BEAUTY IN DISGUISE - Episode 20 And 21

Quincy got out of the school and met Kimberly, just coming out of the car.

Kimberly almost passed out when she saw her unpleasant state, her clothes is all a mess, her face is unrecognizable.

She actually came to wait since she has only one class which will be ending by 10.

“Quincy” she almost screamed

Quincy rushed into the car and Kimberly went in too.

“What in the holy hell happened to you?” She asked but Quincy only cried loudly.

When she saw it’s useless asking, she revved the car engines to life and moved the car down the road, starting the drive home.

Genova came to view and stared confusedly at the car till it went out of sight.

“Quincy?, Did she just call her Quincy?” He thought but decided to do the most important thing first.

“Reece” he said, folding his fist tightly.

He used mask and boarded a cab which took him home.

On getting home, he yanked the mask off and stormed in.

He met Hanna in the living room but he cares less about her right now.

He ignored her and went upstairs .

He got to Reece’s room and barged in.

Reece is sitting on his bed, reading comments on the voice note and laughing out so loud.

That only added fuel to the burning fire, Genova got more angry.

Reece dropped his phone and faced him.

“Hey do you love the surprise I gave her?, I told you you won’t be able to save her, I’m sure she’ll be somewhere right now, crying her ass out or probably be thinking of jumping into the Han river, she’s a fool swears” Reece said, walking to him.

Immediately he got to Genova, he received a punch from him and staggered with bleeding lips.

“You wanna die?” Reece said shockingly.

“You shouldn’t have been created at all, you’re wasting air by breathing and the fact that I’m breathing same air as you is really bothersome, you take pleasure in hurting girls and making them cry, habitual bastard!” Genova yelled and went to him again.

This time, he was able to push him to the bed, he sat straddled on his stomach then he started punching his face without giving him any chance to fight back.

He pinned down his hands.

“Devil!! ” He shouted, throwing more punches at his face.

Reece bled from the mouth and the nose, his face became bruised up and bloody.

“Genova!!” Hanna screamed, entering the room.

Genova pretended not to hear, he continued dealing Reece’s face with heavy punches till Hanna held him.

“Stop!!!!’ she yelled.

Genova stopped reluctantly, releasing heavy breaths as his fist went down.

He looked at Reece whose face is bloody and couldn’t resist the urge to give him another punch.

He punched him again and Hanna pulled him down from Reece before slapping him hard on the right cheek.

“Leave!, Leave you devil!” She screamed at his face before going to Reece.

“Reece are you ok?, Your face is…oh no what are we gonna do, let’s get you to the hospital” she said, helping Reece to stand.

He guided Reece out of the room and Reece smiled secretly at him as he left with Hanna.

Genova left the room and went to his own room.

He sat on the bed, looking at his hands.

“I wish i could make him toothless” he muttered and stood.

He dipped his hand into his hair and ruffled it agitatedly.

“Is she ok?, Will she cry a lot?” He wondered worriedly.

He backed the wall and closed his eyes.

He stayed like that for what looks like forever before opening his eyes

“But why did Kimberly address her as Quincy?” He thought and stood straight.

” Wait… Kimberly is Quincy Norbert’s manager….then….” He thought and his eyes widened.

MAYBELLINE COLLEGE**

“She went home I think” Bae said after she finished searching the nook and cranny of the whole school with Izzy, no sign of Riri.

“I promised to get her number but I didn’t even do that, I feel bad” Bae said.

” Me too, she’ll be crying right now, the whole Seoul is aware of the voice note and Reece’s fans won’t stop mocking her, Reece is a monster, he denied that he wasn’t the one who posted it, he said maybe someone snitched on them when she was confessing” Izzy said.

” Really?” Bae replied.

” Yes, he released the video five minutes after the voice note started trending, he denied posting the note, he said he’s not that cruel” Izzy said.

” That snake!, He’s the one!” Bae said.

” But no evidence, it was posted with an anonymous account, no single evidence pointed at him” Izzy replied.

Bae’s arms went akimbo and she sighed loudly.

” We’re her friends and we don’t even have her number, what kind of friends are we” she said.

” I want to badly see her, the pain is too much for only her to bear” Izzy cried.

” Hey you don’t need tears ok?, I’ll call Kimberly, Kimberly is her guardian she can just send her number” Bae said and Izzy nodded.

Craig appeared that minute.

“You girls got in contact with her already?” He asked breathlessly.

” No, no one has her number, Bae will call Kimberly and ask” Izzy replied, wiping her tears with her hands.

Craig brought out an handkerchief and gave her.

She sniffed lightly before taking.

“Kimberly is not picking” Bae finally said.

“Genova went after her earlier but he’s nowhere to be found too, plus it’s partly Riri’s fault, Genny warned her like crazy” Craig said.

” I know right?, I warned her severally” Bae replied.

“I did same thing but she was adamant and so obstinate” Izzy said.

” What to do?” Craig said worriedly.

” I’ll just have to storm Quincy’s house and meet Kimberly so we could get her number” Bae said and they all agreed to do that.

Craig made a call and his driver brought his car.

They got in and he drove them to Quincy’s place.

“How beautiful” Izzy smiled, looking at the mansion

” Will she be in?” Craig asked

” You mean Quincy?, No she’s not in Korea presently, she loves travelling” Bae replied as they walked in.

Bae rang the doorbell and Kim opened up.

“You didn’t pick up your phone, I called some minutes ago” she said.

“Oh really?, That must have been when I was consoling Riri” she replied.

” You saw her?” Izzy quickly asked.

“Yes, she looked pitiful, I tried persuading her to go home but she ran away and since then I haven’t been able to contact her, her line has been off” she replied.

” She must be broken as hell, what to do?” Bae said.

“Give us her line first, I’ll try calling her too” Izzy said.

Kimberly gave her line and Izzy tried it but it’s off.

” This is so frustrating seriously” she complained worriedly.

” I searched everywhere she loves going but couldn’t find her, but I promise to find her and update you guys” Kimberly said.

” Thanks Kim, please do update us, I’m restless as hell, heartbreak ain’t easy” Craig said

” But…. it’s not entirely heartbreak, not like they dated” Izzy said.

” But she loves him yunno” Bae replied.

“More like obsession, I mean…it was obvious that Reece is not for her but she behaved desperate cos her obsession veiled her, it might sound harsh but the truth is always harsh” Craig replied.

” What do we do” Izzy said.

” Nothing, besides waiting for her to show up again” Bae replied.

” Will she try to hurt herself?” Izzy asked

” Hurt?, Come off it she’s not that daft, it’s humiliating I get….but suicide?, Come on it’s out of it” Craig said.

Kimberly got tissues and placed them on a tray then took them to Quincy’s room.

Since she came back with her, she has locked herself up in her room, refusing to open the door but the slow and silent sound of her sobs can be heard.

She got the extra key and opened the door.

Quincy is under the duvet completely, crying as expected.

Kimberly dropped the tray of tissues on the bed beside her and sighed.

“I warned you didn’t I?, And I told you to tread gently, I told you it’s dangerous to fall quickly, I told you but what did you do?, You flushed my advises down the drain, you ignored completely” she said.

Quincy’s cries got louder.

” You wanted a stable love life, isn’t that why you came down here from Australia in disguise?, Disguise without adding fierceness, you’re too gullible sorry to say, he got you so easily and now I think this is the worse heartbreak you’ve ever got , the whole Seoul knows about SHAMELESS RIRI” Kimberly said.

Quincy cried even louder.

” I brought tissues cos you’ll need it, and you better not try anything funny” Kimberly said and started heading out but she stopped when she got to the door.

She looked back and started coming back.

“I can’t even ignore you, I can’t” she said, taking the duvet off her.

She pulled Quincy up and almost cried too.

Her face is nothing to talk about, it’s red, puffy, teary, swollen…. everything.

“Oh my Quin” she said, hugging her tightly.

Quincy continued crying so loud on her shoulder.

“I’m sorry for not listening to you!!” She cried.

” I’m sorry for paying deaf ears to your warnings” she cried out again.

” It’s ok, you’ll be fine ok?, You’ll be fine” Kimberly replied, stroking her hair and patting her back.

THE ALEJANDRO’S MANSION**

Max came back from work and met only Hanna and Reece at the dinning room, eating dinner.

He walked worriedly to them and Hanna stood.

“Welcome honey” she smiled, trying to pull him to sit.

“Why is Genova not here?” He asked.

“Do you only care about Genova?, Can’t you see Reece’s bruised up face?” Hanna demanded.

” You only care about Reece, I’m not allowed to care about Genova?” He replied and Hanna snickered.

” Your Genova made Reece’s face this way all because of a girl and you expect me to care about him?, Joke” she scoffed.

” A girl?” Max replied.

” The trending girl SHAMELESS RIRI, he assumed that Reece posted the voice note when Reece actually knows nothing about it, he’s just so evil” Hanna replied.

” He’s someone I know very well, if he’s not sure that Reece did it, he’ll never do this to him” Max replied.

” Oh…so you’re taking sides with that evil boy?” Hanna replied.

” My son is not evil!, And you Reece, are you really innocent?” Max asked, facing Reece.

” You love him that much to the extent of doubting me?, I hate this!” He replied, dropping his fork.

He walked in angrily.

Max looked at Hanna angrily before going in, straight to Genova’s room.

He opened the door and met him wearing his headphones as usual, eyes closed, sitting on his bed.

“Genova” he called and he quickly opened his eyes.

” Dad” he smiled, getting down from the bed.

He came to Max and Max hugged him.

” I trust you” he said and Genova smiled.

” You heard about it?’ he asked.

” Of course SHAMELESS RIRI is the most trending news in Seoul right now” Max replied, breaking the hug.

” He did it, he told me that by himself” Genova said.

” I know how evil he can be, I trust you….but for the fact that you beat him up cos of what he did to the girl, is the girl someone special?” Max asked.

” Does she have to be someone special before i hit Reece for doing bad?” He replied and Max smiled.

” I’ll go shower right now, I’ll come get you when I’m done, we can go eat dinner together” he said.

” I’ll be waiting” Genova smiled and Max started leaving.

” Dad” Genova suddenly called and he turned back.

“Reece…. he’s really my twin right?, And mum… she’s my mum….sure?” He asked

Max smiled and came back.

” Why did you ask?”

“Just that… it’s becoming harder and harder to believe these days” Genova replied.

” Have you ever seen me with another woman besides Hanna?” Max asked.

” No… sorry for doubting” he replied and Max pat his shoulders before leaving.

Genova sat back on the bed, thinking about his suspicions.

“Quincy….Riri….” He mumbled and lay down.

“She’ll definitely have a swollen red face right now, guess she’ll cry for days” he thought worriedly.

NEXT DAY, MAYBELLINE COLLEGE**.

Ask anyone the most trending news in Seoul especially inside Maybelline, it’s SHAMELESS RIRI.

It became a trend everywhere and Riri’s pictures were pasted around the campus, SHAMELESS RIRI was written on it .

Bae came down from her car with Izzy and the first thing they saw is the pictures in front of the school.

“Polly and her dogs at work” Izzy said and started removing them with Bae.

Their arms almost cramped up cos it’s much, it’s everywhere but they kept removing.

Genova and Craig got to them and Bae inhaled.

“What do we do, this won’t die down anytime soon” she said.

” It surely won’t, I wonder how she’s faring, I was unable to sleep last night” Izzy replied.

” Same here” Bar said

Genova didn’t sleep a wink too, all he thought about was her till daybreak.

“She’ll still be on a crying spree I’m sure” Craig pouted.

Izzy and Bae kept removing the posters and a shrill laughter made them stop to see Polly and her minions behind them.

“You think removing the posters will make it end?, Don’t be dumb it’s even in the news, Riri became a celebrity overnight” Polly laughed.

“Did you really paste these posters?” Genova asked.

” I didn’t” Polly replied flatly but Genova moved closer to her.

“You’ll even lie to my face?” He said.

“I always admit what I do cos I’m not a chicken!, And I’m saying I didn’t paste these posters!” Polly yelled angrily but calmed down Immediately.

“Sorry for yelling at you but I really didn’t” she said.

Red and Trinidad stepped in.

” We got to school ten minutes ago, is it possible for us to paste all these within ten minutes?, It’s allover every wall in this campus” Trinidad said.

” Get lost, stop accusing blindly” Red said.

Polly smiled and stepped forward.

“We didn’t do it, but I know who did” she said, smiling knowingly.

She went even closer and whispered Into Genova’s ears.

Genova looks shocked, how his eyes dilated verified that.

EVENING, THE KANG’S MANSION**

Polly is just returning from her evening workout round the estate with Kai.

She dropped Kai on one of the couches and made to go upstairs and take a shower but she sensed Molly is in the study.

Their study is just beside their dad’s.

She entered the study and Molly is really there, reading.

Polly smiled and walked closer to her, she grabbed her book suddenly and Molly stood to face her.

“I’m in no mood for your madness this evening so give back my book” she said.

Polly hid it behind and smiled.

” Should we read together?, Miss saint?” She said.

” Give back my book I have to read!” Molly shouted.

“It’s amazing how you always manage to fool everyone by playing saint, but I’m not disappointed, you’re just like me…..wait no…. you’re worse than I am cos I’m not two-faced” Polly said.

” What the hell are you saying!” Molly said loudly.

” Everyone knows Polly is a semi-devil, everyone knows Pollyanna has a bad personality, and to everyone in Maybelline college, Polly Kang is worse, and I’m fine with it cos it’s my personality but the one thing I hate is being a devil but hiding under the disguise of a saint, that’s exactly what you are” Polly said seriously.

” You’re crazy!, Get lost!” Molly yelled, sitting down.

“The pool at the vacation…I mean… Riri, you pushed her into the pool right?” Polly said and Molly looked at her shockingly.

“Yeah I found out, you pushed her and Genova saved her, he gave her mouth to mouth resuscitation because of a b*tch like you!” Polly yelled.

Molly folded her fist.

” No one noticed cos hell!.. you’re known by everyone as miss goody shoes, covering up the fact that you’re a two-faced b*tch!….. and early this morning you went to campus to paste Riri’s picture around, I saw you” Polly said.

Molly stood and made to go out but Polly grabbed her hair.

“Do you like Reece or is it Genny?” She asked, pulling her hair.

” Let me go!” Molly said.

“You can have Reece but not Genny” Polly said.

” I love Genny!!! ” Molly screamed, breaking free.

” What!”

“Yes I love him, do you know how it felt to see him always standing up for her?, I almost went crazy when he grabbed her and saved her from falling from the stairs, he even asked if she’s ok…. Ion like her!!! ” Molly screamed.

Polly slapped her immediately.

She looked back and he made to slap her but she held him.

“I won’t allow you to slap me anymore…. You both are just the same, acting saint but actually devils!” She screamed.

Chairman Kang stood stupefied while Molly watched her speechlessly.

“na noh meewo!!! ( I hate you both!!!)” She screamed and hit the shelf beside her heavily.

It fell on another and the shelves kept falling on each other as she left the place, slamming the door angrily.
