Above a valley covered by dense jungle in the Sunset Mountain, a strange Corrosive Cloud appeared out of nowhere and took Austin, along with his three companions away. About half an hour later, hundreds of people flew past the place where the Corrosive Clouds had appeared.

The three leaders of the group were cursing in frustration and regret.

“Damn it! Do you remember the shadow? Its appearance on the Crystal Mine Mountain must represent the emergence of the treasures of the ancient master!

An wrong step has caused us lifelong regret. We missed a great opportunity and that kid took what should have been ours.

What a shame!”

“Yes, we are a step too late.

In my opinion, the shadow is the spiritual sense left by the ancient master.

Alas! It’s too late to repent or brood over spilled milk!”

“I think that kid named Austin must have taken the treasures.

We have all seen that kid before. So we may still have a chance.

We can work together and track his whereabouts. So we can take the treasures back.

The three people plotting were the Sect Leaders of the Flying Fish Sect, the Iron Palm Sect and the Evergreen Sect.

When the four Master Realm cultivators arrived at the Crystal Mine Mountain, the three Sect Leaders fled away with their subordinates and stayed in the Sunset Mountain for a day. Once the coast was clear, they started off with their people and horses to leave the mountain. Shortly after, they arrived at the place where Austin and the girls had disappeared. Suddenly, something strange happened.

A mass of Corrosive Cloud floated towards them from the dense forest in the valley.

The cloud was extremely wide, with a diameter of hundreds of miles. Without even realizing what had happened, the hundreds of people from the three sects were enveloped in the dark cloud.

A strapping man stopped at the same place. Around his body, the blade intent spread all over the place and the flash of the blade shot up shining in the sky. It was none other than Malick, a Master Realm cultivator of the Sky Sect.

“It seems that two groups of people stayed in this place and the first group had traces of the boy that I’m tracking.

And this was exactly what Malick embodied. As the blade cut a crack on the cloud, Malick moved forward through the gap and tried to get rid of it.

But soon his face grew gloomy again.

Hardly had the huge blade aura got one hundred meters away before it faded away.

The crack soon closed and his surroundings became dark again.

“Damn it!”

Trapped in the cloud, Malick felt as if all his veins were blocked and he could only activate twenty or thirty percent of his vital energy.

When he was about to release another blade aura, he suddenly felt dizzy and something spun him in the air.

Shortly after, everything came to an end. The sky became crystal clear again. Sunlight flooded the earth and there was not a speck of cloud in the sky.

After Malick was taken away by the mysterious cloud, four or five groups of people passed the place in succession. They were all trapped by the Corrosive Clouds and soon disappeared with the clouds.

At that moment, Austin, along with Tessa, Dahlia and her maid, was walking in an empty street. The street seemed to have once been a busy commercial street. Walking along the street, they could see many stores on both sides.

Austin stopped at one of the stores and

observed the goods spread on the counter. They had remained untouched for a long time and

dust had settled on the surfaces. He took one of the goods and found it was a dusty rattle.

Austin shook the rattle, which made a dull sound. Then he put it down and held a painted mask before his eyes.

“I don’t understand. Where on earth are we? What place is this? We were trapped by a strange cloud and then we were sent to this place. How odd!”

Austin frowned, he couldn’t figure out where they were.

The three girls were also at a loss. They were so scared that they kept close to Austin, afraid that if they made one careless move, they would get lost.

Dahlia and her maid clung to him. Earlier they had verbally abused him and called him a lecher, but now, they couldn’t tear themselves away from him.

The place was so weird and horrible so the girls heavily relied on him. Even if Austin was a real lecher, they still had to stay with him, because he was the strongest among them.

And he was the only man. He would protect the girls if they were in danger.

It was still the same Good Luck Restaurant that they had earlier seen.

Dahlia cried helplessly.

“Could it be a maze?”

Austin mused, frowning. “Austin, look! It is misty over there!”

Suddenly, Tessa said, pointing towards the end of the street.

Everyone’s gaze followed the direction which her finger pointed. Streams of gray smoke began to diffuse slowly at the end of the street.

A few seconds later, the grey smoke had covered the end of the street and was still coming towards the four.

The houses appeared as a blur in the grey mist. It seemed that the houses, along with the street, were twisting, as if they were alive.
