Daphne wanted to become a world–renowned star through this role in “Daughter of the Sea“. That

way, maybe she could become Kirk’s real wife.

“Are we ready to start?”

Seeing the specially chosen actress standing on the stage without starting even after a long while, Marietta couldn’t help but frown.

Daphne quickly gathered her drifting thoughts. With a smile, she answered, “Yes.”

discovering she wasn’t an orphan.

Instead, her mother was still alive and actually living in the same country. With the help of her

boyfriend, Grace finally found her mother.

forgive her. After an argument, they parted, upset.

Grace’s argument with her mother.

Daphne was no exception.

She knew very well how her acting skills measured up. However, she had no worries about her

performance since it had already been decided that she would be chosen for the role. Hence, she

want once we leave here.”

This was a theater. Caroline didn’t want to make such a fuss that everyone would find out about

“If you touch me again,” Caroline began icily, “then we won’t have anything to talk about.”

Kirk hesitated for a moment before obediently moving his legs away. The aggrievement in his

eyes made Caroline feel like a great weight had been placed on her heart.
