are you always like this!, Why didn’t you correct me when I was being all arrogant and bossy!, Why do you keep encouraging me to be bad mum why!, Why are you always on my side! ” She screamed, shocking her mum

” Agatha” Mr Maddox said, just coming from work

“And you… I don’t want to talk to you… I hate the both of you… A lot! ” She screamed and ran upstairs to her room.

She sat on the bed and continued crying when she remembered what Jeremy said earlier

Agatha kissed Jeremy after making the confession and Jeremy stood still, shocked by her moves and not kissing her back till he suddenly pushed her away from himself

Agatha staggered away from him and looked at him with teary eyes

“We can’t be” he said slowly

“Huh?, Why?, You still feel hurt by what I did?, You still feel pained?… Jeremy…

“I felt hurt when you did that, I felt broken and felt like dying, even to the point of attempting suicide but I’m glad I’m still alive right now…. I’ve forgotten about that, for a while now” he replied

“Don’t love me” he interrupted, stepping back

“Why?”

“I love someone else” he replied and her heart fell and shattered instantly

“Agatha Maddox…you’re really really screwed right?, I’m screwed!” She screamed, throwing away her dressing mirror and hurting her hand with it, her blood dripped down and she screamed again, almost losing her breath

“I can’t breathe….” She said, gasping for breath but it all feels suffocating in there, so much that she fell unconscious on the bed

Her parents came in using the extra key and were beyond shocked at the scene

“Agatha!” They both screamed at a time

Jeremy’s place**

Jeremy walked into his room like a lifeless person and fell on the bed flatly

“What have I done?, Why did I let fear eat me up, why did I break her heart when I obviously love her so muvh…. I surely have spoilt my chances, I regret what I said to her an hour ago……let’s not do this?, Now I know how senseless I am, Jeremy!!!” He screamed at himself

He sat up and scattered his hair, unable to think straight

“Velvet I’m sorry…I’m sorry I was just confused…I was confused and I said rubbish as a result, please don’t cry….. please” he said and stood

He walked to her room and can hear her sobs from inside

He wanted to open the door but maybe seeing him will only make her hate him more, maybe she needs time to calm down

He removed his hand from the knob and closed his eyes, resting on the door

“I’m sorry angel…so sorry” he whispered

Next morning*”

Andie will be getting discharged in the evening so everyone planned to spend time with him till he’ll be discharged

Jeremy came out to the living room and saw Steve just coming out of the kitchen

“Jeremy ” he said surprisingly, looking at his eyes, it’s red

“Did you not sleep?” He asked

“Yes, but I’m fine, don’t get worried” he replied

” Are you sure?”

“My Velvet” Steve said, looking behind him

Her eyes are red too, her face looks puffy

“Is something wrong with you both?, Tell me are you both keeping something from me?” He asked

“Grandpa we did video call with our friends all night it was fun” Jeremy said

“Really?, Is that why her face is puffy too?, She looks like she cried” Steve said, still worrying

” I didn’t, my face looks puffy whenever I don’t sleep at night” she replied and Steve inhaled

” I still don’t believe it”

” Come on grandpa, we’ll be fine once we take our baths” Jeremy said

” I hope so….by the way I made custard and pie” he said

” Thanks Grandpa” Velvet said, sitting down

Jeremy sat beside her but she stood and sat far from him

Steve came out with the meals later and they ate in silence before going in

Just as Velvet was about to go into her room, he held her hand

Without saying a thing, she went into her room

Luna’s hospital**

“Agatha is in the next ward, dunno what’s wrong, I caught a glimpse of her when her mum opened the ward door when I was passing by” Rose said, entering the ward

” Agatha is unwell?, That’s strange, what kind of sickness could it possibly be” Bryce wondered loudly

” Anyone can get sick” Andie replied on the bed

” That’s true” Chantelle said

” But anyone is not Agatha Maddox, she doesn’t look like someone who can get sick” Bryce said

” Ok ok, enough of Agatha, I need to go get snacks” Brittany said and almost immediately, Adrian came in with Velvet and Jeremy

“Baby!” Chantelle smiled and Velvet hugged her

“How was your night?”

“Not bad” Chantelle smiled

“Adrian good thing you came, escort me to any nearby snacks store, I want snacks” Brittany said

” I’ll go with you guys” Barbie said and Brittany pulled Adrian out of the ward, Barbie followed behind

“You won’t even let me say hi to Andy” Adrian said and Brittany giggled, still holding his arm

“Are you sure you’re going to the store like that?, Seems like all today is for autographs” Adrian said and Brittany quickly brought out her mask

She made to wear it but she looked at Adrian and before he knew it, she kissed his cheek

“Hey are you tryna make me hard?’ he said, touching his cheek

Rose left the ward too but stopped at the hallway, deciding to stay back

Andie sat up and Chantelle smiled

“Can you live alone in the house?” He asked

“Of course, nothing is gonna happen since the devil is gone, and thanks once again, for saving me” she said and he smiled

Andie held her face and made to kiss her but Barbie and Rose came in and he quickly let her go

Store**

“So….you want cheese too?, Then cookies, crunchy tacos, …” Adrian said, picking all what Brittany is mentioning

” Pizza” Brittany replied, her voice muffled cos of her mask

*It’s still too early to eat pizza” he said

They went to the counter to pay and met Velvet and Bryce by the door while going out

“Came for ice cream?, Ice cream demons” Adrian said and they both laughed before going in

” Monitoring spirit” Adrian said to Jeremy and Jeremy glared at him before entering

Velvet picked an ice cream bowl instantly, opened it and started eating it with the small white spoon

“Seriously?” Bryce said

“Mind your business” she replied and he got serious

Velvet stood still and Jeremy was about to intervene when he suddenly saw someone snapping pictures at the other side, it’s a guy wearing a black cap

He looked that way and traced where the camera is facing, directly at Velvet

He got curious and walked there carefully

He suddenly snatched the camera from the guy and the guy looks shocked as he stared at Jeremy

“Why are you snapping her pictures?” Jeremy asked, pointing up the camera

Sensing that he got caught, he tried to escape but Jeremy pulled him back and they both crashed on a shelf, they shelf fell with everything on it and they fell too, Jeremy held him

“Tell me why you were snapping her pictures!” He demanded

By now, everyone in the store has gathered, watching them and wondering the reason for it

“Jeremy” Velvet whispered when she saw him

The guy smiled dangerously and suddenly jabbed Jeremy’s face,

“No!’ Velvet gasped as Jeremy’s lips bursted

Jeremy fell from the guy and he stood, grabbing the camera before rushing out of the store
